Time passed very quickly, slowly Kyosuke and Kensuke were able to overcome their sadness. Their lives must continue even though their mother is gone. They have also informed their grandmother in Japan. Their grandmother was very sad but could not come to Indonesia. Kensuke and Kyosuke understood that. Their family is really poor right now, even just to buy a plane ticket to Indonesia, their grandmother can't afford it.
Kensuke studies even harder in order to maintain his scholarship. Kensuke no longer participates in various kinds of tutoring like before. He couldn't pay for the tutoring.
Kensuke creates job opportunities by providing tutoring at his home. He tutored the small children of his neighbours. Even though the payment is only in the form of staples or sometimes food, Kensuke is already very grateful to his neighbors.
