Two years later, Aisrin and his siblings turned 15, and officially reached their adulthood years.
Aisrin found it harder to set out over his siblings. They easily left the cave and set out, but Aisrin felt anxiety. The last time he set out was the last time he saw his parents, he never got to go see them again after setting out, he made a promise, he hoped they lived well. Still, the fear of loosing them again arose within him.
Frill simply smiled at Aisrin after he voiced his fears, and told him she'd see him whenever he needed her. Jira agreed and told him to go out into the world and make his mark on it. Though that didn't lessen his worries, he gave in and left. As soon as he exited the cave and breathed the fresh air as an adult, he felt a sort of freedom, but the scenery was different compared to all the other times he'd left the cave.
Rather than dense forest, he was greeted by a vast and hilly grasslands. He could see mountains in the distance, and a tall stone wall on the horizon. He turned around to go ask, but there was no cave, just more grasslands.
"This is what makes me hate magic sometimes." Aisrin grumbled. Toting a simple dagger with his less than basic tunic, trousers, and leather vest, Aisrin set off towards the distant stone wall on the horizon. Mountains and forests too.
The wall was decievingly further than it appeared. Though it got longer and became more of a fortified city the closer he got, it still remained vastly out of reach.
"Looks like it'll take a day or two to get there... by walking." Aisrin stated aloud. Aisrin had plenty of stamina and magic to get there within the hour, but walking was calming and allowed for clear thinking.
Aisrin came across many beasts, large wild boars, swift hares, and rodent like beasts. Some of which he caught and stored for food. It was easiest to catch them near watering holes. Where he filled his water reserves as well.
After about a half a day of walking, he heard the sounds of a fight. He changed direction to see what was going on and came upon the most peculiar scene.
"Are they fighting a giant... frog?" Aisrin muttered questioningly.
A group of five people were battling a giant blue frog, and they were losing horribly. Three of them were already out of commission, laying in small pits from their own impacts.
The remaining two were girls, one with blue hair and the other had green hair. The frog opened its maw and unleashed florescent green flames that must have been mixed with some flammable liquid, as when it landed, it continued to burn similarly to a flame thrower.
"Of course the giant blue frog can breathe fire. It's like this world just tries too damn hard to be different." Aisrin face palmed with a flair of exasperation.
The green haired girl launched herself at the frog with her thin worn down sword. Aisrin could see all the details from the distance he was at using his enhanced vision skills. The frog swatted the girl to the ground, she ended up in the same impact pit like her comrades.
"I guess I could help... but, before that." Aisrin ran his hands through his hair and changed the color from red to silver like his siblings. The blur haired girl stood firmly against the giant frog, breathing laboriously. She was obviously worn out and in no shape to fight the beast.
Aisrin wasted no more time and launched from his position, appearing before the frog within a second. Aisrin brought his arm back and clenched his fist. To him, everything around him was in slow motion. Aisrin was also still air borne from his launching.
Aisrin punched the frog square on the side of its head. The shock wave traveled through the frog and instead of being blown away or knocked out, it's head exploded.
When Aisrin planted his feet back on the ground, and time returned to its natural speed, chunks of frog mixed with its red blood rained on him and the others.
"Talk about a full send..." Aisrin chuckled as the body of the frog collapsed, it's blood flowing from its gaping red and raw neck.
"What just happened...?" The blue haired girl managed before collapsing. Aisrin turned and looked at the girl curiously.
"How rude, not even a thank you." Aisrin shook his head and went about picking up the scattered fighters and laid them around one of the pits. He then pulled wood from his storage and used fire magic to light them.
"Well, now there's a fire... now for food... let's roast some boar then!" Aisrin had long developed a habit of talking to himself from his days practicing in the back of the cave. Aisrin pulled fresh boar from his storage and set to dressing it and skinned it. He quartered the beast and laid them over the fire by using his earth magic to create a stone slab to cook on.
"That should wake these morons up." Aisrin nodded, the smell of roasting pork filled the air shortly, and the fighters began to stir and slowly wake up half an hour later, the growling of their stomachs loudly audible.
The first to wake up was the blue haired girl. She sat up abruptly and looked around, her gaze settling on the roasting meat. Saliva began to drool from her mouth.
"Hungry?" Aisrin asked her. She stared at him blankly. Aisrin stared back in confusion before realizing he was speaking in the language of Titans.
"Oh, sorry. Are you hungry?" Aisrin laughed nervously.
"Yes!" The girl quickly answered. Followed by four other voices as the others finally woke up in time to hear the question.
"Well help yourselves then." Aisrin told the group. They gladly obliged and the loud smacking and munching of five messy eaters filled what Aisrin preferred to be a silent evening. Aisrin glared at the group in minor annoyance as he snacked on a roasted boars leg.
"Do they not know proper eating etiquette?" Aisrin mumbled aloud, thinking he was talking in his head. The five stopped and shifted nervously before eating slower and quieter.
"Oh, much better. It's Ike they heard what I thought." Aisrin went back to eating. After about ten minutes of blissful silence, the green haired girl abruptly stood up and made a light yelp as she looked around.
The others looked at her strangely.
"The Titan Frog!" The green haired girl exclaimed. The blue haired girl then looked at Aisrin.
"Ah! That's right! You! You blew its head off! But... where's the body?" Aisrin studied the girl, she looked oddly familiar. She had dark blue hair, sapphire colored eyes, full lips and the curves of a goddess.
"Syphir maybe? No the hair is too dark." Aisrin muttered as he looked back at his meat.
"Syphir? How do you know my ancestors name?" The blue haired girl asked, forgetting the frog. Aisrin swallowed the boar meat and then stared at the girl.
"You can read my thoughts? No, more importantly... Syphir is your ancestor?" Aisrin exclaimed.
"Uh, yeah. And you've been muttering out loud this whole time." The girl gave Aisrin a look that seemed to say he was pathetic.
"Oh. Habits I guess?" Aisrin rubbed the back of his head.
'Is this actually Elrim?'
"Who are you stranger?" One of the two men asked. He was a thin frail looking blonde guy with a disheveled blonde beard to match. His hallowed green eyes glared cautiously at Aisrin.
"I'm Aisrin. Who are you?" Aisrin asked in reply.
"Aisrin? As in the Demon Tyrant? The World Ender? The one who single handedly ended the ancient civilizations?" The blue haired girl suddenly exclaimed, this garnered even more strange looks from the others, though they were directed at the blue haired girl.
"Oh, sorry. It's history passed down by my family." Blue nervously stated.
"I'm most curious to hear about that history. Seeing as... This world ender an I share a common name. But, I'll wait for a more appropriate time." Aisrin stated with interest, but dismissed the information he just learned.
'I reincarnated back in the same world... but everything is entirely different... I wonder why.'
