"So whats the plan now?" Rachel asked as she put his shirt back down and hugged him from behind.
"I want to creat the contract with Nightmare and then head to the capital to meet up with a few friends and make our gear." Hearing him they both looked at each other before speaking.
"About Nightmare, there are some people bugging Camilla about how they want to buy her and we have tryed to say no but the arnt leaving." Rianna said looking at Rachel who was hugging him.
"Really, when did they start bugging Camilla?" He asked since he wasnt logged out for that long.
"They started a day ago and have been blocking the entrance to the stables and not allowing anyone who wants to get their horse's to do so." Rianna said.
"Well I doubt they can stop us from getting in but how will we get Nightmare out once we creat the contract?" He asked.
"Once the contract is made, Nightmare can hide in your Mana Forest." Rachel said hugging him a little tighter.
"What is a Mana Forest?" He asked as this is his first time hearing the term.
"A Mana Forest is a place created to hold mounts and familiars. It manifests within you when you creat your first contract with a mount of familiar." Rachel told him everything that she knew even though it wasnt much.
"We should hurry to the stables then." He said before feeling Rachel let him go.
Turning around and giveing Rachel a quick kiss before walking over and doing the same with Rianna he smiled at them.
Grabing his cloak and 2 satchel bags from the spair bed they never use, he put them on while thinking of how they would get into the stables.
"Ready to go?" He asked.
Seeing them nod, he stared to head out of their room with Rachel and Rianna following behind.
Makeing their way down to the bottom floor of the Inn and leaving through the front door, they could see the town looked a little less lively than it was before.
Makeing their way to the stables, they walked down the main Street that ran through Kla Asari.
As they walked to the outskirts of town and up to the stables, they could see 3 Carriages blocking the entrance. It was clear that just as Rachel had said, these people didn't want anyone entering the stables.
Walking up to one of the carriages he could see some men come from the gaps and position themselves shoulder to shoulder like a blockade to stop them from passing.
"Hault. In the name of house Lindwin, no access will be granted to the stables at this time so we ask that you leave." One of the men shouted.
"What should we do now?" Rianna asked.
"We could kill them but that might cause problems for Fraya. Not that I wouldnt mind sending some problems her way." Rachel said still mad that Fraya was flirting with Silver.
"I just have to walk in and creat my contract with Nightmare right?" he asked just makeing sure that was all he had to do.
Seeing them nod, he started to walk twords the men after telling the two to wait for him here.
"I said hault." the man said again hopeing to not have to shed blood today.
Not even listening to the man he walked even closer to them. When Silver was about 5 feet away from the men guarding the carriage, they brandished their weapons to show they wernt kidding.
Rolling his eyes before continuing to walk, he finally arived in front of the man who was speaking. The man didnt hesitate and swung his sword in a downwards motion. As the blade was about to strike Silver, he turned his body into a storm of petals and like a flowing river went flying right past the man.
Leaving the man in a daze, Silver gathered his body and walked right into the stables like takeing a strole in a park.
As Silver walked into the stables he could see most of the stalls were empty. Walking along the stalls looking for Camilla, he could see how the stalls didnt look as clean as the first time he was in here.
Walking to the very end of the stalls he could see Camilla and a group of people surounding a stall. All the people surounding the stall were wearing frilly dresses and very nice suits so one could only asume they are the people who wont leave Camilla alone.
"We told you already. We will not be leaving until you sell us that horse." A womans voice could be heard.
"And I told ya before, she isnt for sale!" Camilla yelled at them. Anger was clear in her voice but that would be understandable when you consider she had things she needed to do but couldn't when being constantly pestered.
Quickening his pase, Silver walked over to Camilla. The faster he can get the contract made, the faster he can help her out with getting rid of these pests.
"Camilla I'm here for my contract." He shouted hopeing she would hear him over the others there.
Seeing Camilla look over to see him. He could feel a sense of relief wash over her. Watching her walk over and get up close to his ear, he could hear Camilla whisper.
"Follow me."
Doing as she said, he followed Camilla out of the stables. Looking back to the people before they left the stables he could see them trying to get into the enclosed stall that Camilla was just guarding.
"Isnt Nightmare in that stall?" He asked as Camilia brought him to a building not far away.
"We moved her a while ago. Way before Rachel even asked to tell ya the truth." Camilla said while opening the door that lead into the building.
"Why?" He asked since he only heard the people started bugging them a day ago.
"I had seen some people snooping around after ya droped the horses off. I was prepairing to move em when Rachel came to make a contract with hers." Camilla said leading him to Nightmares new stall.
Not entirly sure why Camilla would do something like this for him when they didnt really know each other, he wondered if this was a Brotherhood thing. Kind of like how family should take care of each other.
When they reached Nightmares stall he could see it was almost completely encased in cobblestone except some holes to let air in twords the top.
"We dont normally use these stalls for obvious reasons but ya gotta do what ya gotta do." Camilla said as she opened the large doors that were big enough to fit a carrage with room to spair.
Proceeding to walk over to a large cabinet on the wall to the right, Camilla started to rumage through it to find something.
Walking over to Nightmare who had gotten up as soon as Camilla opened the stall door he reached out his hand to touch her cheek while calling out her name in a soothing tone.
Nightmare after noticeing him lowered her head to allow him to pet her.
"Once ya sign this contract, a Mana forest will be born in ya somewhere around the middle of ya stomach." Camilia said walking over with a rolled up piece of parchment.
"Mana Forests differ from person to person so dont be suprised if it looks kinda dark or bright inside. Hell it could look like a ocean or even a endless sky for goodness sake." Camilla said as she held out the parchment for him to grab.
"So how does this work?" he asked takeing the rolled up parchment from her.
"Just sign on the lines and then put it to her head. If it works it will start to crumble into dust." Camilla said pointing to Nightmare.
Takeing a look at the contract before deciding if he would sign it or not. Silver could see it was different than the contracts he has signed before. Although it was different, the conditions were mainly for Nightmare to become his Familiar. Seeing that it would be fine to sign he looked for the ink pen but realized he was never given one.
"What do I sign with?" He asked only to see Camilla sigh and turn around to the cabinet again.
"I somehow always forget these things, ya know." Camilla said as she returned with a ink pen.
Takeing the ink pen and signing on the two spots he could see that required his signature before handing back the ink pen to Camilla.
He rolled up the parchment and placed it against Nightmares forehead. Seeing Nightmare close her eyes and the contract starting to crumble to dust he unconsciously smiled.
Just as he could see the contract finally completely turn to dust his vision turned black before it came back. Looking around he could see a Forest filled with trees. Lowering his head he could see the ground had many Moon Blooms scatered about.
When Silver looked back up he could see Nightmare was now lying under a big tree thet looked to be as tall as a skyscraper. When he looked at the top of the tree he could see it was surounded by the night sky with a beautiful full moon.
Takeing his eyes of the sky he started looking around and it didnt take him long to see 4 more tree's that were just as tall in the distance.
