Chapter 30: WHAT WE DO BEST!!!
Lee: We might die today but at least we won't go down cowardly.
Rebekah: I like the way you talk.
Lee: Mia you and Tommy should get inside the building for safety, The four of us can handle this thing so go now.
Mia: Yes sir.
Joe: I feel happy that you think so highly of me but I'm scared to death right now.
Kol: We don't have to fight it.
Joe: What do you mean?.
Kol: I was talking about me and my sister, we could just run away while you two fight against it.
Lee: You have a point.
Kol: But it seems like you have everything under control.
Lee: We do.
Kol: my sister and I survived this long because we stuck together and don't join groups but now that I'm standing here seeing this monster before me I don't think we can survive without help anymore.
Rebekah: Big bro?.
Kol: If we decide to stay and fight with you guys what will you give us in return?
Joe: Lee?
Rebekah: You guys do know that the monster is approaching us right?.
Rebekah throws a smoke bomb at the mystery walker.
Rebekah: That can buy us some time but not enough.
Joe: Thanks.
Kol: So what can you give us?.
Lee: What can I give you two?. I can give you food and water, protection and a lot more things. As you can see this factory will be under my control and all the food and supplies inside will become my property.
Kol: That's unfair...We found this place too.
Joe: But we are the opens who opened the gates and without a password, you won't be able to access anything inside.
Rebekah: So you guys won't be able to access anything either.
Joe: You're wrong.
Lee: I know the code to open the inner doors.
Lee heard something approaching them at a very fast speed.
"Duck Lee shouts, everyone bends down and two larger boulders fly over their heads.
"What the heck was that? Kol asked Lee.
The smoke off of the smoke bomb disappeared and everything was clear.
Joe looks to his left then to his right.
Joe: Where did it go?.
Lee: Joe watch out!!
The mystery walker throws a large Boulder at joe, Lee jumps in front of Joe and cut the Boulder into two.
Lee falls to his knees as he tries to catch his breath.
Lee: It took a lot of my strength for me to cut that rock.
Joe: Where the fuck is it?.
Rebekah: Are you two alright?.
Joe: I am but I can't speak for lee.
Rebekah: Are you alright Lee?.
Lee: Yeah.
Kol: It's like a sniper, it's trying to take us out from far away but I ain't going down by getting hit with a rock.
Lee: Me either.
A Boulder suddenly appears before lee's face, Lee bends his back and dodge the rock.
Rebekah throws a few more smoke bombs to block the mystery walker aim but then the monster started to fling the Boulder random over the entire area.
A rock miss Joe's head by an inch.
Joe: That was an inch away from killing me.
Kol spots a Boulder coming towards Rebekah and pushes her out of the way, the Boulder hits him in the stomach. His nose started to bleed and he falls to the ground.
Rebekah looks over to her right only to see that her brother had been hit by a rock, she rushes over to him and tries to help him up.
Rebekah: Brother are you alright.
Kol: I won't die.
The mystery walker continued to throw rocks into the smoke hitting anything that was in its way.
Lee blocks a few of them with his sword but with every block he makes he get tired.
Joe: If this continues we will most certainly die.
Rebekah: We need to get inside the factory.
Lee: Okay, Let's go.
Lee and the others retreated inside the factory.
Mia: Lee!
Lee: are you alright.
Mia: Yes.
Joe: Mia can you take a look at Kol? He's been hit.
Mia: Sure.
Mia rolls up Kol shirt and saw a big bruised on his belly. Mia takes out her medical supplies and applies some on Kol's wound.
Mia: It might sting you a little.
Kol: Sting? It burns like hell.
Mia: What happened put there?.
Lee: That monster started to throw rocks at us from afar.
Rebekah: Then I throw two smoke bombs to blind its aim but then it started to throw the rock randomly.
Joe: We've been dodging for our lives.
Kol: We got overwhelmed so we decided to come inside.
Tommy: Too bad we aren't inside this is only the front yard.
Mia: Those two big doors are shut solid, we can't open them without a password.
Kol: Didn't you guys say you have the code.
Tommy: We do?
Lee: Yes we do.
Lee walks over towards the door and enters the code. The factory doors opened up and they all went inside, Joe flicks the lights on and everything was surprised to see what was locked away behind those gigantic doors.
Joe: Rice.
Lee: And a lot of it too.
Mia: There's at least a hundred or two hundred bags of rice here.
Kol: More like thousands.
Rebekah looks to her right and saw boxes with the word food on them. Rebekah opens one of the boxes and saw lots of baked beans.
Rebekah: Lee come take a look at this.
Lee walks up to Rebekah and saw the boxes of baked beans.
Lee: Baked beans.
Joe: There are butter beans over this area.
Tommy: There are peas and oil over here.
Kol opens up the garage and sees a delivery truck parked away.
Kol runs back over towards where the others are and told them that he found a truck.
Lee: I hope it's working.
Joe: I'll take a look at it.
Joe opens up the front of the truck and checks the engine and the oil.
Lee: How does it look
Joe: It's okay and it got little fuel.
Kol: just by looking at the engine and checking the engine oil makes it okay?.
Rebekah: Yeah...What do you know about trucks?
Joe: I know a lot.
Rebekah: Really.
Mia: Joe's an engineer and a genius.
Kol: He's an engineer?.
Mia: Yes.
Kol: And what are you?.
Mia: I'm a nurse.
Tommy: and I'm a police or was a police.
Rebekah: So engineer, nurse and police officer.
Mia: Yes.
Kol: Then what are you, Lee.
Lee: I'm the emperor.
Kol and Rebekah started to laugh at lee.
Kol: Emperor? Real funny.
Joe: He's isn't joking.
Rebekah: And what's make you an emperor.
Lee: I don't know really, maybe it's because I have the entire white house and its streets under my control or it could be because people like Joe, Mia and Tommy follow my commands. If you want to join us you have to go by the rules and follow my orders.
Kol: Rules and orders? You must be joking.
Mia: He isn't, we have a system that we go by.
Rebekah: I understand that you have rules but what makes you the boss? Anyone could be the leader.
Lee hits the wall behind him and cracks it. Kol and Rebekah look at lee with fear in their eyes.
Lee: the reason why I'm the leader is because I'm strong enough to lead.
Rebekah: Do you possess superpowers ate something? You Crack a wall that's made out of cement with just your hand.
Kol: Now that I think about it he also heard everything we were talking about even though he was far away from us.
Lee: I'm just blessed.
