Aisrin opened his eyes, feeling oddly well rested. He attempted to get up, but a light pressure could be felt on his chest. He glanced over and witnessed Syphirs sleeping face.
'Eh?.... EH!'
The events of last night came flooding back to him.
"What happened to me last night? Hah." Aisrin sighed. His heart was racing, his thoughts occasionally being interrupted by the softness and warmth of Syphirs body.
(Allow me to explain.)
'Who was that?'
(You may call me Divine System.)
'No thanks.'
(Tch.)
'Did a system just click its tongue at me? Just what happened after I drank that blood concoction?'
(Every part of you went through an Absolute Upgrade. Otherwise known as Divine Ascension.)
'Divine? Oh yeah, Hephaestus did say something about needing Divinity.'
(As for last night, you established Syphir of the Dragonkin as Hephaestus' Medium.)
'Medium?'
(It allows her to Summon Hephaestus forcefully whenever she perceives you are in danger. A fail safe to prevent the summoner from dying prematurely. As gods would lose some of their Divinity from the deaths of their Summoners, which is very painful for them.)
'Ah, that doesn't explain why I ended up screwing Syphir.'
(Gods are known in mythology for their insatiable Lust, it only makes sense that mediums would be established through worldly desires.)
'It doesn't.'
(Tch. I don't make the rules, so quit being so dismissive.)
'No, it's my personality.'
(Hmph. You should look at your status then.)
'Status.'

'I hate everything about this, and why is my level up so extreme?'
(Divine Ascension. Absolute Upgrade has increased your over all status 20 fold.)
'That's entirely unfair to all my hard work to raise my level for 6 years.'
(Fufufu! Be amazed, even I was upgraded with Divinity!)
'I feel strangely starved. I wonder what's downstairs to eat for breakfast today?'
(Don't Ignore me!)
'Ah, but Syphir sure feels great.'
(You're purposely ignoring me!)
"Aisrin, mmn, I lo- hmmn." Syphir mumbled as she began to stir. She slowly opened her eyes, her hand caressing Aisrins chest.
"Huh?" Syphir mumbled sleepily.
'I can feel my life switching genres with this scene.'
"Uh, good morning Syphir." Aisrin greeted.
'I'm not helping it either!'
Syphir looked at Aisrin with a blank expression, before smiling happily, and then she began to remember last night. Her eyes widened and her face flushed red. She immediately sat straight up, her tits bounced from the motion, immediately drawing Aisrins eyes to them.
"Ah, uhm, g-good morning Ai- Sin." Syphir looked away and greeted in return, stuttering slightly.
'Okay, enough! Stop changing the genre!'
Aisrin opened his mouth to speak, but closed it just a quickly, opting to instead get out of the bed and dress himself. He was too conscious of last night, and couldn't look at Syphir without feeling slight arousal.
"Uhm, Sin? Is there something wrong?" Syphir asked while she too was getting dressed.
(Perfect chance to increase Intimacy!)
'Butt out!'
"No, It's just... hah... I'm sorry Syphir, I couldn't look at you with feeling aroused. Afterall, your beauty has no equal." Aisrin replied.
"O-oh! I see." Syphir stammered.
'Fuck this Intimacy bullshit! I'm not doing that ever again!'
(That was so lame.)
'I liked you better when you were just words!'
*Underground, Bloodrend. Three days before Aisrin woke up.*
Princess Miriam was sitting at a table in a dark room, lit by a simple mana crystal, emanating a pale blue light. Across from her was a young man dressed in all black, including a black mask, similar to the beak of a hawk.
This man was the second person summoned, though in secret, by Miriam. His name was Thomas Green, a former assassin from the United States. Now employed as an assassin for Bloodrend. He had blonde hair and was fairly tanned. His eyes were sharp blue, and seemed to calculate and pierce his opponent.
"So, what do you want now?" Thomas asked Miriam.
"There's a kid named Sin in Fargo. I need you to bring him to me, by any means necessary." Miriam cut to the point, not wanting to spend another moment in the filthy space under the city.
"Sure, I've been there before, so I can warp there in a beat, but why?" Thomas replied.
"His power. He stood evenly against Iwata, despite only being sixteen. Put simply, I absolutely must make him my slave!" Miriam grinned disgustingly.
'What a nasty bitch.'
"This'll be my last job for you. Are you sure you want me to do that? I'll be freed according to your contract?" Thomas got serious. He loathed this woman, she was the type he would normally be sent to kill in his previous world.
"Of course. I can't leave it to Iwata. He's useless. His only redeeming point is his sadism." Miriam responded easily.
'As if you'd ever be free. Slaves that lose usefulness, get disposed of. Work hard for me, and then die for me, you peasant!'
"Very well. I'll have him before you within the month." Thomas stated.
"As expected of you, Shadow Crow." Miriam smiled.
'Quit with that cringy name. I hate it!'
"Hah, there's no way I'm going to be free after this. She'll just kill me once I've completed the mission. What a bitch." Thomas sighed.
