Chapter 33 - The Effects of the Resurrection Potion

If they went in together, could there really be something inside?

'Was It related to the corpse? Why did he come to cooperate with me?' For a moment, Locke was puzzled.

"Of course, we can cooperate, but you have to tell me what you saw and what's behind the door." Locke asked.

"Actually, it's nothing. It's just that we watched him turn into a corpse. When he first came out, he was still a living person. After he saw us, he suddenly turned into a corpse. We didn't expect such a change, so we didn't dare act rashly." Alan told them everything they saw.

At a time like this, there was no need to hide anything. It was meaningless.

The cooperation he needed now was to go in together and find out what was hidden inside.

If there were really good things, it wouldn't be a big deal to have a falling out with Locke then.

After all, everyone wanted resources, especially things like the Deadly Spectre Puzzles.

"Is that so? You didn't go in?" Locke said.

"No, I can't take the risk. I can agree to one request of yours. In exchange for your cooperation." In order to show his sincerity, Alan could let Locke make a request.

"Oh, any request?" Locke raised his eyebrows and asked.

Alan thought for a moment and said, "As long as I can do it, I will do it, but I can't go too far."

"Okay, cooperation is fine, but after we go in, if there are any good things inside, I'll take 60% and give you 40%." Locke said. "In addition, you have to give me a Resurrection Potion."

Hearing this, not only were the members of Alan's team shocked, but the members of Locke's team also felt that this request was a bit too much.

Of course, they knew what the Resurrection Potion was. This item was priceless and could only be bought by club members.

The most important thing was that the items inside still needed to be enough to split properly into 60% and 40%. No one would agree to this.

Alan thought for a moment and agreed to Locke's request immediately. After all, he could not get anything out of loath.

"Okay, I can give you a Resurrection Potion, but only after we come out. 60% to 40% is not a problem." Alan said calmly.

"No, I want it now. What if you go back on your word when you come out?" Locke said with a meaningful smile.

If Alan really agreed, there was no harm in going in.

"Okay, I'll give it to you now, but the things inside are fifty-fifty." Alan said.

"Okay, deal!" Locke said.

Then, Alan took out a small box from the backpack on his back. The small box was black and exquisitely made.

He pressed his fingerprint on it, and the box made a "Beep" sound.

Alan picked up the box again. There was something like a camera there. He pointed the camera at his eyes.

After a 'beep' sound, the small box was opened.

There were two locks on the box, one fingerprint, and one iris.

Someone had tested that the box could withstand a hundred-kilogram TNT bomb.

This box was also developed by the club.

After the box was opened, there was two potions the size of a thumb in it. The potion was blue.

Alan took one out and handed it to Locke, and then closed the box.

"Does this need special storage?" Locke asked after he finished the potion.

He also saw Alan's small box. It must be stored in a special environment.

Alan stood up and put the small box in his backpack. Then he explained, "No, it's fine as long as you keep it safe. The bottle is also very strong, but it can't withstand the great pressure of gravity. My small box is used to hold it. There's no other special use for it."

"Is that so? Is it okay if I keep it in my pocket?" Locke asked.

In fact, he did not expect to get a Resurrection Potion. He did not spend anything to get it.

"No problem. It's just that we have to prevent others from targeting us. It won't be good if someone steals it," Alan said with a snort.

"Don't worry about that. I have a way of keeping things safe." Locke said with a smile.

He did not have to worry about someone stealing. He had to be careful of Alan.

If he gave it to him so easily, he might have some bad intentions in his heart.

Locke looked at the blue bottle carefully. The liquid inside was blue.

Looking carefully, there was a human-shaped thing inside.

"What is this?!" Locke said in surprise.

A baby was inside?!

He was a little confused.

"This should be a kid, but don't worry, there's no problem." Alan didn't know what this was, but this potion was real.

He had seen a dead person drink this potion when he was alive and then come back to life.

"Kid?! is this potion injected or taken orally?" Locke was worried about this problem. If something happened after drinking it, the loss would outweigh the gain.

"Take it orally. When you go on a dangerous mission, you can take this thing. After taking it, the time limit is two years. If you die within two years, you can be resurrected," Alan explained.

Hearing this, Locke felt that he could drink it now. Alan's behavior was too abnormal. The things inside must be very dangerous.

Secondly, in order to not be targeted by others, after taking it, Alan no longer had any thoughts of taking it back.

"Is it okay if I drink it now?" Locke looked at Alan and asked.

"What? You... you want to drink it now?!" Alan was shocked by Locke's words.

Normally, this kind of thing could be exchanged for resources. No matter how much it was sold, many people would want it. This was the case for things that had a price but no market.

Moreover, this was a Resurrection Potion. It was equivalent to buying his own life.

He had originally wanted to snatch it back after this place was over, but he did not expect that Locke would want to drink it now.

"What, can't I drink it?" Locke put down the bottle and asked with a smile.

"You can... you can drink it, whatever you want." Alan was a little speechless. It would be a pity if he drank it.

Locke raised his hand again, opened the bottle cap, and drank it.

This thing did not have any taste; it was just like pure water.

After drinking it, everyone looked at Locke to see if there would be any reaction.

After a while, there was silence. No one spoke. They were all looking at Locke's expression.

Locke's expression went from pain to joy.

Alan was also staring. To be honest, he had never drunk this stuff before. He was also very curious about how he would feel.

After a while, everyone's eyes were fixed on Locke.

Locke suddenly exhaled and let out a very loud fart.

Pfft!

When everyone heard this sound, they almost subconsciously covered their noses. It was too smelly!

They all scattered. Alan had a flushed red face; he did not expect to see this result.
