Right in front of the mirror, is a toddler, who was giving her all... to pronounce her name correctly. And on that personalized mirror is a piece of coupon with such a bad handwriting, containing her name.
"Rei...sa Esen Fello"
"Rei...za Isin Fevo!"
"Towes..."
"Resa... Ei...nstein To..vez Fewo..."
Adorable with a pout, she was wearing a peach one-shoulder tassel dress she got from the vintage baby closet of her mom. A comb is on her right hand, and the left holds those unique rhinestone flower clips, the only in their world that adjust magically to a clothing's most vibrant color. It was her brother's gift for her on her 3rd birthday. And she is fond of wearing it since then.
"No!" she argued with herself. "That's not how they say my name! It should be-"
"Reishza Eissen Torres Ferro?"
She squeaked and jump on her seat when a low baritone voice echoed in the room. With wide arms, her father kneeled to welcome his only daughter with a warm hug on a 3 am sunrise.
"Daddy! Mom! We are home!" said she who is in his father's embrace.
Wearing a beige sweetheart neckline long sleeve tucked in black slacks and a square brownish shade, her mom was sinisterly distracted by her daughter's girly choice of color... something she doesn't want on her wardrobe.
"Mom, hugs pleaseee..." she requested and the intimidating woman languidly strolled towards the loving child and her exhausted but still-ready-for-a-toddler-cuddle husband.
She smiled in her father's arms when her mom's palm glided on her back first before giving in to her request.
'Did you play with blood again parents?' she thought to herself as they sashay towards the family bed, and gawk at the little bed hoarder.
Cause even when her parents purified themselves thoroughly first in the lab before going home, her special sense of smell that let her visualize things wouldn't let them slip.
"Why are you still awake? It's sunrise already," her mom asked as she tucked her into bed.
"I am watching over my brother! Cause he's been accommodating me and my entertainment since morning!"
A loud snore from the bed and they all eyed each other in unison. The toddler covers her mouth as she faintly giggles at her brother who is soundly senseless beside her.
"Can you tell us about your day? Perhaps did you play hide and seek under the twilight again?" whispered her father, sneaking a peak at his son's weary face, who is in a very deep slumber.
"We did for long minutes but I said I got tired so he then showcased me his teleporting skills," the summary of her and his brother's day made her softly clap her hands. "He was doing so cool on the edge of the rooftop Mom! Dad! Also on the frailest branch of the highest tree, we have in our backyard. And on the top of waterfalls! We also raced in the pool and he won but I had the price for the winner! Cookies and lasagna!"
Her parents are still settling beside their children when suddenly I was sucked out of a hole.

"Lucencio, your children have love letters already," a woman, stunning in her black silk dress and middle-parted light brown with subtle blonde highlights hair, entered the kitchen with a lot of letters in her hand.
A young boy in slacks and button-down polo, probably the age of Miro, stomped his feet in annoyance as he entered their house while a kid in her 6 years age, pretty with a maxi dress, is enjoying herself with the strawberry ice cream she had on both of her hands.
"Mom," the boy groaned and stalked her mom into the kitchen. The girl followed him with an adorable smile on her lips, brightening the whole house despite the stormy expression of his brother.
A man, handsome in black formal long sleeves and slacks, cooly read the letters his wife had scattered on their countertop. His chestnut brown hair looked lovely as the light strike and its clean cut matched well his strong jawline. His arm swiftly glided on the woman's waist as he read more of the missives.
"Look at your son's face," she chuckled in a whisper as the boy is passionately frowning at her.
"Dad that was all for my sister!" he proclaimed.
The sister he talked about didn't mind him and sashayed her way toward her parents for a kiss on the forehead. The man immediately gave her it while the woman smirked first, looking closely at what made her daughter occupied, the ice creams, before kissing her plump rosy cheeks. As soon as she received it from both, she independently got herself a cup and fondly suited her dessert on it, neatly and girly.
"Taste it!" she commanded at his almost sobbing brother.
And indeed, the brother lowered his mouth with moist heated eyes.
The door opened, and the adults smiled till their ears.
"Happy birthday to you... Happy birthday to you... Happy birthday, happy birthday... happy birthday to you..."
A bulk of men, women, teenagers, and toddlers entered with their different cakes and pastries in hand. The woman grinned and its mischievousness radiated in her face. While the man welcomely smiled and it reached his soulful eyes.
"Happy birthday to us!" the girl in all smiles, jumped at her brother, and he carried her up. She kissed him on the cheek before hugging him in the head.
He glared at his mom, but now with a fake foul mood.
They were all great to watch.
If only the pretty kid is not me. And the celebrant is not carrying the face of a small Damien.
