After the incident that took place at the metropolitan mall, security around Scarlett was tightened discreetly by her father while she was still in the hospital.

Everything was dark for Scarlett.
At first, she was surrounded by darkness.
Memories of her foster siblings and foster mother were flashing right before her.

'Are you alright?'
'Do you feel sad?'
'We love you, Scarlett!'
Words from her foster family.
Surrounding her with warmth.

Scarlett wanted to respond and reply to their concerns and worries. But there was no voice coming out from her mouth. Only empty words and useless efforts.
Until a bright light covered her entire line of vision.
So Scarlett opened her eyes after a few moments, wondering what happened and where she was.
"Umm… where am I?" groaning softly as she felt her body heavy and stinging from bruises in some parts of her body.
"Scarlett! Finally, you're awake!" Ivon exclaimed in excitement.
Ivon was relieved at Scarlett's awakening.
"What happened?" Scarlett curiously wondered.
As soon as she woke up, Sir Dominguez alerted all the elite hunters roaming discreetly around the hospital building. To make sure any threat towards Scarlett's life will be eliminated.
Sir Dominguez was the one assigned by Richard Pride of heading the security around the hospital.
Though, Richard Pride reminded him to do it discreetly. Not making it too obvious in operating their security measures.
"What do you last remember?" Ivon asked.
Scarlett tried to remember things at the mall.
She could remember the face of Prince Kratos trying to save her.
Even though he got hurt from trying to save her, Prince Kratos did his best to prevent Scarlett from getting hurt.
Though, he was known under his disguise as Gavin.
"Umm… Gavin's hand and him getting hurt," Scarlett's last memory before she blacked out.
"Great thing that Gavin saved you! If it really wasn't for him…" Ivon was not able to finish her words because of Scarlett's interjection.
Suddenly, Scarlett felt an unexplainable concern for the Alpha of the Crescent Moon Pack.
"Wait, where is he? How is he? Wasn't he hurt as well? If I remember it correctly, he also got hurt!" Scarlett became curious at Prince Kratos' well-being.
A concern she was surprised to express.
Her red velvet hair spread to the white clean sheets of the hospital bed.
"Well, Gavin was here a while ago but he left for something urgent. He said that he would be returning later to visit you," Ivon informed Scarlett about Prince Kratos' intentions.
But the only daughter of Richard Pride could not shake off her worry for Prince Kratos.
She wanted to ask about her father and brothers but Scarlett remembered that she was trying to keep her identity hidden from public knowledge.
To preserve her own privacy from any unnecessary attention;
Out of nowhere, Ivon received a call from work. Telling her to return and finish the tasks assigned to her.
"I have to go Scarlett. See you tomorrow! There are tons of work left at the office. Now, that you are not around!" Ivon enlightened Scarlett at what was going on.
Scarlett held her forehead while trying to rationalize things that took place.
"Okay! Still… I want to thank you, for being there for me," Scarlett expressed her gratitude towards Ivon.
While Ivon was on her way out, she tried to recall the face of the man who caused Scarlett to get hurt.
Unfortunately, the mysterious man had a mask on his face. And Ivon wondered if why she was feeling uneasy before the mishap took place.

Right after Ivon left the room, Sir Dominguez checked on Scarlett.
"Miss Scarlett, you are finally awake! You got us worried there!" Sir Dominguez wanted to cry but he contained his tears.
He continued, "Mister Fredo and the others were worrying for you…"
"Don't worry I am alright now. I have to thank someone for trying to save me. If it wasn't for him, I might have been in a more terrible state," Scarlett shared to Sir Dominguez.
Then she realized something. Scarlett remembered how protective her father can be and may have punished Sir Dominguez for letting something happen to her.
"Did my father…" right before she could end her query, Sir Dominguez reassured Scarlett that the Headmaster of the Pride Family did not punish him or did something drastic to put him accountable for such a thing that happened to Scarlett.
"Miss Scarlett, you have nothing to worry about! Master Richard was just being a normal father. His reaction towards your incident was expected from him," Sir Dominguez explained to Scarlett.
"What happened by the way? Was there anyone hurt as well?" Scarlett wondered further.
But Sir Dominguez hesitated if it was right to disclose to Scarlett regarding the other details of the incident. That she was actually the target.
He also thought that it would be better to keep from Scarlett about the current manhunt of her father and brothers. Looking for the one responsible of her incident. Using the information they got from Scarlett's friend, Ivon.
"It was concluded as an accident regarding at what happened in the mall," Sir Dominguez told Scarlett.
Afterward, Sir Dominguez handed her over an envelope to her. As per instruction of Richard Pride to him.
Scarlett received the envelope with the runic seal on top.
In her curiosity, Scarlett did not waste time opening the envelope. Indicating something special.

Lady Cynthia and the others were surprised when they were informed that their Alpha Prince was arriving.
"I thought he is arriving tomorrow?" Lady Cynthia curiously asked Beta Gavin.
"That's what I thought as well! But looks like something happened!" Beta Gavin answered the curiosity of their chief of staff.
Everyone was in hurry to prepare everything for the arrival of their Alpha Prince.
When Prince Kratos finally arrived, all staff members were in line. Welcoming their Alpha Prince.
Including Lady Cynthia and his Beta.
And they noticed their Alpha Prince agitated with a white bondage on his wrist and hand.
"What happened to you?" Gavin expressed his worry for Prince Kratos.
"Gavin, I want you to gather our best trackers. I need them to find someone for me. A bastard tried to harm me and the woman who saved my life. He will pay for what he has done!" Prince Kratos sworn to himself as he instructed his Beta.
