BAM!!
Amelia's expression clear and calm as she expected that he has no good aim. Her slender figure stood out among the rest.
Her jade like hand even faster the movement of the knife. She easily caught the knife and sat back down expressionlessly.
This was the exact reason why Jaxson never underestimated his sister in his life. She was really cool and really good at every single thing since young.
But she didn't like showing off and didn't want him to feel bad, so she never shared her talents with anyone except with him and grandpa.
The Butler Zile was speechless...
The manager was also not able to utter a single word...
They just stood there speechless...
Amelia took a sip of the smoothie and kept the glass back. She started playing with the knife. She looked up and "Who made these?". Then she returned playing with the knife.
Jaxson also stared at Butler Zile and kept the glass. He knew what the smoothies was missing. But he didn't dare interrupt his sister.
The Butler and the manager still couldn't get over the shock. She had only been here for ten minutes and of those ten only four- five minutes maximum was the time she was infront of them.
They had seen the result of anger and coldness with toppings of hardwork and talent. If she was not infront of them then who else could take place.
Ofcourse, Young Master was handsome and very smart but somehow a clear boundary was seen between these two.
Where other people's specialities ended, there's began. Such beauty, talent and arrogance together was indeed a rare sight.
Where did such jenes even exist?
Were these two even human?
Which blood line did they belong to?
Looking that they still didn't recover from the shock. Amelia thought what would have happened if Jaxon had caught the knife. Would they have had a heart attack?
Amelia then glanced at Jaxon who looked like he could have done better. "Speak" Amelia fringe fell till her nose as glanced sideways and said.
Jaxon looked surprised at the thought that his sister could see through his expressionless face. "May I?" wanting to do better.
"Do you still have that plant?!" Amelia was a little shock but she easily concealed her expression without anyone even noticing.
"Yeah!" said Jaxson. How could leave that plant. It was a part of his childhood which he spent with his sister and his grandparents.
They used to spend hours in the kitchen cooking with their grandmother and creating huge mess of the place. Then very gently would concentrate on the dishes to decorate them to perfection.
Every single dish they made with their would be an ultimate and better than the previous one. It was all thanks to the berries and herbs they used.
Out of all the secret ingredients, the wild bear berries were their favourite. These dark brown berries could be eaten raw and even put in any of the dishes.
Their surprising ability to change the taste with eat bite was probably Jaxon and Amelia's favourite part.
...And almost all the time most of the sour ones would be the one's Jaxson eats.
They both laughed at this thought. It was obvious they were thinking the same thing. Their chuckling noises brought the Butler and the manager back to their senses.
"Miss, what happened?!" Butler Zile couldn't help but exclaim. What had happened to the cold and serious Young Master!!
"Nothing" said Jaxson smiling as he stood up to go to his room.
"Master, where are you going?" asked the Butler. After thinking for a while he added "If you want something let be bring it for you"
"Have I ever asked you to go to my room?...ever? Why did you think that'll change today" replied Jaxson concise and clear. His expression turning cold.
Butler Zile couldn't help but blame himself. Why did have to speak and ruin such a happy moment. But he still couldn't help wonder who Amelia was?
"Let him go! He'll take care of the smoothies.. He's practically an expert" said Amelia grinning as she scrolled through her phone and updated the software.
Just then her laptop screen lit up. It displayed that Uncle Zile had read the message and was on his way to the mansion.
"Butler Zile,I am Amelia Zile" said Amelia turning of the computer and keeping it back in her bag. "I am Jaxson's elder sister"
"Uncle Zile will be coming in five minutes, you can prepare as you wish" Amelia added after pausing for a while.
Butler Zile "..??"
Manager "..??"
"Oh! and don't worry my calculations are always correct" said Amelia without looking up as she played games on her phone.
Butler Zile walked to kitchen in daze. He put his thoughts aside and stared planning. It was obvious that Elder Zile would come since his niece had said so.
Butler Zile was a man who revolved around time like the second hand. He was to the point with the staff there and clear while choosing the food.
The manager on the other hand didn't have to worry about any organising. But he couldn't stop thinking about Amelia's catch.
If she hadn't caught it then it would have hit Young Master Jaxon and he would be accused of killing the mayor's nephew.
He looked up at Amelia as she played games on her phone. Her sapphire eyes clear like the calm before the storm.
He really wanted to ask "Who asked you about the calculations? The point is how did you even know he was coming." but feeling her cold and fierce aura he swallowed his words back.
What was even the point of asking a girl who has guns with her a question like that?
Amelia finished the rounds of the game like the autumn breeze. Her moments free and fast. Her jade like fingers cold and swift.
She looked up at the door and threw her phone on the table. It's black screen lit up as if expressing that it was angry at being tossed around.
She ignored it and laid back on the sofa, impatiently. She looked at her watch and closed her eyes. Her eyelids drooping as she looked relentless.
"Butler Zile, He's here" said Amelia as she sat up straight on the sofa, lazily. "Where is my cap and mask?!" she asked impatiently.
The manager looked at Amelia in surprise. The door wasn't even open. How could she tell that Elder Zile is already here?
"..Miss aren't?" the manager originally wanted to tell her that she was being too arrogant but swallowed back his words as he saw the door open.
Just then Butler Zile also came with Amelia's cap. As Elder Zile entered nobody except the door attendents noticed him.
"Young Mistress, your cap!" said Butler Zile as he handed the black cap to Amelia. "Sorry for the inconvenience but your maske is being washed so.."
Amelia was speechless..
In a second, he went from who are you Miss? to Oh! ok! and ofcourse! He went from Madamoiselle to Young Mistress...
"No worries!" said Amelia as put the black baseball cap like cap on her head and positioned it carefully.
"So shall I keep it in your room?" asked Butler Zile.
"Speaking of my room, where in the world did you get the idea that I liked pink?!" Amelia gazed at Butler Zile and asked coldly.
"Pardon me! but Young Mistress that is not your room..that was the guest room" said Butler Zile comforting Amelia, worried of what might happen if she gets angery.
He would have probably died!!
"That's better! Make sure it resembles this picture I am sending you" said Amelia as took her phone and typed a few keys before throwing it back.

AT THE SAME TIME..
Jaxson went upstairs to his room. He was very slow paced. He though he concealed his emotions, the sides of his lips were curled up.
He swiped a card to enter. Then a AI voice asked [Pupil Verification] and after a while said [Verification Confirmed].
The door automatically unlocked and he entered. His slender white figure was a contrast to the surroundings of the room.
The room was all black and red reassembling the one in the image given by Amelia for her room. Their were only minor differences.
The only thing in his room was a potted plant in the coner of his windows. It was fully bloomed and had red and green leaves and brown berries.
He gently picked a few berries and very careful doing so. He clearly remembered how grandmother used to pick them.
..And also how they usually exploded when Amelia used to pick them instead. It was clear from since they were young his sister was quite impatient.
He took his time...

DOWNSTAIRS..
Elder Zile had enough with everyone. What had gotten into them. So, he took a few steps further but the moment he saw the figure who was sitting on the sofa it was blurred by all the staff and people walking here and there.
Did they forgot whose house this is?!
Did they forgot who he was?!
