Chapter 14 - The Art of Control

*I will be switching to a third person perspective from here on out to incorporate more detailed writing*

In a certain spirit realm, two Vampires crush their way through the underbrush. Killing and devouring in a seemingly endless cycle. Ezekiel's eyes filled with a wild light as thoughts of exhilaration flow freely in his mind. The day's passing by one after another, as the system repeatedly dings with continuous notifications.

How long, How long has it been since I've felt such exhilaration filling my entire body? his inner thoughts unknowingly voiced into the cool night air. The breeze flowing through his long hair, the tips stained red with the blood of animal's. His heart beating wildly in his chest, as scent after pleasing scent flows through his nose. Filling his lungs with alluring scents, as he continues his chase after Alice. Their mirth filled laughter ringing through the night, with every kill, Alice hovers at the edge of his vision. Smiling at him with a bright light in her eyes, their frenzy smouldering through their veins like fire.

"Master, have you had your fill already?" Alice's heavy voice echoes from the side as he finishes crunching through the body of the boar he'd found.

A light sigh escapes his lips, "My thirst was quenched long ago, however this euphoria," He clenches his hands, "I feel as if this could last forever!" He relaxes his clenched his fists, His eyes lingering over her tidy look despite the chaotic chase they'd lead through the world. His eyes glint as a sly smile drifts over his face. "Perhaps it will end when I've captured my true query." A voice husky with a long suppressed desire.

Alice giggle's mirthfully, "Ah, you wish to capture me? You're a few hundred years to early, Young blood." She turns walking away, a provocative smile flashing over her shoulder. "Catch me if you can," her soft tone echoes through the night as they blur through the trees.

As they flow through the trees, uphill at speeds far surpassing the human limit, they come to a cliff. Alice pauses at the edge, facing Ezekiel, she motions him with two fingers. Her clothes riddled with tears where his hands had grabbed hold of, just to be torn away. "It seems you've cornered me at last," She says breathlessly. Her eyes alight with mirth as she watches him slowly stalk closer.

"Where'd all that talking go," Ezekiel responds slowly, "Something about being hundreds of years to early, was it?"

Alice giggles lightly, "Here I was, being so kind to extend an olive branch. Yet you incite me so?" she appears in front of him, her hand resting on his chest. Gripping his torn shirt she forces him to lean towards her, placing her lips next to his ear, she whispers, "The chase isn't just fun meant for you, Master."

Grazing the nape of his neck with her fang's, as goosebumps rise along his arms. "If you wish to partake, you must restrain yourself. Most prey will break easily, so extending that time should be your utmost desire. After all, there's a much deeper thrill in prolonged chasing, don't you agree?"

Ezekiel rests his forehead against hers, "I understand now, this was to teach me to focus through the burning of that frenzy." He mutters huskily, "I suppose I should thank you." His smile revealing his fangs in the moonlight.

Alice slowly presses into him, her body soft against his, "A reward is the best form of thanks," she murmurs against his neck. Teeth and lips slowly graze along his skin as a soft sigh rumbles through his chest.

Their hands slowly move, tearing the tattered clothing from their bodies. Their warm skin pressing against each other. The heightened senses from the frenzy still eminent, His hands slowly trail along her soft curves. Her slim hips press against his as he bites down on the nape of her neck, eliciting a soft gasp, that echoes loudly in the silence of the forest. Small trails of their blood flow down their bodies, as Alice pushes Ezekiel against a tree with her body.

Her tongue following the trails of blood down his body, as her hands softly trail along his exposed rod. Stroking slowly with her hands, her tongue presses against it, dancing around it tantalizingly, before taking it in her mouth. Soft slurping sounds coming from her mouth.

Ezekiel's hand grips her hair, moving her head at a different speed. "Yes, right there," he breathlessly guides her. Trembling slightly as he releases himself in her mouth, she swallows and licks what wouldn't fit off with her tongue.

Ezekiel kneels down, kissing her slowly before his lips trail her body. Her supple breasts slowly being rubbed and kissed by him, before kissing a trail down her stomach. His hands teasing along her inner thigh, and along the edges of her flower. A slick dampness coating his fingers as he moves his fingers inside her cave. His tongue slowly trailing circles as his fingers press and massage the soft interior.

Alice's hands grip hold of his hair, as her body shutter's. Soft moans escaping her lips as her hips move with his finger's. "Stop teasing me, and give it to me," she pulls his head up meeting his eyes with an alluring smile.

Grabbing her arms, he pulls her to her feet, picking her up he presses against her, rubbing against her entrance as he rests her against the tree. Lowering her down he presses inside of her with slow small strokes. The soft smacking of their hips increasing in speed and noise slowly. As their moans fill the deep forest through the night.

In the inner palace of the Kingdom or esparia, King Jacob, the leaders of his faction, Isabella and Isaac stand in the grand hall.

"I will now attempt to find the Gate Ezekiel lead us to, your majesty. Everyone present, join hands." Elaine says taking up her meditation stance as everyone except the king links hands.

"You all are the best and most prominent warriors of the kingdom, I pray for your safe return. Master Leto says from the side, his gaze locked on Rani among the circle of individuals. "Do your best everyone."

King Jacob nods lightly, "Do your best, however if things look to be taking a turn for the worst, you must protect your own lives first and foremost. You may begin Elaine.

Elaine breathes deeply, slowly falling into a relaxed state as she navigates through the countless bright stars, a shimmering light at the edge of her Spirit plain glimmers brightly. As her hand grazes it a familiar pulling sensation drops them into the world.

The starry sky shimmers seemingly endlessly in the night sky. The forest once holding the scent of nature now carrying a drifting scent of blood on the breeze. Raphael breaths in slowly, "We must proceed with caution, the scent of blood is on the wind."

"Agreed," Valeria pounds a fist into her hand, "Let us hope for the best, but be prepared for the worst."

Elaine silently stands, a fist clench, "The path we need is directly this way," she points leading the group through the forest slowly.

Saint Rani intercedes, "One moment please," She clasps her hands together, chanting slowly. "Come forth brilliant light of the heaven's, bless this dark land in the holy magelight of the divine." as she chants her hands slowly spread out lights appearing one after the other illuminating a 20 meter space. "Let us continue." She says her gaze buried in the ground.

The ground walks through the eerily silent forest, the trail littered with broken branches and deep imprints of feet that flung dirt through the air. Johnathan turns to raphael, in a quieted voice, "These are most likely Ezekiel and Alice's footprints, this is good news since he has a human form, he should have retained his awareness..."

Raphael silently nods, "Please move ahead of us, scout the area, and give a signal if anything of interest catches your eyes."

Johnathan fades into the darkness of the forest, moving from shadow to shadow. His eyes accustomed to working in the darkness following along the main trail. Eventually coming to the large black dome, he whistles to the others.

"That's Johnathan, seems he found the dome structure." Raphael says softly, "Let's pick up the pace a bit."

The group moves into the clearing, finding johnathan crouched on the ground at the beginning of the trail of footprints. "It would seem this is where he began chasing something. Judging from the smell of blood, on the breeze, it's safe to assume he's been in some kind of killing frenzy."

Raphael's eyes follow the trail of torn earth into the forest, a mass of broken brush and tree branches indicating the opening. closing his eyes he thinks for a moment, "It would be best to wait until daybreak."

Isaac takes a deep breath, "With such a visible trail it wouldn't be hard to track them, even in the dark right? Why wait?"

Johnathan smiles, "It is a simple path to follow, however. These tracks mean he's moving far faster than you, Rani, or Isabella could move. The danger would be immeasurable to the three of you. Even for the four of us, fending off something that fast would be difficult while protecting others."

Isaac pauses then rubs the back of his head, "Yeah that makes sense, Sorry i'm just..." he trails off unsure.

Rani rests a hand on his shoulder, "We understand, Ezekiel is a kind young man, we all wish for his safety. However we also need to prioritize our own."
