Corr lands with his wings outstretched, the metal coating shining in the light of flaming torches around the arena. HIs vampire clan goes nuts, even if some treat him poorly, his parents believe that what they have done will lead to age for vampires. Corr spent years convincing that as flesh undead they should embrace that and try to augment their bodies with other undead. They spent years studying and have actually made a few impressive breakthroughs, which Corr enjoys.
The Harrow's has sent the pride and joy of the Harrow the strongest, Wight they raised in several generations. Ethan also called Lord Harrow Heart because of how much his mother dotes on him. An oddity since he is the strongest of all her low-level children. As a Wight, he is an armoured undead, similar to Pluto, but of course in much simpler armour and being closer to draugr and zombies. The armour is hellfire black, with hints of bane flower green just like his blade. He is taller than Pluto. Before dawning his helmet, he lifts towards his mother.
"I Lord Harrow Heart shall be victories." The undead present go nuts, a declaration so early is truly special. He must believe in himself. Corr doesn't care about Harrow Heart, his eyes are firmly on Pluto. The armoured boy hasn't moved since landing, but that doesn't mean he is threatless.
The Hawks are the only ones to send a champion. Diego Hawk has never been seen outside. However, the rumours that he has the strongest plague aura is widely known. His corruption is so strong that they are working to seal it properly. If all goes well, he will attend the academy during this crusade.
Each of them can feel the legendary blood aura from Pluto, but it would be a bad look if all of them attacked at once. Pluto is stressing they are all stronger than in terms of raw stats. However, Pluto's 💠Dread💠 leaks out of him. His threat generation is beyond any they have ever faced. Corr leaps towards Pluto.
Pluto's seriousness is caused because he doesn't have his sarcophagus yet, so if he dies he isn't sure where he respawns. Reeva explained to him he would only get one after winning this fight. The master thought it was a great idea, according to him. "many undead often lack a sense of urgency and become lethargic. You will fall to this, understood?"
As Corr approach, a short scythe appears in his right hand. Pluto can cheese the hell out of this fight by using Valania as she is part of his power. Pluto though, is only going to be relying on his new combat mastery with the scythe.
As a vampire hybrid, Corr is proficient in the one magic that Pluto has learned to counter. The blood scythe technique is made to fight against the livening who all share blood. He weaponises this blood the long the fight goes on. Unlike Blood magic that Corr uses, Pluto has it as a talent, this means it will later give him skill as he improves it over time. For now it gives him an immunity to blood magic.
Pluto swings his scythe, Corr responds well with his black, green sword. It has a hint of flames but clearly, he can't power that yet. He is only a level two blood flame hybrid. He is also plenty strong, as the punch he throws rattles Plutos 💠Spectral Armour [D]💠. Normally this shouldn't happen, but the sword that Corr has is clearly a rare weapon.
Corr is surprised it is has been months since he could not one-shot, a lower level undead. The shock lets Pluto attack. The boy spins and slashes, adding movement to his slash adds power. His scythe cuts deeply into the shoulder of Corr. Corr swings widely, trying to injure Pluto, who is spinning towards Harrow Heart.
The back of his scythe hits Harrow Heart, which spins his body to then assault the Hawk champion. They brought in a skeletal soldier, who is level 5. This is allowed as it is not very smart. He lets them encircle this is because his threat generation makes him the biggest threat in all their minds. The other undead are surprised by his tactic.
Pluto's thinking is that if they all focus on him, he can account for them. His advantage is his style. Once he gets going, it is very difficult to stop this is because his blood scythe technique is using his own blood as a medium. His father spent a long teaching him how to change his magic into blood. His 🔹blood aura🔹 isn't perfect yet so it isn't considered a skill but for now, it is increasing his agility by two.
His confidence in being able to take all three guys at once is because he is using 🔅Atla's Heart🔅 this increases all his basic stats by eight. His dexterity is currently at 15 which is doubled by his technique. He has triggered this as often as he can. His family believes it to be a berserk ability and why his sister is smiling.
"What in the bell fire's ghost is that?" Marcus has a similar ability, but he can raise all his stats by ten per cent. The reason he isn't freaking out is that it is helping one stat only which lets him justify the increase. Also, speed often increases strength so nobody can complain that he also has increased his strength.
This jump is the speed of higher-level warriors. The others can barely keep up with Pluto as she spins and slashes, Dodgin the deadly champion and spiralling into Harrow Heart before striking Corr. The intense fight looks like a slaughter. Pluto won't give them a chance. He will die, return to Moribund. The others all try their best.
Reeva slapping Marcus on the back., " Just sit back and watch, my brother is special." The masters are not so easily convinced, but all of them are, in fact, cheating. The only difference is that Pluto's cheat presents as a natural ability. This makes it impossible for them to call it out. The Harrows are already preparing the Spirit recall they brought with them. His mother would not let him participate without several contingencies in place.
Pluto is spiralling bloody pain. The blood scythe is a torture technique meant to make their enemies die in the most painful way possible. Lucky for this undead, they don't exactly feel. Pain, Pluto focuses most of his attacks on the Skeleton Soldier. His work is something they marvel at as each blow lands slightly too late to stop Pluto. His dodges make the attacks of Harrow Heart and Corr land on the skeleton soldier.
Pluto then whacks Corr sending him into the air. Corr incensed at being overwhelmed and also deeply affected by the threat generation. Sends a foolish amount of 🔹Blood darts🔹 at Pluto. Unlike what he expects, Helga learns forward too! "What skills did you guy find for him?" It is the only thing that makes sense to her. The blood thrones must have used a
His soul power powers 🔹Soul Shield🔹. which means he has perfect control over it. Thus is also carries his faux skill 🔹Blood aura🔹, this lets him absorb the 🔹Blood Darts.🔹 This skyrockets his attack power. Five blood increases his strength stat by five. This propels him further into the crowd, 'Oh and AH!" As they wince as all three contenders are beaten towards death.
As taught, Pluto is absolutely ruthless, striking them in places where it hurts. His scythe left behind half-moon blood trails. The master's eye all popping. Pluto is proficient even to show the blood moons. These are techniques usually only available to advanced users of the blood scythe technique. Most masters here have suffered defeat at the crescent blood moon technique.
Harrow Hearts' father stops his mother from interfering. She is ready to jump down. " He needs this, my love. He has never lost ever. This is a learnable moment that will make him even stronger." Harrow has never lost even to those born before his generation. He is basically the strongest there is. His father has been contemplating how to make him suffer a defeat from somebody his age. This might be difficult to watch, but he won't let this opportunity go to waste. If the Von Strokers can already make plans to improve Corr.
Corr's parents are disappointed at not being able to show all of their son's abilities. Pluto is too dominating. The skeleton soldier freezes from all the damage it has taken. Each bone losing cohesion at it becomes a pile of bones. What shocked the audience is that each bone is clean cut form the other. Basically he reduced it to its constitute parts.
Skeleton lord Iro whispers into the Blood throne master's ears, "He might be the one to control Adam. I am willing to try. If you are read to risk his life. I believe if he takes him as a general, he will truly be unstoppable."
The master shivers, remembering how strong Adam is...
