I undoubtedly cling my hands to his neck to support his arms which are keeping me from falling as he jumped us onto the balcony.
For a moment I was scared of being caught by anyone, especially Damien, but Akin's fluid moves didn't give anyone a room to notice us. Even I, when we landed on outside the palace, didn't hear any noise. Even a bit of our fall.
And in unfamiliar routes we run until we stopped on an empty castle. A dark and unruined one. Unlike the recent palace we were at, this is noiseless and unbelievably having not a smell of even one vampire. And it is mainly serving an unwelcoming atmosphere, something expected from its appearance.
Without Akin saying, I knew that this isn't a bright and safe place.
"This has been my home," he stated as he skim through it until its top.
"Will you mind touring me over?"
"Reishza you are not gonna like things in there,"
"I don't have to like everything," I declared and moved forward on my own.
He groaned behind me.
I smiled as I challenge more of his disapproval and ran. My lips twisted as I peeked at his problematic face.
"Tss," he boyishly commented when in a split second, he appeared right in front of me. "I almost forgot you are still the sister of that man,"
"Yeah. So you should not take me lightly. Cause I am also a Ferro,"
I was about to sneak again at him but he seemed to not gonna let me slip after that declaration of mine.
"What did you say?"
I beamed. "I had remember bit of things when with Damien. My name is Reishza Eissen Torres Ferro, the only daughter of Anandra Torres and Lucencio Ferro. And I am the sister of Damien Luderik Ferro. I was once in a mirror spewing my name. And was once a 6 years old, celebrating the same birthday as my brother. It was only a bit of memory so..."
"So that's the reason why you can suddenly sprint that fast," he pointed out.
"Huh?"
"We are now inside the palace, Miss Ferro,"
I gasped when I realized that yes, we are already not outside and where we are at right now is already the second floor! Akin chuckled at my expression. I gave multiple thumps on his chest in my bewilderment.
"I am a vampire?!"
"Yes, you remained to be,"
He closed his eyes painfully as I ran away from him and circled the whole of the barren floor, passing by him every second of his life.
He let me enjoy my realization until I was too spirited that he had to stop me for more.
"Alright, baby. That's enough," he was all smiles as he gently snared me in my bliss.
"I am faster than Damien!" I unbelievably affirmed in his arms.
"Of course, that title is always for you,"
