I finally found a taxi, which was willing to take me there, but it would cost me a fortune, but right now, what mattered most, was meeting with Evelyn on time. I hardly had thirty minutes left from her appointed time, so without much fuss, I left in the taxi.
After a long ride in the taxi, and being stuck in traffic for almost half an hour, I finally reached the mall, and looked around for the River Cafe, to visit Evelyn.
I was already late by the time I reached the cafe, so I took my time going in, and as instructed, I gave Evelyn's name to the maitrê ď, who told me to follow him, and led me to a private room.
As soon as we reached the private room, the maitrê ď, gently knocked on the door and entered, while leaving me outside. After sometime, he came out and beckoned me to go in, and he closed the door after me.
