I felt myself being picked up.

"Take her to the nurse."
My right eye was okay, the other swelled painfully, tears seeped out. The nurse dabbed it with cotton after I held an ice pack to my face for some time.
"Some dodgeball tournament." She muttered.
I snickered "Yeah_ow!"
"Hold still." She tied a bandage around my head.
I froze at who was by the door, he stood up straight staring at the white eye patch. He rubbed the back of his head.
"Yikes, you're a lot uglier than you were before. Are you going to write me off?."
"I appreciate your concern, now if you excuse me, I've got a bus to catch_"
He pulled me back but I slipped through and tried to navigate my way back to my locker to get my stuff, how was I going to face my mom_ Mila just it being only a couple of days at a new school?. I called Robbie and he picked me up, his eyes shifted to where I sat.
