Sakura's P.O.V
"He needs at least 24 stitches," the doctor tells me. "And you deary will need one of your own. As well as shots for rabies," That wasn't necessary. None of my siblings could get such diseases. I didn't want Seth to have a scar, but how would I heal him without a proper explanation?
"That won't be necessary. Human medicine wouldn't work on us and we didn't live as average rouges. We had to find a way to keep ourselves healthy, so we created a remedy for such injuries."
Dr. Morgan looks at me in interest. "It consists of ingardenia leaves, peppy flower, caltisa sap, and jalisa leaves," I finish. Dr. Morgan gives me a strange look. "Those ingredients are found in different parts of the world," he gives me a suspicious look.
"We traveled a lot,"
"Yet you were able to hold down a decent life as a human despite that," I grow annoyed by his suspicions. "Lucky for us, we always carry this concoction. So are we done with this interrogation or can I get the damn thing?" I don't wait for a response as I leave the clinic and head toward my room.
"I really hope you can finesse our way out of this," Soren says as she catches up. "Like hell I do. I have no idea where I am going to get some random concoction. Goddess forbid that doctor tries to see if the ingredients are legit,"
"After how you snapped on him, I don't think he will. Seth wouldn't allow in anyways,"
"All I know is that I plan to infuse my magic in it,"
"If that's the case then I know the perfect place to go. It will also be a great opportunity to catch up with our little witch,"
Soren leads me behind the pack house. There, a garden lies. It has a bunch of medicinal herbs and flowers. Some even resembled the random ingredients I named.
"This is perfect," what makes this even better is the witch picking flowers in the middle of it. "Ela, you are a hard woman to find. We couldn't even ask around. It would raise too much suspicion and we wouldn't want that," Soren says. Ela goes stiff.
"We have something we want to show you. It is only fair we both exchange secrets. Don't move from here. We need to patch up our wounds. If you leave you will make things exceptionally difficult." She doesn't look at us but she nods.
It seems even she knows her time is up. There is no more avoiding this. I hastily pick leaves and flowers. We leave Ela and go into our room.
"We are still missing sap," I say. "Then it's a good thing that we have powers," Soren grows a mini tree and cuts a piece of it. She switches to her water element and moves the sap into the bottle. "I'm sorry but we couldn't do this before, because?"
"Because you are going to infuse your magic in this. This sap has natural properties but was not naturally grown. Some of my magic resides in it. I don't want our magic to make an unpredictable potion. Not to mention we will be applying this to your mate. I am sure you are not willing to take the chances." I nod my head in understanding.
I pour my magic into the bottle and the ingredients liquefy. The mixture makes a pink-ish green color. I unbandage my wounds and apply it to them. It heals nicely with no effect, but that doesn't go to say it will work the same on a normal werewolf. I rebandage my arm.
"Let's go," We were going to find out. We check the garden before we go back to the clinic. Ela is still there, picking herbs and flowers. After we make sure Ela hasn't left, we make our way to the clinic.
I wave the bottle in front of Seth. "Are you okay with this?"
"I trust you," his words are completely genuine. "That took a while," the doctor comments. I ignore him. I unwrap his bandage and apply the 'medicine'. I use my powers to delay the reaction as long as possible so that it doesn't look too suspicious when it immediately heals. Before the wounds close up, I rebandage them.
"It will take some time, but it should be healed by the end of the day," I say. "We should apply it to your wounds too,"
"I already did when we went up to get it," The doctor passes me a suspicious glare. "We should get going," Seth stands up and we make our way to the door. "Thank you for your time, doctor,"
I say nothing and smile. When we leave the clinic, Seth speaks up. "I am sorry if he offended you,"
"You have nothing to worry about. We haven't done anything to gain your pack's trust," he walks up to me and places his forehead on mine. "Ranor and I have to have a meeting with the soldiers and guards. I don't want to leave you right now beautiful, but-" I quickly cut him off with a peck on his lips.
"Don't stress about it. I have prevented you from doing your job long enough, besides, Soren and I have some things to work out as well," He smiles at me. "Okay, stay safe," and with that, he takes off.
Soren and I exchange a look and head to the garden.

I grab Ela's hand. "We are taking you to our room," she doesn't provide resistance and stays quiet. We make it to our room and shut the door. We lock the door and make sure all of the curtains are closed.
"The pack is being invaded by rouges who have the help of a witch. The witch cloaks them and conceals everything about them. I am talking about their scent, any noise they make, physically, and making them completely invisible.
We need to know if you are the one behind this," are eyes bulge and her body starts to shake. "Oh god, I didn't mean for any of this to happen. How do you two know about this? Ranor hasn't said a word to me,"
"That's because he just found out. All Ranor knows is that rouges are invading his territory and getting by undetected. He doesn't know how. We can't tell you how we know. Not until we are sure that you aren't a threat," she furiously shakes her head.
"I would never endanger this pack. They're my family. But I know someone who would, but I can't share that with you. Not until you prove to me that you two aren't the ones behind this,"
Soren sighs and we exchange a worried glance. Soren looks back at Ela and asks, "Are you familiar with the Myths?"
Ela slightly nods her head. "Kind of, they are the magic wolves of the realm. They protect the earth and keep its harmony. There are various ones, but the main four are the Golden, White, Blue, and Pink wolf."
"Exactly, we are the guardians," Ela shakes her head. "We?" Soren wastes no time transforming into her water element. Her dress flows like the tides and her hair represents water's stillness. Her eyes turn into multiple hues of blue, and her hair turns into water. It's aqua blue tinted with pink and white. Her sleeveless dress replicates the same coloration and extends to the floor. It seemingly goes on forever just like the ocean. A wrap-around necklace graces her neck and forms into a waterdrop. The aquatic heels complete the elegance.
If you stare at her figure too long, you will start to see the billions of life forms that live in the ocean. It was regal. Ela's jaw drops to the floor. I give her time to process before I transform.
My hair that barely reaches my shoulders suddenly extends to my butt in waves, my pink eyes shine, and I am complimented in a white and pink dress with gold lining. It is a sleeveless dress accompanied by white elbow-length gloves. The tips of the gloves are pink. My heels were a shiny pink and my necklace acted as a choker as it wraps around my neck and spreads to my collarbone.
The lifeforms on earth inhabit my very being and can be seen. My dull pink is gone, now radiantly shining.
We don't look like teenagers anymore but goddesses that embrace the earth. So we have been told. Ela suffers from whiplash as she looks between Soren and me. Soren gracefully chuckles. "I think we broke her," she puts her hand up to her mouth and smiles.
"Oh my, we can't get anything out of you if you are slack-jawed the entire time," Soren walks toward Ela and closes her mouth. Ela blushes at the action and furiously shakes her head as if she was imagining this. "I can assure you this is real," I tell her.
"I-I don't even know what to say," Ela heavily sighs and sits on my bed. She puts her face in her hands and when she reveals her face to us again, it looks exhausted.
"I knew I wouldn't be able to run away from this forever, but I wanted to live in a fantasy where I could," she smiles bitterly. "Tell us so we can help you," I put my hand on her back and rub it. Soren and I de-transform and sit with Ela on the bed.
"I am from the Genesis coven. We are a long-standing coven of royal lineage. Our name and title have been passed down through centuries. We are a matriarchy. The eldest daughter will always inherit the power that comes with our name. When our coming of age ceremony is completed, the title of queen is passed down to us. We are to inherit the throne and lead our coven into the next century.
The problem with this is siblings. My mom has a younger sister, Elena. "She is who I got my name from," Ela smiles at the memory and rubs the emerald pendant on her neck. "Aunt Elena had a child before my mom, so naturally my cousin was supposed to bear our title despite my mother being the current queen.
Our royal blood and magic reside in all of our family. It is usually the eldest that completely develops the power. That is how the title and throne are spread throughout my entire family instead of on one side. My cousin was trained to be the queen her entire life until I was born. At the age of ten, I started showing signs of Echantia. That is what our power is called. Only the queen and future queen possess it.
I was declared the next heir to the throne and all of my cousin's training was thrown out the window and all of the attention was on me. Naturally, this aroused jealousy in my cousin. She bullied me every day, but I always felt guilty, so I never told anyone.
One day she took it too far and tried to poison me. After that, she was banished. My aunt went into a state of depression because of the loss of her daughter. She not only physically lost her daughter but mentally. My aunt finally broke and committed suicide. After that, my uncle disappeared. At the age of eighteen, my coming-of-age ceremony was about to take place.
Right as I was about to be crowned queen, my cousin made her dramatic appearance. She enslaved the entire town. Nobody knew how she got so strong, but whatever means she used corrupted her. My mother and father were captured. I too was enslaved until my parents provided me an opportunity to escape. I would never leave them, but they teleported me far away.
I wasn't strong enough to do anything. I let my family and people down when they needed me the most and proved Eleanor right. I wasn't fit to be queen. After aimlessly wandering around, I stumbled across Ranor.
When I found out he was my mate I was in utter shock. I couldn't handle being Luna and a failed queen. I had my scent concealed so that Eleanor couldn't find me. That was three years ago. I never told Ranor my true identity. I know he wouldn't care, but I am so ashamed. My kingdom is still imprisoned and I am here living in luxury. I haven't made any progress in becoming stronger. Now Eleanor is attacking my home.
She is attacking the people who care for me dearly. They accepted me as being 'human' without shaming me in the slightest." she put in air quotes. "These people can't get hurt because of me. They can't. No other witch would help rouges take over. It can't be a coincidence that they are attacking my pack. I just know it's her,"
Ela is in tears by the time she is done. I hold her in my arms and let her sob. "We are here and will not leave until this pack is safe. You have our word. In the meantime, we need every bit of information you have about Eleanor and her powers. We will find a way to help you get stronger. Your secret is safe with us," Soren says in confidence.
This entire situation got a lot more complicated.
