The ship sailed through the dark blue sea, Iris sat on the edge of the ship and watched the whales from a distance swim and shoot water up. Her long hair swaying in the wind, Iris closed her eyes for a moment.
She faintly heard someone's footsteps approaching her.
"Why are you still here?" Thomas placed the blanket on Iris's shoulders gently. "It is very cold here."
Iris smiled, and she shook her head.
"You still remember that nightmare again?"
The woman lifted her head and looked at Thomas. Indeed, ever since the dream came, she had not been able to sleep well, as if something was going to overwhelm her and make her heart beat faster.
Iris didn't want to remember things from her past in the city, wanted to forget about it.
Thomas looked at Iris' gloomy face. He didn't know what Iris was dreaming about. The woman was not interested in discussing it. Maybe it was a bad memory from the past.
