Tonight the air is getting colder. Kerim motioned for Ayane to follow him into the harbor.
"Your friend is in one of these containers. A friend of mine is with him too. He can see us. So if you mess around I can make sure something bad will happen to your friend." Kerim said, half threatening Ayane.
Ayane glanced around with her cool and calm gaze. She smiled casually, though in his heart he continued to hope that her friend would be fine. Ayane was reminded of her meeting with Kyosuke at that time. Kyosuke is a good comforter for Ayane.
Ayane was still looking around, trying to find out where her friend was. However, even though she was panicking, Ayane still kept a calm face like before. She wanted to look like a strong girl when Kyosuke saw her next.
"How can I know if my friend is okay, huh? You know the consequences if you hurt my friend, right?" asked Ayane, looking so calm.
Kerim looked confused answering Ayane's tricky question.
