"So where will we start from?" Aiden asked as Aysel started examining his body.
She didn't know why but she felt that the Aiden in front of him was different from the Aiden from a few seconds ago.
'I am going crazy now. The next thing I know, I am seeing Drake as an old man with a podgy belly. Though it would be hilarious to see his expression.' While sighing, she started assessing Aiden's arms and legs.
His arms and legs weren't buffed but compared to many noble children she knew, Aiden was definitely considered as a fit child.
"We will start with the very basics. Punch with your right hand once and then punch with your left hand once."
Aiden obeyed her instructions as he pulled his right hand back before punching forward. He then did the same thing with his left hand.
"Aiden, for the entire day, don't use your right hand for things you usually do with it. Instead, use your left hand." Aysel suddenly said as Aiden looked confused.
"Why only use my left hand?" He asked back as Aysel raised both of her hands.
"Most people only train with their dominant hand and most of what they know is with it. They don't care about their other hand at all. But in moments of battles, you might not be able to use your dominant hand. So it's better to practice with both hands." Aysel explained as Aiden nodded.
"Can you use both of your hands perfectly mother?" He then asked as Aysel grinned.
"Just look there."
She pointed towards the cluster of the trees in the distance. Since they were in the arena, the trees were a good target for practicing.
She then stopped in front of two trees which were relatively closer to each other. She pulled both of her arms back and formed fists with her hands.
She punched the trunks of the two trees at once as Aiden heard a crunching sound. The two trees hadn't been blown away but both of them were bent at the same angle and their trunks were barely preventing them from completely falling.
"This is what you can do if you control the amount of power and precision of both of your hands," Aysel explained as Aiden nodded.
"Then should we begin training?" He raised his left hand and formed a fist with it. He could feel the desire to become stronger slowly growing inside him.
"Now, start punching in front of you for a hundred times. Alternate between your two hands by doing 200 punches with your left hand and 100 punches with your right hand."
"Just that?" Aiden looked as though someone had just shown him the answer to all the questions in a test only to find out that the person had copied all the questions wrong.
"You must start from the basics. Foundations are very important after all." Aysel had a small smile on her face when she saw Aiden's eagerness and disappointment. "You might start out by doing a small thing but you will definitely grow from them."
Aiden sighed and nodded as he took a stance and started punching. He started with his left hand as he punched forward.

'I wonder how I am even getting these notifications.'
Since the system was inactive, Aiden couldn't help but wonder who was sending these messages to him.
Ding!
[ The messages are prerecorded. ]
'Now that feels like a true system from the novels I read.' Aiden thought with a sigh as he continued to punch.
But what he didn't know was that he was basically getting more benefits than most people even though his system was inactive.
His system would remain inactive till the time he was on holiday. If this was a coincidence, Aiden wanted to have a talk with the god or goddess of coincidences.
"He looks so impatient." Aysel thought with a smile as she was observing Aiden from afar.
She had left him alone so that he could focus on his training and was now looking at him from afar.
"Though I can't blame him. I used to be like him too." Aysel remembered how impatient she had been to become the strongest child in her family. But alongside those memories, she also remembered the things she hated about her past. "Those certainly weren't the best of times."
To a normal person, it would look as though Aysel was wasting Aiden's time by asking him to just punch the air. But only an expert martial artist knew the importance behind what Aysel was making Aiden do.
If Aiden didn't know the right basics, he would never be able to master the higher-level skills. SO Aysel was training him from the start.
But even Aysel didn't know that Aiden had a help much more powerful than her which was helping him in every little thing.
'Hey uh, prerecorded system, are you there?' Since Aiden had no idea what he should call the system, he just called it the prerecorded system.
[ The Infinity System. That's what I am host. I will not respond to any other name. ]
'Uh ok…' Aiden replied and opened his status screen to check his stats.

< Agility: 62 >
< Dexterity: 56 >
< Vitality: 50 > ]
'I have added many stats points to these stats. I wonder if they make a big difference though.'
Similar to how wrestlers used steroids on earth, Aiden had used his stat points to quickly advance in his stats.
'System, can you remove the stats I have received from the system and just show me my own capabilities?' Aiden then asked as he was half expecting the system to say no.
[ Yes, it is possible to do that host. The system will remove the system added stats and the host will only be able to use the capabilities you would have gotten naturally. ]
[ Proceed to do that? ]
'Yes.'
[ Response received. ]
[ System added stats have been removed, host. ]

[ Name – Aiden Locksworth Shadowstone

Stats:
< Intelligence: 73 >
< Strength: 13 >
< Agility: 18 >
< Dexterity: 14 >
< Vitality: 19 > ]
'This is what I feared.' He thought with a sigh.
Except for his intelligence, Aiden didn't have a single stat above 20. This basically meant that he had been relying on his system the entire time.
'System, keep the stats this way from now on unless I tell you to revert them. Also, hide the stat points section and disable their usage too.'
[ Response received. ]
[ The host's commands have been fulfilled. ]
Many people might be screaming about how stupid he was and perhaps would be threatening for him to turn everything back to the way it was.
After all, stat points were one of the biggest cheats that a person could receive.
But what these people didn't realize was the hidden damage he could suffer. If by any chance, his system was taken away from him or it shut down on its own, he would have a major decrease in power.
So instead of relying on this for power, Aiden decided to gain his stat points through physical practice.
And this included practicing both physically and using his elemental energy.
'Back to punching again.' Aiden then thought as he wiped the sweat off his forward and started punching again.
