I finally got healed up and I can finally go back to school. I got ready to go and Loki and I headed out after having breakfast. On the way to school I said, "I can't wait to see my friends again. Oh how are your friends?" "Oh the guys are fine. They've been asking how you are. The girls hang out with us so they asked too. I told them you were hanging in there. I told them you were in an accident." "Oh that makes sense because they don't know about us." "Yeah that's right." Then we finally made it to school and I had to stop by the office to talk to the principal.
"I guess I will see you in class Loki." "Yeah see you in a bit." Then he left for class and I took a deep breath and knocked on the door. (Knock Knock) "Its me Akela." "Come in Akela." I sat down and we talked. "How are you feeling?" "I'm fine now. All healed. So how much do I need to catch up on?" "Oh don't worry about it. The classes you have are going to give you a project in each class to make up for your days missed. Also I had your friends take notes for you. So I would suggest you study in case there is a surprise test." "Yes sir. Thank you." "Ok I will see you later. You may go to class now."
I went to class and gave my note to my teacher since I was late. I sat down next to Loki and read silently like the rest. Classes went on then it was finally lunch time. "Hey everyone. Sorry I was go so long." "Hey its all good. Glad you are ok." Said Basil. "So are you two ok enough for this weekend?" "What's going on this weekend Hunter?" "Oh its my cousin Zak's bday. Wondering if you want to come over. You remember Zak? The weirdo cousin." "Oh him. I'll have to talk to Leo. Akela do you have any plans?" "Yeah I have to go somewhere this weekend. You should be able to go. I'll be fine Loki. Just don't cause trouble ok?" "Haha. I should be telling you that weirdo. I'm the one supposed to be looking after you." "Exactly more reason for you not to get in trouble right?" "OK smarty pants." "Hehe." The girls and guys laughed. Then it was finally time for our last 2 classes.
It was finally time to go home so Loki and I headed home when I had a very strange feeling something was going to happen soon. Not knowing if it was good or bad. I shook it off and ignored it for now. "Hey Leo. Aqua." "Oh hello how was school?" said Leo. "Oh it was good. I caught up with my friends. They were glad I was ok." "I be they were worried." Said Aqua. "Yeah they were. Oh Leo I have something I need to talk about alone with you ok?" "Sure where do you want to talk?" "Oh I know a secret place. Even Loki doesn't know about." I whispered. "OK lets go." "Loki I'll be right back. I'm taking Leo somewhere." "Yeah ok just don't forget to do your homework ok?" "Yes mom." I joked with him. He rolled his eyes and we left.
I looked to make sure no one was following us and kept of walking. Then finally we got to the place. "Wow this is a lot of walking for a girl like you I'm sure." Said Leo. "It was at first but after Loki trained me I was fine. OK so the reason we are here is because after I was on my way home from school I had a strange feeling. I don't know if it was good or bad." "I see. Do you know what the strange feeling was that was going to happen?" "No not really." "I see so your wolf senses aren't completely there but your getting it. Oh in a couple of weeks is the fully moon again." "Yeah so I have to go back to the hospital to see if I am really cured. I didn't want to tell Loki about my strange feeling or he would worry about me and not hang out with his friends this weekend. He was going to tell you he wanted to go to hunters house this weekend. His cousin Zak's birthday." "I see I think it should be ok." "I told them I had to go somewhere this weekend. I didn't say where. I want to go see my siblings." "Yeah good Idea. OK should we go?" "Yeah lets go." So we left my hide out. Only I and Leo know now.
On our way I sensed something wrong. "Leo stop for a minute." "What is it? Are you ok?" "Yeah I'm fine. I just sensed something." Leo and I looked around and I saw something running toward us it looked like it was headed for Leo. I jumped in front of him and the thing knocked me down and I blacked out. As she was laying there the thing that attacked her ran off. It happened so fast Leo didn't know what happened. He turned to Akela and made sure she was ok. "Hey you ok Akela?" No response. He kneeled down to check for injuries. She had a small bump on her head. "Shit. I have to get her help quickly." He carried her princess style to the infirmary. "Doc! I need help!" A doctor ran over and saw Akela. "You again? What happened to her?" "I think something was after me but Akela jumped in front of me and took the hit. Then whatever it was ran away." "I see. Could be the same werewolf. There have been a lot of them lately." "Yeah so I've heard. She has a bump on her head and she is unconscious. I brought her here. Is there anything you can do?" "All I can do is wait until she wakes up I'm afraid. I will check her bump and put medicine on it." "Ok thanks doc."
It was getting late and Loki was getting worried. "Um Aqua? They have been gone for a long time. I think I'm going to go to the hospital to see if she ended up there." "Yeah your right it is late. Go ahead. Be careful." So he left.
He made it to the hospital and looked around for Akela and found her. "Akela! What happened Leo?!" "She was attacked again trying to protect me. I don't know if it's the same one or not but it was a werewolf. Luckily its only a bump on the head this time." "Yeah well how big is it?" The doc was still there. "Its about medium size. There might be a chance she may loose her memory for a little bit. It will be temporary." "Thank you doctor."
It was already the next morning and she was still out. It was already around noon when she decided to wake up. She slowly opened her eyes and said "Ow. My head." "Are you ok Akela?" "Yeah I'm fine. Just a headache." Do you know who I am? Who this man is?" I held my head because it hurt. "Your Loki right? I don't remember the other guy. Sorry. If I'm supposed to know you I'm sorry." "Its fine. Loki get the doctor." "Yes I will." "My name is Leo. I have been taking care of you since you were 8 closer to 9 years old." "I see. That makes since. Oh I have a bump on my head. What happened?" Then the doctor came in. You had a bump on your head. You got knocked out." "Oh hello doctor. Nice to see you again." "Oh you remember me but not him?" "Sorry. I don't remember him." "I see. OK I see what's going on now. She must have only lost memories from the incident and you since you were part of it. She seems to remember everything else. As long as she is careful she can go back to school tomorrow. You may take her home. Someone should keep an eye on her over night until her bump recovers." "yes sir. Thank you." They took me home carefully and I went to bed to rest. First thing I did when I got home was get to bed and rest. They watched her in shifts. Aqua first then Leo. Then the next morning came.
"Finally school." I said excitedly. "Oh I forgot to tell you Loki. I had a strange feeling yesterday. I wasn't going to tell you because I didn't want to worry you. It was when we left school." "Don't worry Akela. I felt it too. Something interesting might be happening today."
We got to class and we were all seated then the teacher said, "Ok class. Today we are going to have a new student. Come on in. Its ok." A student came in and he looked familiar. I just can't remember why? Then my head started to hurt for a bit. I held my head and bore the pain. "His name is Kiba. He is a transfer student. Now everyone be nice ok?" He saw an open-end seat and sat there. It was right next to me. "Hello my name is Akela. If you need any help with any class I may be in with you please let me know I can help ok?" He smiled and nodded. Then he got his books out and worked. Then I did as well.
Classes went on and I helped the new guy. Then it was finally lunch time. I said, "Hey Loki. I'm going to wait for the new guy. You can go ahead to lunch ok?" "Yeah just be careful ok?" He said while looking at the new guy. "Oh I'll be fine don't worry." Then he left with hunter and Basil.
As Kiba was walking towards the door he saw me waiting for him. "Hello. Would you want to eat lunch with me and my friends?" "Sure." So he walked with me and we went in line for our lunch. As we were waiting I said, "Do you want to be friends?" "I guess so. Your pretty cheery aren't you?" "Hmm. I guess so. That's what everyone says. I've always been that way since I came to live with my uncle Leo after I got to know him better." "Oh I see." So we got our lunch and I headed to our table.
"Hello everyone. I brought someone new to our table. You guys all know Kiba from class." "Hello there. I'm Basil." "The names hunter." "I'm Akela's cousin Loki." "Oh nice to meet you all." "You don't talk much. Do you Kiba?" Said Loki. "Loki be nice! I'm sure he has his reasons." "I'm sorry about my cousin. He can be mean sometimes." "Oh no worries I get that a lot. I don't talk much because that's just who I am. Its my personality. My-my father says I should talk more and make friends. Akela was my first friend ever." "Oh I see. So your last school no one talked to you huh?" said Hunter. "Yeah that's right. I have an older brother too. He's a pain in the butt. His name is Xerxes." "Oh how old is he?" I was curious. "He is 24 years old. I was 8 when he was 16." "I was too. We are the same age." "Yeah cool." "Hey Kiba. Maybe sometime you can come over and hang out with me and Loki." "Yeah I'll have to talk to my dad first. I think it will be fine. I think he will be happy I made some friends." Then we visited and got to know Kiba a little better. I still can't get that feeling out of my mind though. So it was him after all. Not sure if it was him or not. I'm still not sure. If its not him its someone related.
We did our last classes then it was time to go home. "Well I will see you tomorrow Kiba." "Sure Akela. See you Loki." "Yeah bye man. See you later." Then he headed towards the opposite direction. I'm sure his father is waiting for him.
On our way back home I said, "Hey Loki what do you think of him?" Loki didn't respond. "Loki?" "Huh? Sorry Akela what did you say?" "Oh I was wondering what you thought of the new guy." "He was interesting. Strangely mysterious as well." "Hehe yeah that's what I thought too. Although when I first saw him I thought he looked familiar. Then my head hurt but I bore the pain." "I see. Then that may mean your memory from the incident may come back soon." "Yeah I hope so. I want to remember that guy again. Leo right?" "Yeah his name is Leo." Then we made it home.
"Hello Aqua. Hello Leo." She said strangely as she said Leo. "I see you still don't remember me. That's ok. You will in time." "Oh yeah. We have a new kid in class named Kiba. I made friends with him the first day. Sits weird I have more guy friends than girls but its all good. I still have Rain and Fawn. Its funny cause I could have sworn I knew him from somewhere and then my head hurt in class. I'm ok now though. I bore the pain." Leo looked at Loki. Loki nodded like he agreed. " I see. Just be cautious ok? You never know who might turn on you." "OK then I'm going in my room to do my homework." I went in my nice baby blue room. My favorite colors are baby blue and pink. Baby colors. I like purple too as my 3rd color. I decided I wanted to do my homework on my bed today. So I got my lap desk and put my homework on it. Then I started doing my homework.
I was getting tired after doing half my homework. I needed a break so I went outside to lay in the grass in my wolf form. Its surprisingly relaxing when I start getting used to it.
Loki looked in Akela's room and didn't see her. Then he looked outside and saw her in her wolf form. "Aha. There she is." He walked over and said. "What are you doing over here? Taking a break?" "Yeah I am. Why?" "No reason. How is your wolf form?" "Now that I'm finally getting used to it its actually comfortable." "Haha. Yeah I sleep in my wolf form on the bed. After I get under the covers I turn. Its so warm. Except Leo gets annoyed because of the wolf hair." "Hehe. Cute. Oh are you going to finish training me? I did the homework you gave me. I think I got the hang of it." "OK this weekend before the party I will train you ok? Since the party isn't until close to dinner time." "Ok cool thanks. Well I better go back in and do my homework." "Ok then. If you need help Let me know. We have the same classes." "Yes I know. I will."
I went back to doing my home work and then I got to the hardest subject of all. Math. Loki also has trouble with it. I wonder how Kiba does in math? I'll ask Leo if he can help me. I went over to Leo and said, "Excuse me. Can I ask for you help on my math homework please?" "Oh you don't have to be formal with us. Its ok. Yes I would be happy too. What is it you need help with?" "OK so I just need to do the first 4 rows for homework. Tomorrow I do the next 4." "Ok lets have a look." I sat at the table and he helped me with my work.
