'System, how do you think my mother will train me?' Aiden asked the system as he was getting ready to meet his mother for his training.
< I think it would be fierce host. But who knows, she might be a good teacher. > The system replied as Aiden didn't know the answer to his own question.
'By the way system, did you notice the change in her aura, behavior, and talking style? She completely feels different from the person I remember seeing as a toddler and five year old.' Aiden asked as he was ready for the training.
He was dressed in a tracksuit since it was the best for training and other physical things.
< You are right host. It felt as though she was a completely different person. Just keep your guard up host and I will keep mine up. Be careful. > The system replied as Aiden nodded before he looked at the bracelet on his wrist.
"Guess it's time to test this thing." Aiden muttered to himself as he touched the bracelet with his left hand.
'Mother, I am ready for training.' Aiden thought as he had no idea whether his thoughts were transferred to his mother or not.
[ Then I will come and take you with me. ] A moment later, Aysel's voice suddenly echoed inside Aiden's head.
'Guess this thing really works huh.' Aiden thought as he suddenly heard a chuckle.
[ Did you really think that I would give you a defective product? That comes to show how much you trust your mother. I feel hurt Aiden. ] Aysel's voice suddenly echoed inside his head as Aiden turned down to look at his hand still touching the bracelet.
He quickly lifted it and sighed as he eyed the bracelet warily.'
'Another thing I will have to be careful about. I should definitely not touch it or else all my thoughts would be transmitted to my mother.' Aiden thought silently as he moved towards the middle of the room.
"Well, at least you know what to wear while training." The first thing Aysel said after seeing Aiden was a comment about his clothes.
"I don't think you can really train efficiently while wearing trousers and shirt or any of the formal clothes I wear daily." Aiden replied as Aysel nodded.
< Let's be honest host, the only reason you are wearing that is because anime protagonists wear them. > The system replied as Aiden felt annoyed.
'Cant I be an anime protagonist for some time?' He asked back as the system fell silent.
"You are also wearing a tracksuit mother." Aiden commented as he saw his mother wearing a red tracksuit.
"Guess we do think alike." Aysel replied with a smile as Aiden nodded.
"So what are we going to do first?" He then asked as his mother shook her head.
"I am not the planning kind so I don't think about such things. Let's go to a good place for training and then we will think about what we should do." Aysel replied as Aiden sighed and nodded.
"Don't sigh at that. It's not my fault that I haven't trained anyone before." Aysel said as Aiden nodded earnestly.
She then teleported the two of them away as they appeared in a barren place.
The ground was full of sand and as far as Aiden could see, there were no signs of life.
"Mother, where have you brought us?" Aiden asked as she chuckled.
"This is a place known as the arena of Sephiroth. This place has been here for ages and all royal family members are trained here. Even certain noble families or people allowed by the royals can train here so I also trained here as a child." Aysel explained as Aiden slowly nodded.
But he suddenly narrowed his eyes as he heard lightning strike in the distance.
"Looks like someone else is also training here mother." He commented as Aysel frowned.
"I made sure that we would be alone here so that we would face no disturbance and could focus on our training. Looks like someone didn't get the message." Aysel sighed as Aiden suddenly looked surprised.
"Mother, there are no shadows here. How did you teleport us here then?" Aiden asked as Aysel smiled slowly.
"I have the space element too Aiden." His mother whispered as Aiden was let stunned.
"But only one in ten million demons have that!" Aiden said as Aysel nodded and smile.
The average amount of children born in the demon realm in ten years was around four million.
So a demon with one of the supreme elements was only born once in 25 years. But that was an estimation.
The system had told Aiden that sometimes centuries had passed by without the appearance of such a person.
"Only top-level demons know about otherwise the entire realm thinks that I have the shadow element. We will discuss about this later but for now, I want to have some fun punishing some bad nobles." Aysel said as she cracked her knuckles and teleported Aiden and herself to the place where she had heard the lightning strike.
"Hello dear, may I know which family you belong to?" Aysel asked in a nice voice as she and Aiden could now see the people practicing.
The people included three adult demons and a girl who looked around Aiden's age. Out of the three adults, two were female while the last one was male.
"Who are you and how are you here?" One of the females asked while scowling as she examined the duo's clothes.
"Oh, you don't know who we are?" Aysel asked as a vein popped in her forehead.
Aiden suddenly had a bad feeling as he stepped a little away from his mother.
"Which noble family allowed you to come here? They should have at least given you good clothes to wear." The male said while sneering as Aysel cracked her knuckles.
"I was thinking about letting you go but you went ahead and insulted me and my son. Now I wonder what I should do with you." Aysel muttered as the three adults exchanged a glance before they started laughing.
"What should you do? You should beg us so that we don't kill you or your son." The second female said but she suddenly felt chills running against her back.
The other two adults also felt this as an ominous aura was suddenly being released from Aysel's body.
"I don't like nobles in general but I definitely hate rude nobles." Aysel said as her eyes started glowing and a crown dropped on her head.
"Oh, shit..." One of the females muttered as all three of the adults realized who the woman was.
"Here, you should probably come with me and close your eyes cause what will happen next would be violent for you." Aiden suddenly said to the girl who looked around his age as he gestured for her to follow him.
The girl didn't say anything and quietly walked away with him.
After they were a few meters away from Aysel and the three adults, Aiden decided to examine the girl's looks.
She had beautiful silver-colored hair that fell down to her waist in curls while her eyes were a deep shade of ocean blue.
She was wearing a white shirt with a cloak that reach down to her knees while she was wearing a black knee-length skirt with black leggings,
"Guess I did the right thing by bringing you here." Aiden muttered as he could see his mother beating the three people with her fists.
"That wouldn't have been too violent for me... That's what I see every day..." The girl whispered in a very low tone that Aiden couldn't hear what she was speaking.
"Did you say something?" Aiden asked as the girl shook her head.
"Well, guess we will just wait here for my mother to finish." Aiden muttered as both of them stood there for a few minutes before Aysel teleported in front of them with a satisfied expression.
"You look so happy." Aiden commented as she smiled.
"What can I do? Beating rude nobles is a specialty of mine." Aysel said as Aiden sighed and turned to look at the girl who was looking at the people.
"Guess it's time for you to go and wait for them to wake up." Aiden said since his mother had beaten the people unconscious.
The girl nodded as she slowly started walking away when Aiden realized something.
"What is your name?" He shouted as the girl stopped and looked back.
"My name is Zoe." She replied loudly before walking away.
