Chapter 18 - Part 17

A black car belonging to Hans stopped right in front of the lobby of the company where Marsha worked. Today Marsha has a photo shoot scheduled for some clothes that will be launched next week. However, currently, Marsha's condition is not good enough to carry out her activities. That's why now Hans looked at Marsha with annoyance.

"Your legs are still difficult to move, Marsha. Please, see your condition don't be stubborn." he said it made Marsha pout in annoyance.

"You see, my leg is getting better," Marsha replied while moving her ankle and showing Hans that her leg was fine.

"It's only temporary. Because if you keep pushing it, your legs will only get worse."

"Come on Hans, you know i can't stay still. It's so boring." Marsha said half whining spoiled made Hans sigh harshly.

"Whatever, but remember. If you feel your feet hurt again please don't push too hard Marsha." Hans warned.

Marsha smiled brightly, then kissed Hans on the cheek quickly. It was something Marsha often did when Hans did what she wanted.

"Thank you," she said, then immediately got out of Hans's car.

Hans shook his head, then went back to his car to park it. Today he would look after Marsha, following her schedule.

There was a knock on the door as Alland was just about to get up from his seat. He also allowed the woman to enter.

"Sorry to bother you, sir. A lady is looking for you outside. I told her, you couldn't be bothered but she insisted on seeing you, sir." Tiffany said with one breath.

She spoke too fast and sounded displeased with her presence.

Alland nodded his head. "I'll see her," he said then left the room. And just as Alland came out of his room, his body immediately stumbled backward because someone suddenly hugged him.

"I missed you, Alland." said a woman who suddenly hugged Alland.

Alland tried to let go of her embrace, but the woman tightened him instead.

"I don't know you. Let go!"

"You forgot me? I'm Zevanya. We've done it once, Alland." she said in a spoiled tone that made Alland's stomach queasy hearing it.

"I don't remember." the answer is fast. He did, but Alland wasn't lying if he didn't remember the woman.

"Even though i always remember you, why did you forget me!" she said irritatedly as she pursed her lips, wanting to get Alland's attention.

This woman is disgusting.

Alland sighed harshly. "I don't care. Whatever happened you just forget about it, because that's how i play." Alland informed.

Zevanya shook her head quickly. "You can't do that to me!"

"Why not?"

"I like you, Alland. I'm sure you like me too," she said sure to make Alland laugh amused.

"You're so confident. You know what? You're no different than those bitches i always sleep with." his sarcasm made Zevanya immediately let go of her hug and looked at Alland angrily.

"So, you equate me with them?" the cynic doesn't like it. Alland only replied by shrugging his shoulders nonchalantly.

"That's how it is."

"Damn you Alland!" she's angry.

"Look, i don't care what you think of me. But the important thing is that you know who i am. You'll be mine, Alland!" she said breathlessly holding back her emotions.

"Whatever. I'm busy."

As soon as Alland was about to leave Zevanya, the woman immediately stopped him. Then impolitely, Zevanya suddenly kissed Alland's lips. And another surprising thing, Alland saw Marsha standing back there. Seeing the sight of them kissing with red faces up to the woman's ears.

"I...I'll go first," Marsha said goodbye awkwardly, then immediately ran into the elevator. Alland didn't even have time to catch up.

Damn Zevanya!

"Let go of me damn bitch!" Alland snapped.

He couldn't take it anymore when he found out that Marsha had seen the incident. Surely she would be very angry with him. Just remember that made Alland's chest flutter.

Instead of being angry, Zevanya instead showed a smile. A very sly smile in Alland's eyes.

"Okay, i'll go. Don't forget to eat lunch, you might get sick later," she said after that walked away.

As Zevanya left, Alland ruffled his hair in frustration.

What should he do?

Meanwhile, Marsha walked with limping steps towards the lobby. She won't know what demon entered her, Marsha's heart felt like it was burning when she saw Alland kissing another woman. Marsha didn't know what this crazy feeling was either, but it felt so weird and painful.

That shouldn't have happened considering that Alland was just her boss who always annoyed her. Sleeping with that guy was just a mistake back then. But recently, her close relationship with Alland has made Marsha get used to Alland's presence in her life. That's why there is a dislike when Alland is making out with other women besides herself.

What did you do to me, Alland!

Brukh!

Not watching the road carefully, Marsha bumped into a man who was on the phone with someone.

Marsha bowed politely. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to," she said who then wanted to go back, but the man held her back.

Marsha frowned. She was feeling deja vu right now.

"Ah, it turns out it's you, Marsha."

That voice...

Marsha immediately lifted her head to confirm her thoughts. And sure enough, he was Noah. Damn, why did she have to meet that guy at the wrong time?

"Let go. I want to go!"

"It's not that easy, Marsha."

"Get off the damn thing! Don't make me mad Noah." she snapped which made some people stare at her.

Noah smirked at the curious looks that made him want to play with Marsha.

"No wonder you haven't changed at all. You know, i miss this woman of mine. You're always on my mind Marsha." he said with a smile that made Marsha shudder in horror.

"Please let me go, Noah. They're watching us!" she asked half pleading.

Instead of letting Marsha go, Noah laughed amusedly. "Leave it alone. I'd love it if they made a scandal about us."

As it used to be.

"Are you crazy?! If you came back just to crush me again then get out of here Noah!"

Hearing the tone of expulsion and accusations of injustice at him made Noah growl in anger. "I never broke you, Marsha. I always supported you, but you were the one who broke me."

Marsha took a deep breath. "That's in the past. You shouldn't bring it up again. Forget it all."

"It's not as easy as turning your palm, Marsha. You know because of you ialmost went crazy. Do you think after leaving the ruin you made, everything will be fine? You even ran away after that." he said with his eyes shining with anger, Marsha could see it.

"I should," Marsha answered in a hoarse voice.

Noah's words hurt her heart, which is now not okay.

"You should have told me. I'll protect you from whatever it is. You don't have to care about media, Marsha. You know, i love you so much." he said slowly.

Caught in the frustrated tone of his words, Marsha also got carried away.

"Me too, but that's our past." thought Marsha.

"Never mind Noah, it's over now. Forget me, you deserve better than me," she said, she was trying to persuade Noah to go along with her request, forgetting about it.

"I can't. I've tried, but i can't."

"Then what? I don't have that feeling anymore. You can't force me." Marsha said frustrated.

"I'll make you mine again. I'll make you fall in love with me again," he said with determination.

Marsha shook her head disapprovingly. "It's not going to be the same, Noah. We're done."

Hearing that, Noah immediately clenched his fists to hold back the anger that was now eating away at him again.

"No. You can't do this to me!" he shouted angrily.

"Keep your voice down. They're watching us!" Marsha whispered half growl.

"To hell with them! I don't care. If you want things to end, come to the A'Lisy Club tonight. When you come it'll all be over." he said with teary eyes.

Marsha looked at Noah with concern. She can't bear to see that man look so weak right now. The man who had stopped in her heart, the man who was always there when she was in trouble, and the man who always acknowledged her when the world didn't want her.

Noah was too good to her, but because of a problem at that time, Marsha was forced to leave Noah. She didn't want to do it, but she had to. Same when she had to go on the run 5 months ago, but the case is different. Only Marsha, Hans, and God know about it.

"I promise, Marsha." Noah's low voice made Marsha not have the heart to refuse.

"Okay, just this once," she said, she agreed.

Noah smiled sincerely when he heard Marsha agree to his request. "I'll pick you up at eight in the evening," he said while ruffling Marsha's hair with excitement.

Marsha replied only with a nod of her head. Then walked away without saying goodbye.

"You must be mine, Marsha. Either way, you can only be mine." Noah muttered with his evil smile.
