I felt myself breathing hard, my chest tightening, as I stepped through the doors finally feeling the fresh cool air and I was sure that my face was red. I didn’t bother looking back to see if Chris followed me or not and looked for a spot to be alone for the time being as I’m trying to calm myself. I must have been outside for thirty minutes and I was starting to get cold from the night air so I decided to look for Chris having decided that I was going to go home.
