Upon further inspection in the town, I found that the army needed someone to go scout the orc camp outside the wall, to count their numbers and what weapons they have along with what class of orcs they were. Apparently there are three types of orcs, battle orcs, with an insatiable bloodlust their war tactics are enough to take our village down quickly if we don't deal with them first; they have great regenerative abilities and a superior strength to normal orcs. Second there are hybrid orcs, usually a mixture between a normal orc and a giant bringing out their superior size mixed with the maneuverability of an orc. Third you have a normal orc which has strength 1.5x that of a human as well as speed twice that of a human.
From what we've seen so far it's highly likely they're the second class of orcs being a mixture of orc and giant. The only reason the army would still like us to investigate is due to the appearance of the 18' tall orc who seemed to be in charge.
The army is willing to pay 100 gold pieces to each of us if we complete the mission with a thorough analysis. While a bow cost around 30-40 gold for a decent bow with a good enchantment adding to its durability and power, the arrows are a continues payment of 1 gold piece for 1 arrow; usually sold by 24. Of coarse there are cheaper arrows but they're not enchanted with armor piercing capabilities, which I feel are necessary when dealing with orcs tough skin.
That's right, I said enchantment. Mages are relatively common among humans but their skills are extremely diverse. Most mages choose to pursue potion making, or smelting of sorts due to the lucrative business involved. The third most common would likely be war mages followed by healers. Unfortunately due to our villages small size we have neither healer mages or war mages, which would both have been a great help in dealing with these orcs.
We decided while it was slightly dangerous to scout orcs with their heightened senses, I ended up convincing Raoul the money was worth the slight risk. It also didn't hurt that I could use the practice to prepare myself to eventually kill one of these orcs. We decided to head out as soon as the sun went down because just like humans orcs also had to sleep.
I decided to use this time to do the 50 pull-ups I nearly forgot about, as well as eat a hefty meal bringing me over the requirement for the daily mission.

({Mission Accomplished}: Would you like to collect your rewards (y/n))
'Shit I didn't think about how I was going to collect it" I tried clicking on it with my hand multiple times like a touch screen and nothing seemed to happen outside of me looking like an idiot while high fiving the air. "Fuck just let me click yes"

'Okay so it seems to be controlled by me saying what it is I'd like to open weather it be out loud or otherwise. For instance when I was trying to accept the reward as soon as I said yes it accepted.' Now I just need to decide what to increase, and just how much of an increase is this. Strength has and always will be an attractive stat but if I want an advantage when attacking the orcs, the best bet for the time being would likely be agility. Especially so, now that ill be using a bow and arrow and completing a scouting mission.
