Just as Yuxie thought, Thomas and Iris did spend some time alone on Tera Island.
Early in the morning, Thomas woke Iris, took her to the highest point on Tera Island, the Bell Tower that had just been rebuilt, and watched the sunrise.
"Is it okay for us to be here? Yuxie probably noticed we disappeared."
Iris looked up at Thomas, who was hugging her from behind. The man rested his head on Iris's shoulder.
"It's fine, they're probably heading for the ship now."
Iris leaned completely against Thomas' chest, letting the man's arms wrap around her waist. The sun was rising and it was getting warmer. They didn't worry that anyone would catch them because this place was quite high, and not many people wanted to go up.
"I'm hungry," Iris said while patting her stomach. She tilted her head and saw Thomas's face very close to hers. Her mouth subconsciously said, "Are you hungry too?"
