My memory is still foggy. I can't remember a single thing. I wish I can remember Leo and what happened to me. (Sigh) I was at lunch at school looking and thinking like this. "You ok Akela?" said Loki worriedly. "Yeah I'm fine. I just. I wonder if I am ever going to get my memory back. I hate not remembering what happened to me. Well I hope Kiba is ok. He isn't here today." "I'm sure he is fine. Don't you think you treat him too nicely?" "What do you mean Loki?" "Never mind. Just eat your food so your not late for class." So I ate my food and we waited by the door until the bell rang. Then we went in.
Last two classes passed and it was time to go home. On our way home I said. "I shouldn't tell you this Loki but, every time I see Kiba I feel as if I saw him somewhere before? I have a feeling he is not fully human." "I see. You will sometimes feel what I don't. I trust your judgement. If you have seen him, where would you have seen him before?" "I don't know. Every time I think about it my head hurts. Its like my body doesn't want me to remember." "Breathe Akela. Take a deep breath." I was freaking out at the time that is why he said that. "Oh that's right. Next week I have to go back to the hospital to see if the cure worked. Will you be with me again?" "Yes don't worry. If anything happens I will be right beside you ok?" I hugged him cause I was so scared. He hugged me back and patted my back and head. After awhile I calmed down. "You ok now?" "Yeah sorry about this Loki." "Its all good. After all we are engaged to be married." I looked at him and blushed. We talked about it with mom and dad. WE would get married in 3 years. Then we finally got home.
"We're home. Aqua and Leo." Said Loki. My head starting hurting after the name Leo. Loki and Leo noticed. "Hey you ok Akela?" "Hey! Say something!" After the pain subsided I said, "I will be fine. Just a little headache." Then I was seeing swirls and before I knew it everything turned black. I felt someone carry me. I wasn't sure who but I felt like I have felt these arms before. Then I went deeper unconscious until I didn't know anything.
After awhile she was waking up again. "Hmm." 'Whose hand is this? Do I know this person? Do I even know who I am? Argh.' "Cough Cough." I woke up after I coughed. I slowly opened my eyes and saw Loki and Leo. "Loki. Leo." I said in a raspy voice. It was passed dinner time. "Oh no. I didn't do my homework!" I said worriedly. "Its ok relax. I'll stay up with you until your done ok?" said Loki. I felt relieved but then I figured my math situation and said, "Oh before that though. Leo can you help me with my math homework? I think I got it but I'm not sure." "Ok sure. Lets start with that then." So I worked on my math with Leo and Loki watched to make sure nothing happens to me. He is such a devoted guy to me. Is making me feel weird. The older we get the more devoted he is to me. I sometimes have to go to my home in the forest because of it. "Huh? Sorry I was thinking about other things. How did I do on that one math problem?" Then he told me what I had forgotten and I agreed and tried the next problem. He looked at it and said, "Good. Now your getting the hang of it. Just don't forget it tomorrow ok?" "Oh is it ok if I bring my new guy friend over. He was absent today so I didn't get a chance to ask him but if he is good at math can he come over and help me with it?" "I don't see why not." "Yay! Cool. You're the best. Aqua is lucky to have a husband like you." "Yes I sure am." Said Aqua. They finally got married the year I turned 11 years old. So I did the rest of my homework with Loki and it was about 11:30pm by the time I finished. "Ok lets go to bed its late." Said Loki. "Ok night Loki. See you tomorrow." We got close enough to kiss so we kissed each other goodnight. We are saving the deed for our wedding we may still play around but nothing else until our wedding day.
"Too bad its our last day of school until Monday now. I'll miss Fawn rain and the guys." "Woah your acting a little weird there aren't you?" "Not really. I know I will see them again Monday or at school again." Then we finally got to school and to our class.
I saw Kiba here today I was so happy to see he was ok. 'Good he's here today. I'll ask him at lunch about how he is in math.' So I did my work as always. Then classes went by again then it was finally lunchtime. I walked with Kiba to lunch. Then we sat at our normal table with Loki and everyone. "Since you are here Kiba. I have a question. How are you in math?" "I'm actually the top guy in math. Why you need tutoring?" "Yeah I was thinking maybe you can come over. Say Monday after school and help me study?" "I'll talk to my dad and brother. I'm sure its fine." "Yes! Cool. OK my uncle already told me it was ok too. So I hope you dad and brother agree too. Oh I know you girls are having trouble too. Want to come over to my house too?" "No we have a tutor already thanks though" said Rain. Then I asked the boys. They said no too they have a friend already coming to help them. "Its ok Akela. You don't have to look like that. Its normal for me." "Ok then. Send me a letter or something ok? Here I'll give you my address." I wrote it down on a piece of paper and he wrote down his. "Ok cool. Now we know where each other lives and can send letters." "Just don't come unannounced. It makes my brother nervous." "Oh ok thanks for letting me know ahead of time." So we ate then our last two classes finished it was time to go home.
"Were home Aqua and Leo." Said Loki. I was nervous to say anything until I remembered. (Sigh) "What is it Akela?" "Oh I just hate not having my memory fully there. Its driving me nuts not knowing what happened. Leo will you take me where the accident happened please?" "Yes when your brother leaves this weekend I will." "Ok thanks."
Finally it was the day my brother was leaving. He promised to train me first then after that he was going to leave. "Ok so if you did your homework like I told you to for your wolf training. This shouldn't be hard right?" "Yes Loki so what do I do?" "Ok lets do what we practiced. Turn into your wolf form and practice you sensing. That's all we need to do and you won't need training anymore." So I turned and I closed my eyes like he told me. I'm supposed to sense him somewhere near me.
After awhile I finally sensed someone coming at me. I opened my eyes and avoided him. "Very good Akela. Your getting better." "Thanks Loki. Huh? What is that?" "What is it Akela? What's wrong?" "I have a really strange feeling about something. I need to go into the forest now! Loki go to your party. Don't follow me. Its something I need to do alone. I'll be fine now go!" "I'll cancel going and be at home if you need me." "Whatever. See you." I ran off back in the forest. Then the strange feeling was getting stronger the closer I got home. I was still in my wolf form. When I entered the den. "Hello? Anyone home? Mom? Dad? Spirit? Anybody?" Then my head started to hurt again. I ran out of the den then I went to a strange part of the forest that looked familiar and my head came even worse. I screamed in pain and I heard someone come running toward me. I tried running but it was no use I didn't have the strength. 'Am I really going to die here?' I thought to myself. My eyes were getting foggy I though I saw someone I knew then blacked out. "Dammit! I hope she is ok." said Kiba. He took her to his place to rest.
Akela had a fever. It was pretty high. No matter what someone did she would not wake up. It was almost like she was dead but not. "Xerxes is she going to be ok?" "Just give her a few day. If she doesn't wake up by then I don't know if she will be or not." "Why did you look at her strangely when I brought her in?" "Don't worry about it. Let me know when she wakes up or if something happens ok?" "Yes brother." Akela was moaning and groaning in her sleep. It was as if she was in pain. "Hang in there Akela. You have to get better so you can go home. Please get better." Said Kiba worriedly.
It was getting late and Loki was starting to worry. "Leo I have a feeling something is wrong. Akela has been out there way to long." "I agree. Lets go find her. Aqua we are going out to find Akela ok?" "Yes be careful out there." "We will. Ok lets go." They raced to the forest and started shouting. They got home to the den where it was strangely quiet. Too quiet. Then he started shouting Akela's name again.
Kiba heard shouts. He went out to investigate. His brother was staying with Akela. He got where the other two were and said, "Who are you? What do you want?" He couldn't see who it was at first then eventually he saw Loki then calmed down. "Oh Loki. What a surprise. What's up?" "Oh Kiba. Akela came into the woods have you seen her?" "Yeah I have she is at my house right now. Resting. I heard a scream then came running when I noticed it was Akela's. She looked really frightened until she passed out from her pain. She was still asleep when I left. I didn't want to come over unexpectedly since I was raised not to. I wanted to wait until someone she knew came for her." "I see. Can you bring her here now that we are here?" "Yeah stay here at the den. I'll bring her." He ran back home to get Akela.
"Brother. Her uncle and cousin are here. He wants to take her home." "All right but they should be careful. They shouldn't move her too much." "I'll let them know thanks brother." "Yeah." Kiba carried her carefully not to move her much. Once he got back to the den where the other two were he said not to move her to much as well. That she should rest until she wakes up. That she had a fever. "Thanks Kiba. You're a lifesaver." "Its all good man. See you at school on Monday." "Yeah thanks." So Loki and Leo headed back home.
They hurried and laid Akela back to her room. Aqua saw them hurry wondering what had happened. She rushed in and saw Akela with her eyes closes. "Is she ok?" said Aqua. "Yeah she just has a fever and she is unconscious. I'm sure she will be fine." "Thank goodness." "Loki go get a rag and a bucket of cold water please?" "Yes sir." He said. He did as he was told and ran back with it. Then they put a cold rag on her head. She moaned and groaned in her sleep like she was in pain. "Its ok Akela. Me and uncle are here. So is Aqua." She was breathing pretty heavily. Leo and Aqua get some sleep. It's the weekend. I'll stay with her." "OK let us know if anything changes ok?" "Yes I will." So they went to bed and Loki stayed with Akela.
The next day around close to dinner time Akela was starting to wake up. "Hmm. Ha..ha…Loki?" "Yes I'm here. Are you ok Akela?" "I-I think so. My head hurt so bad I screamed in pain. Then somebody came running. I can't remember who my vision was foggy." "Its ok now. How is your vision now?" "Its better. I can see you now Loki. Clearly. Where is Leo?" "Hang on a minute I will go get him." He got up just for a moment and called for Leo and told him that Akela was awake. He went in and saw she was still weak but at least she is up. "Hey I'm glad your finally awake. How do you feel?" "A little weak otherwise ok. How are you? I finally remember what happened. Are you ok Leo?" "Yes I'm totally fine. You're the one that took the hit." "That's good your ok. I went home because I had a strange feeling. When I got there everything was strangely quiet. I went inside the den and called for someone but no one would answer." "We thought it was strangely quiet ourselves when we went." Loki checked her temperature but it was only a slight fever. "Well your fever has gone down. Its still slightly there. By morning you should be fine. You should be able to go to school I hope." "Good. I need to talk to Kiba." "Why do you need to talk to him?" said Loki. "Don't worry about it. Its something he and I need to talk about alone." "Ok then just be careful ok?" "Yes Loki I will." "Are you hungry? Its almost dinner time." "I don't think I can eat anything at the moment." "What if I made some rice porridge?" "I guess I can try. Thanks Loki." Then he left to go make it.
He came by with a tray and some porridge. "Can you eat yourself?" "I wish I could. I'm still to weak to move my body." "Its fine I'll help you." I looked embarrassed while he fed me since he was feeding me instead of Leo or Aqua. After I few bites I put my hand up to say I was done. "Are you sure?" "Yeah I can't eat anymore." "OK well hopefully your appetite will come back for school lunch tomorrow." "I don't care for school lunches. I think I'm going to have Leo or aqua make my lunches for me." "Haha your like a little kid. Its ok I feel the same way. I'll make them for you." "Oh thanks Leo." "Sure no problem." I went back to sleep for the night.
