Chapter 22 - Part 21

Over seven hours of air travel from New York City to London. During that time, Marsha had been holding back nausea. She had been feeling since the beginning of Alland's private jet flying above the clouds. Marsha deliberately suppressed nausea to make Alland not suspicious or worried about her. Wait, worried she said? Impossible.

"Huweek..."

Marsha immediately ran away when she could no longer hold back her nausea. Her stomach felt very nauseous and her head was also throbbing in pain. It felt like she was no longer setting her feet on the earth. Everything felt like it was swirling and floating.

Alland, who had just finished talking to the pilot, accidentally saw Marsha running away from him. The woman ran into the airport.

Maybe she's shy. Alland thought with an amused smile.

Of course, he still remembers what happened before they went to London, at Marsha's request. And it's true what Alland said, they came here for breakfast, not dinner. Ah, Marsha is just getting more and more adorable.

"Then excuse me, sir." Alland says goodbye to the pilot who has resigned from him.

Alland immediately went to follow Marsha. He frowned when he didn't find Marsha inside the airport that had special access for him there.

"Where's Marsha?" Alland asked a flight attendant who had just passed him.

The stewardess bowed politely. "I saw Ms.Charlotte enter the toilet, sir. She seems to be not feeling well because her face is very pale." the flight attendant answered politely.

Without a word, Alland had rushed to the toilet. Go inside without asking permission or knocking on the door, because only Marsha will be there. Remember? This place is privileged access, just like any other business person.

"Huweek..."

"For God's sake, Marsha. What's wrong with you?!" Alland screamed when he saw Marsha sitting limply on the floor squeezing her stomach in the toilet.

"I'm fine." weak answered.

"It's okay, you say?! You're so pale. Oh God, you can't even stand alone Marsha!" he said who was already holding Marsha's shoulder gently.

Marsha shook her head weakly, then she got up from there. "See? I can stand. I was just tired so i sat on the floor." the answer was trying to make Alland believe it.

Alland glared at her. "No, you need to be checked. It's my responsibility for you here." his words made Marsha instantly stiffen.

No. She doesn't have to go to the hospital.

"I'm fine Alland. Maybe it's because i'm starving."

"Hungry you say? How can you starve if you eat all the food on the way," he said half-screeching because, during the air journey, Marsha didn't stop to eat. It was strange that she was starving right now.

Marsha snorted in annoyance. "I'm still hungry. Do you think the food on your jet is good? It just fills my stomach."

"Never mind, i'm lazy to argue. I'm fine. We'd better hurry to Cotte Restaurant because i'm really hungry!" she said fiercely when Alland seemed to want to come to his words out again.

Alland snorted in resignation, he could only comply with Marsha's request. For some reason, he couldn't refuse because whatever it was he would give as long as Marsha was happy.

"Am i starting to like her?" he asked himself.

"Everything for you," he says then takes Marsha out of there.

Marsha smiled happily. Suddenly she felt Alland's muscular arms wrap around her waist, making her heart beat wildly. Her heart warmed at the sweet treatment. Especially when before getting into the car, Alland kissed the top of her head gently and affectionately. So, Marsha couldn't hide the blush on her cheeks. God, she was going crazy because of Alland!

"You're blushing, baby." Alland teased while smiling amusedly seeing the red tinge on Marsha's cheeks.

"I'm not," she answered quickly and immediately turned her face to the window.

Alland chuckled amused seeing Marsha who was flustered. "See, you are now very much like a little bear in love with an adult bear," he said teasing again.

Marsha immediately turned to him and glared at him. "No, i didn't!" she snapped.

Alland's chuckle turned into laughter. Marsha is so adorable with the blush on her cheeks and her clumsy demeanor. Oh God, Alland wanted to lock Marsha up just for him right now.

"You are so adorable, little bear." Alland said in his hoarse voice. He even leaned over to kiss Marsha's left cheek.

Marsha's eyes widened. Did Alland just kiss her cheek?!

"What are you doing?!" she snapped.

Marsha didn't know whether to be angry or happy. But to be honest, deep down she was very happy.

"Why, hem? You want it again?" he asked in a voice that sounded...sexy?

Marsha shook her head quickly.

Get rid of your dirty brain Marsha!

"Ah, that's right. No problem, I'd be happy to shower you with my heady kisses. Like that night." he whispered at the end of his sentence.

Marsha rolled her eyes perfectly. "You are crazy." she hissed.

"Yes and it's because of you, my little bear." he whispered in a low voice which then kissed Marsha's tiny lips gently.

He deepened the kiss slowly as if he couldn't hurt Marsha otherwise he would feel deep regret.

After sensing that Marsha was about to run out of oxygen, Alland immediately pulled himself up. Wiping Marsha's wet bottom lip with his thumb. As a result of the brief fondling, Marsha's lips looked slightly swollen. Alland looked at Marsha deeply, right in the eye.

Marsha stared back at him in silence. The two of them seemed to be stupefied by the affectionate look they gave each other in their eyes. But neither of the two of them dared to express their feelings to each other. The two of them were busy enjoying each other's silence which felt very peaceful. Until the voice of the driver who brought them broke everything.

"We have arrived, sir." he told him and had parked Alland's luxury car in the magnificent Cotte Restaurant parking behind him.

Alland looked around in confusion. Since when have they arrived? Shit, he's going to cut his driver's salary for messing up the atmosphere he was enjoying in peace. His heart didn't seem to want to stop beating just because of the woman sitting next to him. The woman who might have started to make Alland fall into her beauty.

Marsha smiled amused at the expression on Alland's face. The man looked annoyed because he was disturbed by their driver. Marsha could see it.

"You should be ashamed, sir. We shouldn't have done that in front of your chauffeur. Well, we'd better get off now. I'm hungry." she said deliberately teasing Alland whose face was now red, holding back his annoyance.

Alland ruffled his hair roughly while looking at Marsha who had gotten out of his car. Then he cast a sharp glare at the driver.

"Just you wait!" he hissed annoyed, then followed in Marsha's footsteps.

Instead of being afraid, the driver smiled amusedly. His master wasn't usually this timid and it was all because of Marsha's presence.

"May Ms.Charlotte be destined for you, sir."
