Chapter 33 - The Forbidden Spell

Aisrin sat in a chair, the guild master straddling him.

"How interesting, not even a little aroused?" Flora seductively breathed in his ear.

"Not really." Aisrin replied. Flora received envious looks from the girls. They had just received their insignias.

"Tch, so boring." Flora sat fully on his lap and wrapped her arms around Aisrin. It was hard not to find the mature woman attractive. She leaned in real close, her lips nearly touching Aisrin's.

"You know, it'd be totally acceptable to give in." Flora whispered softly, her face flushed.

'Do I have a charming effect I'm unaware of?'

(I think she's just horny.)

'Where on God's green earth did you learn that word?'

(You.)

'Ah, I'm so sorry for tainting your innocent self.'

(Is that sarcasm?)

'Indeed.'

Flora began breathing a tad harder. The guild was empty save for the five of them. Aisrin remained as blank as when they started.

"If you don't answer, I'll take that as consent." Flora tightened her grip on Aisrin. Aisrin could feel the animosity emanating from the other three.

'This genre is getting old.'

"Can I just get the insignia?" Aisrin asked. Flora looked at him, a lustful look still in her eyes. She smiled.

"If you let me kiss you." Flora teased him.

"...ill... I'll Kill you!" Syphir lunged at Flora aggressively. Flora looked at Syphir, a dangerous glint in her eyes, stopping Syphir in her tracks.

"Wait patiently please." Flora said, her words heavy. Syphir broke out in a cold sweat and backed away meekly. Aisrin felt a irritation at the fact.

"Why?" Aisrin questioned the woman's motive.

"You're my type. The fire in your eyes, your delicate elf like skin, your handsomely sharp features, devoid of human err. The coldness you show me, ahhn, it makes me so wet." Flora replied, a slight musical note added to the last bit.

"Ah. I see. You really are just messing around." Aisrin concluded.

"Tch. Boring." Flora got off of him, it was only at that moment, did he realize how warm she was downstairs. When he felt slightly chilled after she stood up. His face clouded over with confusion.

(Maybe your new 'demon lord aura' causes women to flock to you in such a manner?)

'Can we just forget this ever happened?'

(Not possible. It's permanently recorded in the memory bank.)

'I'd like to make a permanent withdrawal.'

Flora grabbed the magic insignia brand and walked back to Aisrin, hovering the stamp over his left arm. Before she stamped his arm, a mishevious glint showed in her eye before she grabbed his shirt and literally tore it off, slamming the tool to his chest, branding his left pectoral.

"..." Silence uncomfortably filled the empty guild.

"Nice build." Flora grinned perversely.

'Nevermind, she's just a pervert.'

(I concur.)

Aisrin stood up and walked out, followed by the three girls.

"Sin-San, let's change guilds." Verenia stated, the animosity seeping from her words.

"I second this motion." Syphir agreed, she too was furious.

"I third the opinion." Regina was a little riled up.

"Forget this ever happened." Aisrin replied simply.

"Sin-"

"Forget. It. Happened." Aisrin cut Verenia off, his own irritation slipping out. The subject was dropped and never brought up again.

*Later that Evening*

Aisrin walked the streets, alone. He was enjoying a leisurely stroll in the cool nights air. He never had time to change his shirt, mainly cause he didn't have another.

"I suppose I'll shop tomorrow." He muttered to himself. His cloak fluttered freely in the wind, the breeze felt cool against his bare skin.

(My, you do have a nice figure admittedly.)

'Can you allow me even a moments respite?'

"Hah." Aisrin sighed.

"You sound like problems follow you everywhere. Troubled life?" A voice called to him from behind. Aisrin turned his head to look behind him. What he saw confused him further. A man dressed in a black with a full face black mask...

"...Where's the plague doc?" Aisrin smiled, slightly amused.

"... Is this a trend for doctors here?" The guy asked.

"Pfft! You're kidding right? You see anybody wearing something so ridiculous?" Aisrin laughed.

"So then you are an otherworlder." The guy stated matter of factly. Aisrin became serious.

"Otherworlder? Does that mean you're from another world?" Aisrin asked, only then realizing that he just responded in English, to the English question. His eyes widened in concern.

"Oh? So you can speak English? Funny, you don't look like someone from Earth." The guy was suddenly flipping a knife.

"I'm not." Aisrin replied.

"Are you by chance, Sin?" The guy asked, the knife now held firmly in his hand.

"No." Aisrin lied.

"I see... so then... this girl means nothing to you right? She was talking about Sin, so I naturally assumed she knew him. But, I guess that means I just need to dispose of her, since she lied to me." The guy vanished and reappeared with Verenia. She was beaten, blood running down her face. Her lips were swollen and busted, her nose broken. Bruises were easily seen on her neck from where she was choked.

Aisrin snapped. Anger and hatred welled from within him.

"What. Did. You. Do!" The full release of magic pressure that exploded from Aisrin caused the street to rumble, even the building walls shook and the glass rattled until they cracked.

Thomas looked at Aisrin, a sudden sinking feeling in his chest. The pressure that emanated from him felt like a suffocating heaviness that pressed on him from all sides.

'Oh, I fucked up. I really fucked up!'

"So you are Sin? Well, that makes things easier. Come with me, and she lives." Thomas tried to remain calm.

(Perhaps you should upgrade your bloodlust? Use the remaining Divinity, and really let it out.)

'Fine.'

(Bloodlust Lv Max upgraded to Bloodfury Lv max.)

Aisrin added that to the pressure. From Thomas' point of view, adding Aisrins gold gleaming eyes, the pressure he felt now, looked as if a true demon stood before him. His vision shook and blurred, fear enveloped his mind. He threw Verenia aside and turned around to run.

"Fuck Miriams obsession! I'm not dying for this!" Thomas screamed as he ran. Aisrin reappeared before him and grabbed his throat.

"I asked a question. What did you do to Verenia?" Aisrin lifted the man by his throat. Thomas kicked and squirmed, but the vise like grip around his neck was absolute.

"Ack! I-I just... I lightly beat her into submission! That's all! I swear! I'm sorry! Miriam put me up to this!" Thomas replied.

"You're lying... That's fine. I'll figure it out. Mind Control." Aisrin activated one of his forbidden spells, created using all of his Psychic abilities. Thomas stopped struggling, his eyes turned the same color as Aisrins, giving him full access to his every memory.

"Answer me honestly. What did you do to Verenia?" Aisrin commanded.

"I heard her talking about my target, so I approached her and her friends. I asked them what they knew, and they turned me away. So I grabbed one of them and they began to fight me. I retaliated and put them all down.

I got a little greedy and used one of them as a personal toy to relieve my frustrations. The result is as you see." Thomas answered. Aisrin almost ripped his head off right there, but contained his fury.

"Further explain what you mean." Aisrin commanded once more.

"I used her as a punching bag after ra-" Aisrin released mind control and punched the man full on in the gut, sending him flying into and through the city gates. The gates exploded into debris, causing the guards to panic and rush, but when they saw Ausrin speeding towards them with the pressure of a hundred pissed off demons, they dropped and even soiled themselves.

Aisrin picked Thomas up out of the ruble, he was conscious and still trying to run, blood and bile dripping from his mouth. Aisrin tossed him up and threw another full forced punch, connecting solidly with Thomas' face, sending him even further, through trees and tumbling along the plains.

Aisrin was crackling with crimson lightning. He appeared above Thomas while he was still tumbling and slammed his fist into his abdomen, stopping his movements and catering the earth. All of Fargo was awake, the tremors were rocking the city terribly.

Aisrin was above Thomas, furiously pounding him into the earth with a flurry of unseen fists. Nothing but pure hate and rage. Thomas surprisingly still lived, though just barely. Aisrin Stood above him, the crater resembling the impact of a large meteor. Thomas could see the walls of earth surrounding them.

Every bone in his body was shattered, his organs ruptured. His blood was seeping out from all over.

"C-c-c-cursh... you....P-pr-prinshess Miriam!" Thomas gurgled before dying. Aisrin was dripping in the blood of Thomas.

"Damn boy. Think ya got him?" Hephaestus whistled in astonishment. Aisrin was still lost in his hate and rage and flashed before Hephaestus. Aisrins face was contorted in a way that could only be described as Demonic, the vessels in his face bulging. Aisrin swung his fist at Hephaestus, who easily blocked it, but the force launched him back ten feet, he dug his toes into the earth to stop himself.

"Hehehe! Damn kid, that's some power. Calm down- Hurgk!" Hephaestus had to block another, further launched back. He continued to block Aisrins furious onslaught until they reached the gates.

"Kid! Wake up! It's over!" Hephaestus finally held both of Aisrins hands.

"YOU DARE TOUCH MY WOMAN! BURN IN HELL!" Aisrin roared. His voice reverberated deeply in the skulls of the people who came to look. They all held their heads in pain.

"Oh, so that's what happened." Hephaestus seemed to understand finally. Aisrin struggled further. A lone figure walked up to Aisrin and embraced him.

"Young lady! That's too..." Hephaestus was going to stop her, but just let Aisrin go and sat down on some rubble.

"Sin-san! Urgh! I'm fine! Stop, please!" Verenia cried into Aisrins chest. Aisrin stopped, his body relaxing. He looked down at Verenia and held her back, only realizing how covered in blood and mud he was.

"Bloodrend has made their final mistake." Aisrin stated as he stared at his arms, covered in the bloody mud.

"I'm fine." Verenia squeezed him tighter. Aisrin picked her up and sprinted back into the plains to talk to her.

*A few moments later*

"No, no he didn't." Verenia looked at Aisrin strangely.

"Eh? But he... What did he do then?" Aisrin muttered.

"After he beat us, he rammed my head through a table outside the tavern we were at. Then he began beating me further. Next thing I knew, he was demanding where your location was, so I just gave him a basic description." Verenia replied.

"Ah.... so he was gonna say 'after I rammed her head through a table.'" Aisrin held the bridge of his nose.

(Good assumption. You absolutely destroyed a person after you assumed he Raped her. Good job, total seal of approval.)

'This is one of those moments where you butt the fuck out!'

"Sin-San. You know, I think I've fallen for you even more now." Verenia smiled as she said that. Aisrin looked at her.

"What?" Aisrin asked her. She lookedvat him and just smiled. Aisrins heart pounded a little harder after that. She didn't respond and instead began walking back towards Fargo.

Aisrin followed, but stopped to look back along the road, looking into the distance, envisioning Bloodrend. His desire to destroy it only stronger than ever.
