He should at least be more cautious with me."
{I still don't understand why do this, young master? Getting him to focus on you is... oh, I see, with him focused on you, Haku and Kimimaru might surprise him.}
'Yes, that and the fact that I am a ninja of civilian origins. Although they might think I was trained in kenjutsu thanks to you, it would still be too flashy to show too much talent. Intelligence without strength to keep up with doesn't make you a threat, just a possible ally or difficult enemy, but nothing more. Enemies can be obliterated with sufficient force, as no matter the scheme, with absolute force everything becomes irrelevant."
{You seem to have thought about everything a lot. Young master, in that case, I will support you with everything I have.}
'Arigatou, Kouki.'
"So, do you want to start, Yamato?" Kakashi asked in a malicious voice. "Maybe we should change our tests a bit. What do you say?"
"Senpai, won't you test your genin first? What do you want to change on the tests?" Yamato questioned Kakashi.
"I'm curious about your genin team...especially the boy with the sword."
Damn, that would be me. The boy with the sword. Whatever. I calmed down and quickly thought about what we could do to contain Yamato, but first we needed to hear the man about what test we would do. Was it the iconic bell test? Would it be something like a chase test? Would we have to capture something? What? I already knew that I was going to be targeted by Yamato-san, but attracting Kakashi's attention wasn't part of the plan. Damn it! Why did he have to appear along with Yamato, of all the jounin?
"Neh, Yamato, what do you think the six of them work together against the two of us?" Kakashi suggested and screwed up my planning. I would have no problem convincing Naruto to collaborate with us, but Sasuke and Sakura would be difficult just to annoy me. Hell, Kakashi, I hate you!
{Calm down young master, we're in this together and you can use some of your strongest skills just in case. Kotei No Me can serve to deter and even temporarily contain both of them.} Kouki said in an expressionless tone. He was in combat mode and in that mode he was no different from a sword. Sharp, biting, destructive. I shouldn't have gotten so carried away, it wasn't like me. I think this ninja world is making me a little more dramatic than usual.
"I see, I'm sorry, I went a little overboard."
{Good"}
"Well, can you see these four bells?" Kakashi said showing said bells. Two for each of the jounin in front of us. "You six need to take them from us. Whichever method they use will be allowed. Only those who have a bell at the end will be admitted as genin..."
"But Kakashi-sensei, there are only 4 bells and we are 6." Sakura said the obvious. As always. I wonder how, even with Hinata's greater confidence, this idiot became kunoichi of the year. Was it some kind of fate? I didn't feel any kind of manipulation around these three, but maybe I'm not able to feel that kind of energy, after all I'm a very young god...
"Yes, that's because only 4 of you will be admitted as genin, those who don't have the bell will be sent back to the academy." He said with an annoying smile. "Remember that you must come to us with intent to kill... at the count of 3, you may begin... 1... 2... 3. Begin."
So me, Haku and Kimimaru hid to the best of our abilities in the forest. Easy thing to do since we could use divine energy to disguise our chakra. The method was of high quality, using divine energy as a cloak around the chakra while still allowing it to flow through the body. In states like this, not even Karin would be able to find us using her mind's eye at the highest level, and that was something. Of course, our natural physical smells, sounds and vibrations have not yet been smothered.
I was a little disappointed in myself as if I had brought Karin, my taijutsu skills would have been greatly strengthened and I wouldn't need to contain my attacks because of my weak body. Honestly, being who I am, with the abilities I've inherited, a mere Kakashi wouldn't be able to do me any harm. A tough body of a fanalis, added to the constitution of a god, if that wasn't enough to deal with this one-eyed one then I didn't know what was. Unfortunately for me, I didn't have enough accumulated physical strength to contain my energy. Even my chakra, which was supposed to passively strengthen my body, could only drag me to the current level of special jounin in taijutsu...my body was not developed and was slowing my progress.
I moved towards my shinkki to gather us in one place and plan our basic strategy. According to what I analyzed, Yamato would not be like Kakashi and as long as we, from team 10 worked together, we would pass inthe test. I didn't necessarily need to bring the others on team seven together and work with them. Nor should they want it after all.
The Third Training Camp is a piece of land located in the interior of Konoha. There are views of the mountains in the landscape and a large, deep river with forests on either side. There is a clearing and in its center are three stumps lined up side by side where Hiruzen and, in the near future, Kakashi used to tie their students, below is the Stone Memorial, a structure in the shape of a polished kunai where the names of the dead it was set to further torture the already depressed mind of the silver-haired emo.
This information was very useful. Knowing the environment in which one intends to fight was a necessity. I honestly thought about coming here the day before and setting traps, but my trap creation level was second to none to Naruto, there was no chance in hell of being able to contain a jounin...
I caught up with Kimimaru first and he nodded before following me towards where Haku hid. Five minutes later and we were together again.
"Okay, I don't know much about Yamato-san since he was Anbu until recently, but Kakashi is easier to catch off guard. He was once Anbu, but spent too much time working in the light for his fame to be unknown. First of all, we can't let him take us seriously or he'll use his sharingan." I spoke in a heavy tone of voice. I was focusing on Kakashi because he couldn't reveal my knowledge of Yamato being the bearer of the wood release. I needed to pretend to ignore that fact.
"What are sharingan skills? That Sasuke guy has those eyes too, doesn't he? Which is more dangerous between yours and theirs?" Haku asked in concentration.
"Well…about the sharingan skills…it depends on how evolved it is. If you have a tomoe, then we just need to worry about its super-augmented reactions and its ability to predict the opponent's movement to a lesser degree. Two tomoe and we will need to fear the copying ability. With this, a sharingan user will be able to copy released ninjutsu with just a glance, as long as it's not a varied kekkei genkai jutsu, like the famous lava, wood and boil releases, he can copy. That means the ice release would work fine, Haku."
"Understood." He nodded.
"For the third tomoe…well, it's useless to know about it, but this tomoe gives a considerable boost in the ability to cast genjutsu with just one look. That's irrelevant to us, after all we can't get caught up in genjutsu." I spoke. Since I was a god and they were my shinkki, we were somehow connected to each other. This meant that we could transfer energy from each other easily. Since my eyes already make me immune to genjutsu, I could just wake any of them up from something like chakra-based illusions. It would be different if they used other types of energy, but chakra? I could handle it easily, even if I was a Mangekyo Sharingan user. "As for how the sharingan compares to my emperor's eye... it's ridiculous to compare the two, actually, although if I implanted the eyes of an Uchiha on me, their abilities wouldn't be activated by my body either... I think I'm a kind of nemesis of the Uchiha clan members..."
Now why would my body reject Uchiha eyes? Simple, outer chakra. Other people's eyes derived from sharingan possess chakra from their former owners and I rejected alien chakra, or rather, I rejected alien chakra fusion with my pure chakra. This meant that, with eyes saturated with the Uchiha chakra, my body would either destroy the organ to expel that chakra, or simply seal the said whose in the eyes forever. That would be very problematic.
It would be different if I awakened my own sharingan, but I would need to be one of the emo shit's clan members for that.
"So what's the plan?" Kimimaru asked with a touch of anxiety. He was a Kaguya after all and loved fighting more than he admitted, but we were too close for him to try and hide things from us.
"My analysis of Kakashi is not over." I replied. "He is not only proficient in his use of the Sharingan, but he is a Hatake."
"What's that supposed to mean?" Haku asked with his head slightly tilted in confusion.
Cute!
"Coff…coff…Well, the Hatake clan is a clan proficient in kenjutsu. The most famous personality in konoha when it comes to kenjutsu was Hatake Sakumo, white konoha fang and a ninja so strong that he surpassed the sannin in terms of sheer power. Remember that his main means of attack was the sword with impeccable chakra control covering it." I explained. "Kakashi only received his sharingan when he was a teenager so it makes sense to conclude that he is proficient at it too."
"Then it will be more difficult than we thought." Kimimaru concluded with a strained tone, but a glint of anticipation in his eyes made it difficult tobelieve it.
"Maru and I are going to engage in a taijutsu fight with Kakashi…we'll progressively increase the skill until we can lock him with my eye ability…at this point, Haku must lock his legs with ice and finally I'll use Kouki to cut his bells and pull towards me." I explained. "This plan is just a sketch. After all, anything can happen in a battle and we are dealing with a jounin here. Let's improvise according to the situation. Besides, we don't know if Yamato will interfere in our battle. If I'm not wrong, by this point, Kakashi has captured the entire team seven. We must start moving before they decide to look for us. Taking the initiative is a must in cases where we are at an obvious disadvantage."
""Understood, Ryu-Sama, we are ready."
