Once entering Golden Exchange Dante looked around for anyone yet no one was there in the shop.
He moved slowly to the counter waiting for someone to come if they happened to be doing something at the moment but would be back soon.
After a while of no one coming he th out about leaving the store until he realized that there was a second person in the room when he noticed that his breather was that of a normal awake person while the other was sound of a sleeping person breath.
Looking over the desk he saw a girl sleeping on the ground, looking at her he tried to see if she was hurt or anything.
She was a tanned blond hair athlete women wearing what he remembered or Hero in the past wearing when he asked why he wasn't wearing any armor.
Truly the track suits must be the mightiest of clothing if it could be worn in the place of armor and in a store.
Hoping over the counter he placed his hand over the girls head before activating his magic to check over the women.
"Scan." He whispered.
The information of the girls body went through his mind before he removed her head and placed it on her shoulders.
"Wake up." He said shaking her shoulder a bit that caused the women to snap away.
"Gah-huh-wha!" The women said as she shoot up awake before her gaze focused on Dante.
"…Hot guy why are you in my dreams?" She asked with her head tilted.
"Your not dreaming you are now awake and you should sleep more as to not think sleeping on the floor would be a good idea." Dante said as he stood up.
The girl blinked before blushing and placing her face in her hands as she too stood up.
"Oh god, I did it again." The women said before peeking our between her fingers. "Please don't tell anyone."
"I won't." Dante said as he thought. 'I've seen many of my Soldier's do the same so I know that it's not a choice of the persons own choosing but from the body demanding rest."
"Um I'm Katy sorry again you had to see that I have been busy with college lately that I've lost sleep from it and my job, I mean I know that college is important and all bu I don't think it fair that my teach gave me a ten page essay on how exactly on how climate change has effected the earth and wanted it done I two days time I mean really it's sort of ridiculous to assign something like that after we just got done with his exams but-Ah I'm rambling…sorry about that um let me start over," Katy said in embarrassment before sticking out her hand.
Dante looked at the hand until the Katy nervously just let it dropped to her side.
"Anyway, I'm Katy a worker at Golden Exchange and I'm I guess your here to exchange some gold?" She asked.
"I am, I'm here to exchange ten Golden coins to what currency amount they round up to here." Dante said as he took out the coins.
Katy blinked at the coins before picking one up looking at it closely.
'Hmm I can't see any karats on here and the language is not one I recognize…' Katy thought before asking Dante. "Excuse me, ummm…" she trailed of when she realized she didn't get his name.
"Dante, Dante Lord."
"Ah well Mister Lord where exactly did you get these gold coins from?"
Dante thought carefully about how he should answer that before deciding. "They are from my home country."
"I see…we're these given to you or did you happen to find them?"
"They were given to me." Dante said as he remembered obtaining these from members of the other Kingdoms Soldier's trying to attack him in his castle. 'It technically is given since the leaders were the once's who sent Soldier's that couldn't have beaten me after all.'
Katy sighed in relief. "Alright them I don't see any of the karats on here so I'm going to have to do a acid test on the old to help determine there worth of them would you like to see the process or rather wait here-er well behind the counter." She said as she realized he was still on the same side of the counter as here.
"I would like to see the testing." Dante asked with curiosity. 'I've never seen testing for gold usually people would just use magic to check if the coins were real or not.'
"Alright then I'll bring the kit here, wait over the counter for one moment." Katy said as she moved to go to the back while Dante did so.
He didn't have to wait long as the girl came back with a small box she took out some bottles and a stone tablet.
"Alright, I'm going to begin now, I'll start with the 10K Acid and go up from there." Katy said as she grabbed the gold coin and rubbed it onto the stone tablet creating a gold streak on it.
She then grabbed one of the bottles with the liquid in it and poured it onto the streak, waiting for a bit the she wipes the liquid off.
"Alright it's is higher then 10k gold so I will now keep testing to see what karats it is." Katy said happily.
Katy continue to use different liquids her face getting a little more shock at fact that even after using all different of the liquids from bottles yet the streak was still there.
She then grabbed the other coins and began to test them as well and all of them ending in the same results.
"24K, these gold coins are all 24K…" Katy said as disbelief was written on her face.
"What does the amount come to then." Dante said blankly.
Katy looked up slowly before looking back down to the coins.
"…for all the gold coins it will be 3333.36 dollars."
"Alright then, I will await for the money to be given to me."
Katy looked back up. "You don't want it in your bank account?"
"No." Dante said.
"Alright them I'll get the money and place the coin in the back." Katy said as she rush to do her task.
Coming out of the back room she placed bills onto the counter.
"Here's your money and have a good day." She said a little winded.
"Where the currency?" Dante said as he stated at the bills.
Katy looked confused before looking at the bills not seeing anything strange about them.
"These…are the currency…" she said unsure about what was wrong.
"I…see." Dante said as he picked up the money. "Your service were decent I'll will use this store again when required, good day to you."
He then turned and left.
Katy stared at him as he left.
"Strange guy…pretty handsome though…" She said with a blushed.
"Strange world to uses paper for money…" Dante said as he looked at the bills as he walked.
