The Demon Lord paced around his study thinking.
'I should be theoretically possible to do so, it's like a door after all, one side opens and let's someone enter so the other must allow for the other side to also have entirety.' He thought to himself.
'But…should I really try it?'
He was the Demon Lord after all he had responsibilities even if he did hate having to do them over and over again.
'But…the Hero won't likely be here for years even, since he's more focus on getting strong from slimes, focusing on helping the kingdom people, and those girls…'
And even then the summoning could just fail and it's not like would be in any real danger since he could not die.
'And it's not like it would be so bad if I go missing for a while. My Generals are strong and the castle is unable to be destroyed nor will it accept the presents of anyone that I have not given permission to be let it, plus I'm more of a figure head as of right now here so it wouldn't be bad if I travel to the other world for a while…' The Demon Lord thought with a smile before nodding to himself.
'Right then, time to prepare for the summoning.'
He went to his chair and sat down before pulled on the red silk rope hanging from the ceiling near him that ranged for his head Maid to come to his study.
After a bit a knock was heard on the door.
"Enter."
The door opened to show a bob cut silver hair short girl wearing a maid dress that bowed before looking up with red eyes.
"My Lord, you request me." The maid said.
"Yes Natalie, I need you to to find these materials for me and some gold as well." The Demon Lord said as he wrote down what he needed onto a paper before handing it to her.
Natalie blinked before looking down at the paper and then back up before nodding to her Lord and grabbing the paper.
"I will have these gather as soon as possible, will that be all my Lord?" She asked.
The Demon Lord simply nodded that told for her to leave the study, bowing once more she turned and left the study.
The Demon Lord smiled as he got up from his chair waited and looked out of his study window to see the plant less dark skies of the monster lands as he for Natalie to bring the materials he need.
'Freedom is almost here.' He thought with a smile.

"I have brought what you have requested my Lord." Natalie said with a bow as she carried a large sack over her left shoulder as her right had a large bag of coins that rattled when she moved in her hand.
"Exactly, place them on my desk and leave the room." The Demon lord said as his back was still turn away from Natalie looking out the window still.
Natalie bowed as she spoke. "Yes my Lord." Before leaving the room but before closing the door she looking back up to see that the Demon Lord had a small smile from what but of face she could see.
She blushed slightly before closing the door completely.
The Demon Lord turned to his desk with a bright smile on his face, his eyes practically glowing with the joy he was feeling.
"It's finally here…" He said happily as he untied the knot to the sack and looked inside it.
All the stuff that was needed for the summoning was there, now he just needed to trace the circle and place them in the area that they are supposed to be in.
Quickly he grabbed a chalk crouch down onto his hard wooden floors he began to trace the beginning symbols of the summoning circle.
'Yes this should work nicely.'
After a while he finally finishing tracing the circle, walking back to where the sack of material was he brought out the most important things for the summoning circle to activate.
'Magic crystals…' The Demon Lord thought as he held up a large crystal that took up his entire hand to carry.
Magic crystals were no an easy thing to obtain more so for one to summon since a good one is created from extracting it from a hundred year old monster a hard thing to do because of how powerful they were they are typically the size of a pearl.
While the ones used in summoning must be from a thousand year old monster a near impossible task to be done.
Thankfully since he lives monster lands it is easier to obtain them from the occasional arrogant monsters that decide to try and take him down.
'This one was a dragon if I remember right…' He thought as he held up the blue glowing magic crystal.
He then gather the other placing them in the around the circle.
The Demon Lord smiled.
'All done I just need to step in and say the spell-Ah I better write a note down for my Generals to let them know so they don't think it's a kidnapping…' he though as he grabbed a piece of paper and began to write.
To the Generals,
I'm using the summoning ritual to scouting out the world that the Hero came from, until then Blackness is in charge, obey what she says need to be done and all will be fine.
PS don't try and put yourselves in charge or ELSE.

Nodding to himself he placed the letter onto the desk and grabbed what he needed before going to the middle of the summoning circle.
"Aperta! Aperta! Aperta! Adfer hunc ex adverso portae!" He shouted as the summoning circle glowed a bright color that blocked all vision of the room.
When the light died down the magical crystal were broken and the study had no one it.
