After having a long and tiring chat with my father, he finally allowed Jason and I to return to my room to freshen up before the meeting.
He already told us what to expect and what kind of resistance we were most likely to encounter.
We knew that some of the other Original Alphas would be against our plans, like Jason's cousin and Alpha Cain.
To my surprise dad also thought that the Vampires would be against his plan since they did things differently from us and would refuse to take orders from wolves.
"What's bothering you, love?" Jason asked as he came up behind me and pulled me into his arms.

Since it was a Council meeting I had to wear the same formal attire I had on during the last meeting.
