Chapter 35 - The Great Ghost Domain!

Seeing this, Locke went forward and asked, "Are we still going up?"

Alan said, "Let's go up and take a look. This step might be very long."

"Alright, let's go up and take a look," Locke said. Then, they walked forward. They walked for nearly half an hour.

When they reached the front of the steps, they were stunned. The stone steps were way too big. Each step was as tall as a person.

Standing in front of the stone steps, they looked really small.

This time, more than a hundred people came. All of them lined up side by side, but none of them were as long as the length of one of the stone steps.

"No wonder I said it would take half an hour to walk dozens of meters." Alan understood.

This was enough to imagine how big the space was.

"I think we need to plan again." Locke looked at the steps, his heart in shock.

This was beyond their understanding. If they acted rashly, they would only lose their lives.

No one knew what was at the end of the stairs.

"No, we still have to go up and take a look," Alan said. Since they had already entered, it would be a pity not to go up and take a look.

"Go up? How do we go up? We don't even know how many steps there are," Locke said.

"We'll know how many steps there are if we go up and take a look." Alan said.

"Alan, I think we really need to replan. Are you just going to watch over a hundred of us die?" Locke said. He did not dare to take the risk.

This place was too unfamiliar. He had never seen such a scene no matter where he was.

If there were deadly ghosts here, they would not be ordinary deadly ghosts. Would they be able to deal with them?

This was a question that was worth thinking about.

"Hehe, I've already given you my Resurrection Potion. Do you think it's appropriate for you to say such words now?" Alan mocked.

This sentence made Locke choke. He couldn't refute it. He could only take advantage of others.

"Alright, I'll go up with you." Locke gritted his teeth.

At this moment, Tom suddenly said, "There's something wrong here. Don't go up. I feel like this is a Ghost Domain."

Tom's voice echoed throughout the space.

Everyone looked at Tom.

As soon as Tom finished speaking, there was a loud bang from the direction of the tunnel.

Everyone quickly looked back and saw darkness.

"What's going on? Who's there!" Locke shouted.

"This place is too strange. Let's take a long-term plan." Martin suggested.

Alan took a few steps forward and shouted, "Who's there?!"

Other than the echo, they received no reply.

"Let's go over and take a look?" Locke looked at Alan.

Alan nodded and walked towards the tunnel they came from.

This time, they walked for half an hour.

When they came to the tunnel, they were stunned.

There was a stone door above the tunnel that had been closed by someone.

"Who did this?" Locke slammed the stone door hard.

There was no movement from the stone door.

After that, Locke used his own curse tool, but it was useless.

"Let me see if I can bring the Ghost Domain out." Tom walked over.

Then, he used his Ghost Domain.

However, he was dumbfounded.

His Ghost Domain couldn't be used when he reached the stone door.

It was as if it was isolated.

"Impossible!" Tom was shocked.

"What's going on?" Locke asked quickly.

"My Ghost Domain can't pass through this stone door," Tom said.

"It can't be. Even the Ghost Domain isn't working?" Martin also went forward to check.

Sure enough, the Ghost Domain couldn't pass through this stone door.

Everyone began to panic. They encountered a problem.

They were trapped.

They were trapped in an unknown place.

It was impossible for the people outside to know that they were here.

They were unable to use the Ghost Domain inside, and the people outside couldn't enter either.

"I told you not to come in. It's fine now, but we can't get out."

"If I had known earlier, I wouldn't have come in. I didn't even know where this place was, so I just rashly came in. Now, something has happened."

Everyone began to complain about their respective captains.

Alan was also not feeling well.

His expression was extremely ugly.

"Alright, stop arguing. The stone door is closed. Think of a way to find another door." Alan said loudly.

This kind of result was not what he wanted either.

"Yeah, don't panic. Think of a way. If you see something around you, there must be a second door. Don't worry, everyone. We will definitely be able to get out." Locke also said.

He knew that they might be in trouble now. He only hoped that when the reinforcements arrived, they could open the stone door from the outside.

Otherwise, what awaited them would be endless darkness.

"It's useless. This is the Ghost Domain. We're trapped in the Ghost Domain." Tom said with a serious expression.

He had already observed it. Everything here matched the characteristics of the Ghost Domain.

The only difference was that this Ghost Domain was extremely vast.

This was clearly not something that an ordinary deadly ghost could create.

"What? What did you say? This is the Ghost Domain?!" Alan exclaimed.

He simply could not believe it. If this was really the Ghost Domain, then what kind of strength would the deadly ghost that created the Ghost Domain have?!

He did not dare to imagine.

"Yes, this must be a Ghost Domain. Otherwise, do you think that there would be such a building in a building? or could it be able to accommodate such a space?" Tom said.

This was beyond the scope of their solution. The only thing they could do now was to wait.

They had to wait for reinforcements to arrive.

"Tom, are you sure this must be a Ghost Domain?" At this moment, Locke spoke.

His expression was not good either. What kind of disaster would be brought to them if they mistakenly entered such a terrifying Ghost Domain.

"I'm very sure. Look over there. Don't you guys feel that the distance is very short? However, if we walk over there, we'll find that it's very far away, and we'll need to walk for a very long time. This is the special ability of the Ghost Domain. Also, there's that staircase over there. Do you guys think that such a staircase will appear?" Tom said.

When everyone heard this, their hearts instantly turned cold.

What Tom said seemed to fit perfectly. There wasn't anything different about it.

"Then what do we do now?" Locke asked.

He did not have a Ghost Domain. Only Tom had a Ghost Domain. Now, they could only place their hopes on Tom.

"A Ghost Domain is usually an illusion. However, as long as we stay where we are and do not move, we will not have any problems if we are careful of the attacks of evil ghosts. A Ghost Domain also needs energy to be maintained. We can only wait for the time limit of the Ghost Domain to pass before we can leave." Tom continued.

At this moment, Locke suddenly remembered the corpses outside.

"Are those corpses outside the Ghost Domain?" Locke asked.

"Those aren't the Ghost Domain, but I don't know why there are so many corpses." Tom replied.

"The only thing we can do now is to wait. Okay, then we will compete with the malicious ghosts. Everyone, begin your preparation. Don't let your guard down!" Alan shouted loudly.

"Roger that, Captain!"
