While Sol has been getting himself busy with preparing things he needs for his travelling life, Lune brings her accessory chest that contains the flower to the library, where Gina seems to be dozing off on her own table and while she wonders if she should wake the woman up, the librarian jolts awake and wipes her drool on her mouth and sees the girl, "what do you want to know this time?"
"Any books on all the flowers and plants recorded?" Gina seems to be contemplating her life choices from how much her face contorts with that question, and she asks, "are you trying to be a herbalist this time?"
"I just need to see if I can dig around a legend about a flower of sorts," Lune smirks when she thinks Gina doesn't know where to find such a book, "or the mighty royal librarian doesn't know where to find this book? I see."
The older woman clicks her tongue from how the princess is being a brat and quickly gets up from her comfortable seat, and goes straight to the one book and takes it out from the shelf before slamming it on the table, "this is the book that you need, you're welcome."
She grins at how riled up Gina can be even after all these years and she starts skimming through it, and when there's one drawing that catches her eyes, she reads the description carefully and snaps her fingers, "this is it! So it's called moondrop, huh?"
"Why are you looking for the flower moondrop? Where did you even hear about it from?"
With a new found hope that Gina might know more about this flower, Lune asks excitedly, "you know about this?"
"The moondrop is not exactly a good symbol as a gift, since it is often nicknamed as the werewolf's tears considering it's a flower that can only bloom under a full moon. Though physicians will need it as it contains medicinal properties," she shakes her head when she realized that Lune used to be obsessed with pursuing knowledge related to werewolves, "previously werewolves, and now this? What has been running through your head all these years?"
"Then have you heard about any legend related to moondrop then?"
Knowing there's something written on the book Lune is holding, Gina just turns away and scowls, "look for it yourself in that book. I didn't find it for you to become an accessory."
Her attention is back to the book, and when she reads through the passages, there's the word legend and she starts reading it carefully, where she mumbles the passage out, "there's a legend on this flower where it will never wilt if it is gifted to one's soulmate, and it will keeps it blooming state until one of them dies, where it will become dust, blooming again somewhere else waiting for the next pair of soulmates."
'Soulmates?! And the flower never withered all these years, and Chilve is the one that gave it to me according to what he said last night!' She checks again on any other information on the average lifespan of the flower, and it writes that it will wilt in three days after being outside of the soil. Six years and it looks as fresh as how it is when plucked out, and her cheeks start burning from the prospect of being the soulmate of Chilve.
At least he is attractive so far, her type.
Wait, did she just-
"If you found what you're looking for," Gina's voice interrupts the stormy thoughts in Lune's mind, "can you get out of here? I want some peace to myself."
She closes the book and thanks Gina quickly before running out from the library, and when she stops walking in one of the corridors, she opens her chest to see that the moondrop is still in pristine condition, "seriously? Are we really soulmates?"
"Are you sure you have time to idly around? Don't you want to get out of the palace already?"
Lune almost drops her chest from how Sol appeared from her back, and she grumbles before quickly keeping her chest in her pocket, "what are you doing scaring the wits out of me?!"
"So have you prepared the stuff you need for our adventure outside?" When she shakes her head, her twin looks exasperated and he sighs, "figures. You better thank me since I ordered some stuff for you as well while ordering for mine."
"I was just about to do that myself after this, but since you did, thanks," Sol groans when he feels like he just been had by his own sister, and Lune pats on his shoulder, "What did you get anyway?"
"Some clothes that can withstand the harsh weather, swords, and-" he gets interrupted when Lune whines, "at least tell me you ordered a sleeping bag for me?"
"I'm not sure what that really is, but when I ask around, no one really understands what a sleeping bag is."
She knows that it's essential for her travels since they will be camping outside a lot, and she quickly starts walking away before shouting back at her twin, "then I will be putting in some orders myself! You will thank me if you get to use this sleeping bag later."
She can see him shaking his head, obviously not trusting the convenience of having a sleeping bag, and this ignites the fire of determination in Lune's mind to prove her ideas are the best inventions. Once she reaches the workshop of the seamstresses, she calls for the head there over.
"I would like to make 2 sleeping bags."
