Chapter 26 - Chapter Twenty Six

Alora set the werewolf free as she has said and she continued with her daily life again. She learned more and more about business each passing day and she was spending all her free time either reading, or on dates with Ilyas.

One peaceful afternoon, everyone in the royal family, including their general guests and Ilyas were having lunch happily chatting. The atmosphere seems to be lit and happy.

Meanwhile, on the largest hill outside the borders of Arran, an army of men stood there half naked. Their leader was busy looking down at the large and peaceful kingdom. His sharp ears could pick the interaction of people within the large walls.

"Alpha what should we do? Should we attack now?" A man with brown hair asked the man with black hair who was obviously their leader.

"I'll tell you when. For now, I won't join you in battling. Immediately the royal family is aware that the war has started, I would go over to the palace. Don't destroy too many things, know that we are only here for something." Their leader cracked his bones as he stretched and the man nodded in obedience and faced his men. He seemed to be communicating with them telepathically which was true when they all chorused 'yes'.

"Now."

The men rushed down the hill in a formation that would oh so be heard to crack. As they charged down, they started to shape shift. The impact of their floors in the found was enough to notify the opponents that they had arrived.

Bells rang in the village and every corner of Arran, signifying everyone should take shelter in the war houses. Everyone ran and crawled towards the nearest war houses. The war houses were made to protect the citizens once it was war time.

"Something is wrong." Aero stood up from his chair and rushed out of the palace. "The war. They are attacking already."

Everyone gasped with the information. "Take everyone to the palace war house. Nothing must happen to them. Alora, can you lead everyone in the palace there?"

"Yes I will." Alora stood up and quickly rushed up to her room to take her bag of herbs. She rushed back down to help lead the servants into the war room.

"Alora, will you be okay?" Ilyas asked her as he picked his sword to go join in the war.

"I'll be fine." Alora smiled and led everyone into the war room. She rushed back to the kitchen to hurry those packing foods to the war room. "You should move quickly. We don't know what might happen."

"Tell everyone to just move into the war room. We'll take care of everything." Ira ordered the maids who were rushing there as per their orders.

As Alora rushed out of the kitchen, she felt a hand quickly cover her nose and mouth with a white cloth. She held her breath to avoid inhaling the substance on the cloth, but she was too late.

Instead of falling unconscious, she couldn't feel her voice again. She had become mute. The person that held her smirked as he hid her. He placed his hands on her lips in a mocking way to show her to keep mute which she was already.

"Well if it isn't the great royal family themself." A voice echoed as all the Lords and generals stepped out to join the war.

All of them could recognize the voice well. They looked up at the person that just jumped down to their front. They all took steps back unsheathing their swords and some guards circled them to protect them.

"We don't want this Radolph. We don't want this war." Ruger hissed as he looked at Radolph who had a smirk on his face.

"Well then what do you want? I'm not here for any of you either, I'm here for something, just a thing." Radolph sneered.

"What do you want? Name it. We'll give as long as we can." Ruger sighed.

"Her." Radolph gestured at Alora who was tied already at the top of the stairs. She was on her knees and she was wet all over like she was soaked into a pool of water. Radolph's beta stood behind her holding her down.

"Let go of her Radolph. We won't  giving my sister to you." Zayen moved his sword toward him but Ruger stopped him.

"Don't hurt her Radolph." Ruger said pleadingly. "Why do you want her?"

"Now you're being reasonable." Radolph gestured to his beta to bring her down which he did swiftly and left Alora in his arms. "Well, this little girl here is my mate."

Everyone was shocked at the revelation. They couldn't believe it. "She looks so much like my dead mate. Red hair." Radolph picked some strands of hair needed hair and inhaled the sweet floral scent from it. "To her personality and everything. Give her and I'll stop the war right now but if you have to think about it well, you'll just have to entertain us in your palace till you agree but if you disagree, you'll all be dead meats and I'll forcefully take her away. And your decision would only be for a day."
