In an island, far away from the the main city, stood several buildings with great and amazing structures. This building is the heroic college building.
Xin, Johnny and several other students who also would be partaking in the heroic college exam, where taken to the island by some men, whose superpowers are to teleport around.
The sight of the heroic college buildings are captivating and each student can't help but awe at how magnificent the building is. One of the buildings are made with pure glass, while the other building is metallic. But while they were being escorted by some teachers into the metallic building, which one of them called the Non-super building, they saw that the doors and the windows opens up by itself without the need of touching it. It really was surprising when the escort teachers took them inside a large hall and the windows of the hall opened by itself and they explained by saying that the building is built for the convenience of teachers and that it also reads the mind of every registered teachers.
They were told to stay in the hall till their names are being called and after that, the teachers announced for the begining of the exam and each of the student's name are being called to enter a room.
When Xin got called, he entered the room and later, another student entered the room. The room had only a chair and a table and in the chair, a old female was sitting comfortably with her glasses on.
She told them to hold her hands, they did so and the next thing, they found themselves in a training room.
There were six teachers in the room and each were holding different types of swords in their hands. Hanging on the wall of the room where different types of sword and they were told to choose the type of sword they wish to use for the exam. Xin chose a shortsword while the boy that was with him, Mark, chose a scimitar sword.
After they picked the weapons, they were directed towards the fighting ring. The exam has no fixed time, and a winner is selected once he defeats the opponent with ten hits of the sword.
Xin got into a fighting stance and so did mark. Xin charged in, going for an attack. He didn't want to waste any time defending attacks, since he just need to hit his opponent ten hits of the sword to pass the exam, so he went in for attacks. He aimed for Mark's feet but Mark parried away the sword and he also attacked, but it was perfectly parried away by Xin. Although Mark's attacks are weak, yet they are fast.
All the attacks of Xin were being parried away by Mark, it was as if he knew every of his action and Xin needs to end this fight sooner. But there was still one thing he could use to win against Mark, that was his weapon former skill.
How will he use the skill without anyone knowing? All the days of training had made him faster and he can form the skill without anyone knowing it. It is like opening the eyes and shutting it back within a second without anyone knowing.
Xin went for an attack as he lifted his sword with an hand, aiming for Mark's shoulder, but Mark, upon seeing this used both of his hands to defend the oncoming attack. It was sudden and knowing that he need to defend his head with everything, he had resorted by using his two hands.
Xin didn't let go of the sword as he decided to use this opportunity to use his weapon former skill.
He thought of the sword he wished to use and on his left hand, appeared a rapier sword, and without waisting time, he gave Mark a few slashes on his body and cancelled the skill before anyone could notice. The formation was fast and clean and none of the teacher saw it coming.
Mark felt the stinging pain of the rapier sword and his grip on his own sword loosened. Without hesitating, Xin gave Mark ten hits of the sword and he was pronounced winner. His plan had worked out so well. But Mark who was groaning in pain started shouting as loud as he could.
"He cheated! he cheated!!" Mark shouted.
A male teacher walked towards Xin and handed a letter to him, but he was confused.
