"George, from what I gathered; he seems to know exactly who he wanted his grandson to marry.
When I showed him pictures of each of you, he specifically picked Sid, I said that Carol is twenty-two and you were twenty-four, but he insisted that he wanted Sid to marry his Grandson."
George held her mom's hand, who seems afraid that Sid might reject this offer, and from her mom's tone of voice and the tension, she might be disappointed, just like the last arrangement.
Sid on the other hand was broken, from the last two escapades and was very disappointed, and it had taken a toll on Mom and Sid.'
Looking at her mom now, thinking, 'If this continues much longer, mom might become sick as soon as she starts to worry.
'Oh Lord, please help us, Mom loves Sid so much, and if there's another disappointment Mom might collapse. Touch Mom and Sid Lord, and give them the strength they will need to overcome any obstacles that may arise.'
When her mom said, "George honey, I know this proposal is going to work out, I just know it."
"Mom, have you met the person she will be marrying? Just suppose he has some faults or deformities and they want Sid to care for him knowing her heart is gentle when it comes to those in need?"
"Honey, I don't think so, the only thing his grandfather said about him, is his name is Vinceson."
"Mom, the person who came with the note is Vinceson," Caroline responds.
"Have you met him before Carol?" Hazel asks curiously.
"Mom, he plays the guitar with a band in clubs and concerts," Carol responds softly seeing her mother's concerns.
"What?" Hazel shouted in dismay as though she made yet another mistake in her precious daughter's life.
Caroline sees the way she closes her eyes after her outburst, "Yes, Mom, he is someone like a celebrity.
"Celebrity! Oh my goodness." Feeling her heart will flatter a moment. Hazel tries to ignore all the negative thoughts that bombarded her mind. Caroline said,
"Yes, Mom, I am telling you the truth."
When Caroline saw her mom holding her head, before saying, "Carol, if he is a celebrity, then why did he choose my child?"
"Mom, from what I observed when the grandson visited he seems shocked himself, I haven't seen the grandfather but people do strange things, right now our concern should be Sid."
When Georgia interrupted her mom, noticing how her mom's eyebrow furrowed, she said, "Now Mom, we have other things to deal with, for example, we have to get Sidney to agree and send word to find out the total amount of guests, we should be expecting?"
Hazel opens the note and reads then said, "His note said his family and friends."
"That is not a figure Mom; that could mean any amount, from ten to a hundred people," Georgia replies.
"I know, but don't worry George, I will send a message to know exactly how much will be attending, but that is the least of my concerns right now. The first thing I have to do is speak with Sidney."

Checking his time Vince saw it was just two-thirty. 'He knows that he still has three hours before going home to organize himself for the club.'
Concentrating on the task at hand, he busily completed the piles of files on his desk knowing it was Friday, and most Saturdays he doesn't go to the office unless there is an emergency.
Leaving the office for five-o-clock, reaching the street light, at Johnson Street knowing the crossing light will change any minute.
Vince hurries across knowing this light does change so quickly, hearing others behind him hurrying, as they all wanted to cross before the light changes. Almost to the pavement, the light changed without any warning.
Out of nowhere, this huge dumper truck came driving full speed in the heart of the town, nearly crushing the few persons behind him.
To save themselves they rushed forward, pushing him a few steps forward, causing him to stumble, unable to control himself he misbalanced, colliding with the person in front of him who fell face down, almost crushing the person.
Vince whispered, "I am sorry," as he also fell on the pavement alongside her.
Seeing how swiftly she brace herself with her hand and knee from getting badly damaged when her glasses fell on the pavement also her briefcase and shoulder bag splattered away from her.
Hurrying, Vince picks up the glasses before someone steps on them, and then he helps her to a standing position.
Seeing how furious she was, he took her purse and briefcase up placing them next to where she was seated on the road.
The strangest thing happens, as he was looking at her but her hair was scattered all over her face. Vince observed when she just covers her ear and closes her eyes.
Becoming concerned at that moment wondering, 'If she gets a lash on her head? Oh Lord, is she going to faint now?' but there was no blood or bruises on her face or head.
Seeing how pale her face becomes. When the others behind him started apologizing, Vince knew she was not listening to a word they were saying.
When she angrily brushes the strans of stray hair from her face and slip the glasses on her face he became a bit worried as he continue looking at her facial expression and how it was changing but the glasses were blocking half of her face.
He was becoming angry himself with the way the other people that surround them were all shouting together about how sorry they were.
He could see her frustration and the frown on her face indicating she was blue with rage.'
Her hands were still over her ear when she shouted, "That's enough," when everyone that was standing and looking at her suddenly kept silent, she slowly but gently said to them, "Thanks for your concerns but from what I understand it wasn't anyone fault, so please carry about your business I will be alright."
Vince realized she was just saying that so they will just leave her alone, then she could get off the road and sat on the pavement bending her head as she examine the bruises on her knees and hand.
Vince notices the many who surrounded them, they began falling away one by one, just a few young men stick around including himself, also some curious passerby keeps glaring at us.
Wanting to know if she got badly hurt and if he could help in any way. 'My God this is the third unexpected accident I had encountered in the day
One with Caroline, (that was a minor accident, but it was she who bump into me.) Then whoever that person was that ran in front of his car, (I can truly say, I was saved by grace, or who knows what might have happened to her.) Now this one, it's bad, the young lady seems to have gotten injured the way she keeps covering her ears and closing her eyes.'
Suddenly a thought slowly runs through his mind, this morning I bow before a dog and this evening I am bowing to this young lady. The day hasn't finished yet I wonder what next might happen before this day is over.
Returning to the present becoming more concerned about the young lady's well-being. Bending slightly wanting to know how he could help.
But then she started to attend to her wound, with her hair kept falling on her face and covering it, Vince wasn't able to see her face properly so he stoops in front of her to assist.
Smelling roses, wondering at that moment, 'Where it was coming from?' It was the same as when he was at the Montrose home and Caroline bounced him?'
"Will you stop touching me for God's sake?" She snapped as she take a closer look at how badly her knees and hand were damaged.
Vince knew she was angry as she grabbed her bag with one hand and open it quickly, wanting to know if she was crying, but she took out some cotton wool from her bag.
Before he could say anything, she takes two pieces of cotton wool and stuff them into her ear. Noticing the way, she sighs as a sign of relief, when she raises her head a bit to look around. She seems to be looking for something or a particular place.
Hesitating not, Vince said, "Look, I am sorry," seeing her nod then she reaches for her briefcase and open a side pocket.
Wondering what she was going to do now. Noticing the way she keeps glimpsing around, is she visiting from another state? Just then she pulls out swabs and began dabbing up the scarlet blood that was seeping out the wound from her knees and elbows.
'God, does she always walk with swabs and plasters? Does this kind of thing happen to her often?'
Noticing it had plaster in the pocket, pondering from within, 'It seems as though she always walks well prepared, so why am I so concerned about her when she can handle herself?'
But something about her had him curious wanting to see who the person was.
Looking at her trying to get a better glimpse of her face, but the glasses were shielding her eyes and her hair was all over her face once again. Her hair is so unruly and it doesn't seem to be bothering her.
Her beautiful cream skirt suit was getting soil, and the scarlet red blood on her knees had soiled her skirt. She doesn't seem to care if people were looking or whispering about her as she continues to sit on the pavement. Looking up at them and then at her but she ignores them just as she was ignoring me.
Observing how she cleaned her knees which were bruised and bloody. Smilingly passably just look at her as they move along and keep murmering.
