The sound's of hoofbeats could be heard from a carriage as it was being pulled by two creature's that looked to be a mixture of a horse and a deer along a paved road.
The creature's had the head of deer with a pair of antlers but it's body was strong just like that of a horse with a short tail like a deer and stood at a height of 8ft tall.
Inside the carriage was Rion, his older siblings and his parent's who were on their way to the capital "How much longer until we arrive?" Valenia asked the tone in her voice not hiding how bored she was.
Normally Valenia wouldn't react in such a manner but they had been travelling for the past 3 day's so it was only natural for his sister to react like this even Rion despite his mental age was bored "It won't be that much longer now we should arrive in another hour or so" Nialan said and even though he tried to hide it Rion could tell that his father was just as bored as he and his sister was.
Despite the long journey Rion was happy because everytime they stopped to rest he had a chance to further his bond with his Summoned Beast's.
Since they were summoned Rion had given the two name's the black and violet coloured wolf was called Night on the account of his dark coloured fur while the white and cyan coloured wolf was named Cryon due to his ability to use the Ice Element.
The reason that Rion and his family were in the carriage in the first place was because they had been summoned to the capital by the King of the Marnell Kingdom the Kingdom which their village was apart of.
It was around a week after Rion had managed to summon his two Summoned Beast's that the summons had been delivered to his father.
When Valenia heard her father's answer she released a groan that was filled with with a mixture of annoyance and disappointment "Urrrgghh that's to loooooonnnng" Valenia whined as she slumped against the back of her seat as the carriage became silent once more.
While his sister pouted Rion began to wonder the reason for why someone as important had summoned him to the capital 'I wonder if this has anything to do with my awakening early?' Rion thought wondering if his early awakening and his summoning two Summoned Beast's was really worth the attention of someone so important.

"Look I can see the castle from here" the excited voice of Valenia said bringing Rion from out of his thought's and look in the direction that his sister's voice came from.
When he looked where his sister's voice was coming from he saw that Valenia had her head hanging out of the window of the carriage while she pointed ahead of them.
Rion was about to join her but just as was about to his mother spoke "Valenia will you get yourself back in here before you fall out of the carriage" their mother Atrica said with an admonishing tone that was filled with worry.
Despite Rion's best efforts to not join his sister his curiosity eventually ended up getting the better of him "Rion not you too I thought you had more sense" Atrica said when she saw Rion join his sister at the carriage window.
When Rion popped his head out the carriage window in the distance he could see a massive wall that was as tall as it was wide that surrounded a city, despite the sheer size of the walls that surrounded it Rion was still able to see the majestic looking castle that stood imposingly at it's centre with four equally tall spires that surrounded it.
Floating above the city was three slowly rotating golden ring's that had silver glowing runes inscribed within and floating at it's centre like a sun was a white glowing orb.
Even from this distance Rion was still able to tell that the castle that stood at the centre of the walled city was pure white in colour that had golden ascents throughout it's majestic yet imposing structure.
As the carriage drew closer to the entrance to the city the sound's of the hustle and bustle of the city slowly entered their ears.
"Line up in one of the two lines and make sure that you have your identification ready commoners head to the line on the right while merchants and nobility head to the line on the left" a Knight that was dressed in silver armour with blue ascents shouted from where he stood at the gate to the city.
Rion looked at the two line's and when he saw the amount of people that were at the gate of the city he couldn't help the groan that left his lips 'It's going to take us ages before we even get to the front of the line nevermind how long it's going to take for the inspection' Rion thought to himself as he returned to his seat inside the carriage.
However the carriage didn't stop at the end of the line like he expected it continued onwards under the stares of the other nobles and whispers of the commoners as they made their way to the front of the line.
Rion looked towards his mother and father wondering why they were heading to the front of the line instead of joining it like everyone else but his questioning stare was left unmet as they kept their eye's forward.
What Rion had forgotten to take into account was the summons that they had in their possession which gave them precedence over any of the other nobles no matter what their title was.
"HAAAALLLTTT" the Knight who was shouting before shouted when he saw the carriage heading to the front of the line instead of waiting like everyone else.
Hearing the Knight's shout the carriage came to a stop in front of the entrance to the city "You know the rules everyone is required to line up and wait patiently no matter their station" the Knight said the annoyance in his voice clear as he peered at the carriage.
'Another arrogant noble who thinks they're the most important person if it wasn't for the fact that he was a noble then I would've run him through' the Knight thought to himself as Nialan emerged from the carriage.
Nialan expected this kind of reaction from the Knight's "I'm sorry for my discourteous action's but if you'd read this letter then everything can be explained" Nialan said as he offered the summons they had recieved to the Knight.
When Rion saw the summons his father was handing to the Knight he understood why his father didn't line up like everyone else and waited to see how the Knight would react.
The Knight eyed the summons that Nialan was handing him for a few seconds before he took it from his hand's opened it and began to read it's contents.
As soon as the Knight had finished reading the contents within the letter his attitude towards his father did a complete 180 "I'm sorry for the delay Sir" the Knight said as he bowed to Nialan.
Seeing the sudden change in the Knight Nialan felt pity for him for he had been in the same situation before he had gained the title of Baron "There's no need for you to bow you were just doing your job after all" Nialan said as he placed a hand on the Knight's shoulder.
Rion watched his father's action's with a smile the pride that he felt for his father obvious in his eye's 'He's so cool' Rion thought as he watched his father made his way towards them before he boarded the carriage as the Knight's made way for them.
