LONDON
My heart literarily skipped a beat at the sound of it, there was only one person I would need to find for it the master in the London coterie. Quickly the spell I was using expired and the last of her words were—"Be safe"—I opened my eyes with a heavy breath and came to the realization that sweat had been dripping off the tip of my nostril and my back was soaking wet with salty water. All my wars with this individual had to be kept aside because I am in dire need of the Orgime tree and now. I changed out of my sweaty cloth composed my shaking body and didn't try to run over the dialogue I would have with him because I knew he would not be easy, I would just have to work with whatever crazy conditions he might put upon me for this.
So I asked around for the London coterie master's accommodation and it turned out that he was just near the private wing of the vampire prince himself. I wasn't really surprised as they are the members of his council, the seconds to him. As I approach the door to his room, a tall woman dressed in white pants suit and black blouse came out and shut the door behind her before she noticed me when she turned around she almost went pale after she noticed that element everyone seemed to recognize in my face
"My lord," she lowered her head instantly as her voice shook
"Don't worry about formalities; is this the door to Marcos's stay?" I went straight to the point; she looked up to me slowly with her eyes a little wide
"Master Marcos? I'm his secretary" She stated carefully and then glanced to the door before returning her gaze to me she sounded even more nervous
"I apologize but this is not the right time to meet him"
I glanced at the door also but from the inside it seemed to be really quite
"Why? I just need a little of his busy schedule. It's of the important matters"
She fell silent as though muted but her body wasn't still
"I will help myself in," I said going around her and pushing the door opened hearing her say worriedly from behind
"Your highness please don't," I shut the door behind me leaving her outside. I was standing in a living area, pretty spacious and in gentle colors to the mind and eyes. There were four sets of chair in the room, two double sitter and two single ones stationed in the middle of them a table placed on top of it a single figurine not really specific of anything. Further to the side was a personal bar area and up ahead of me behind the single chair was a sliding glass door leading to a deck. To the other side was a little step up and a door stood there half opened and I heard a noise, I walked by the chairs and held the door before easing it opened and there straight at my view was three individuals in a bed; one male and two female making love to each other. That would have been something very upsetting to gaze at but it didn't had any effect on me, simply I turned my gaze away saying
"You wouldn't mind me intruding" I heard him snicker before answering
"Not at all,"
"My secretary can't really hold against intimidation, can she?" I heard him step down of the bed and walked towards the door, drawing the door closed behind him and coming to my view he's had a robe on and was pushing his messy hair back while the corner of his mouth was colored red.
"I have something important to discuss with you" I said as he continued walking towards the bar and served himself a glass before turning over to face me
"I need a favor" It was like I struck his laughing muscle; he laughed heartily before coming over, sat on the couch and kicked back facing me sipping his drink.
"What can I do for you?" he asked and I could see his ego grow tilting the glass to his lips I asked
"I need a crumb of Orgime tree" His eyes narrowed and placed his glass down to the table and push himself out of the resting position he was
"You do know what an Orgime tree is?" Now all the jokes were set to the side and he looked dead focused
"That's why I'm here" I said coming around the sitter and helping myself in. He smirked heavily kicking back in the chair taking his glass and emptied it in a large gulp
"I need it now" I emphasized
"You think I carry it around in my pocket?" There that's the attitude I hate from him, I sucked it in and I reframed my request
"How sooner can I get it?"
"Well Orgime is extremely hard to get, best to say extinct now"
"It's last seen in London and I know something of value like that will not go under your nose without acquiring it,"
"I didn't said I don't know where to find it but─"
"Count your conditions," I cut him mid talk
He rose from his seat and walked around the table to stand in front of me
"You didn't think this was going to be easy did you?"
"Your image precedes you Marcos" I raised from my seat with a smile
"Then what am I walking into?"
"Nothing that's not out of your reach" he smirked heavily before he excused himself into the pleasure he was once in before I entered the room.
