After the conference a party was to be held in regards for the successful inogration of the successful opening all participants were to attend the party as further information regarding the tournament would be given at the party as we enter the grand looking ball room with all the participants and everybody having a significant part to play at the tournament were attending the party too all dressed in fancy formal wears.
And the doors of the whole door flung open as another new guest was welcomed and it was cynthia who wore a sleeveless black silky dress with a v cut at her slim legs and the dress itself hugged her slender yet killing figure which drew the attention of all men and women alike drawn by her amazing beauty as some were envious and some lusted over her but what caught the crowds attention was she was dragging what appeared to be the all knowing attire of the warden by the collar which drew some very confused faces out of the crowd.
" Can you let me go now champion" questions the warden silently
" No I can't I'm given the task of looking after you and I intend to see it through " said Cynthia in a bossy manner
" .... just let me go I'll be sitting myself in that Conner " said the warden as he pointed to a seat at the corner of the room
" Sorry I can't do that you will be staying by my side this whole party " said Cynthia in a matter of fact manner
" ok fine but can you let go of me and stop dragging me around like a dog ?" asked the manner
Cynthia thought for a while and just nods and let's go of him but looks at him for some time to make sure he does not run off but seeing as he did not intend to run off she continued on with the party while keeping constant check on the warden.
" OIIIIIII CYNTHIA OVER HERE COME HERE!!!! " Shouted a loud voice across the room
" ohhh lets head over there " said Cynthia as she headed towards the voice
" ahhhhhh it's gonna be a long night " thought the warden as he started walking behind her
as Cynthia and the Warden reached to the people who called them over it was Steven , Lance and Anabel who was the member of the frontier brain
As they were just talking about through their conversation they noticed that the warden was always looking around and seemed to be on guard despite his normal posture his muscles were always ready to act if something were to happen
"HAHAHAHA YOU HAVE A DANGEROUS PET THERE CYNTHIA" laughed Lance
" Shut up Lance he is not a pet he is someone I'm tasked to take care of " countered Cynthia
" Don't be rude to him or her ? " said Anabel as she was confused whether this was a girl or a guy as she has never heard the voice
" I don't mind it " said the Warden in a monotone voice as he kept looking around
" plus we are already acquainted aren't we ? " questioned Lance as he had a grin on his face
"....." Warden kept quite
" you don't talk much do you ?" questioned Anabel
" No you guys talk too much " replied the Warden which made Anabel embarrassed
" Hey don't say that to my friends " came the stern voice of Cynthia
" hahahah he has a sharp mouth I see " laughed Lance
But out of the blue Steven walked forward towards the Warden and looked him dead in the eyes and everybody looked at what was about to happen as it seemed to be interesting but than what shocked everybody including the champions was Steven gave a bow to the Warden and said
" I'm sorry for not understanding the situation back than and I'm thankful for what you have done for my region and if there is anything I can do to repay you please let me know " came the honest and heart felt reply of the Champion of Hoenn
" I was just doing the duty I was given " came the reply of the warden
" But remember my words today I will try to help you if you ever do need it and if it is possible if you have the names of the spies for the syndicate can you give it to me I will root them out myself " came the angry yet determined voice of the champion
As the people close to the them were hearing to the juicy bits of the incidents and they never thought they would hear a Warden speak
" I'm sorry I wish I could help Champion Steven " replied the Warden
" What exactly is going on here ?" questioned the rest of the champions?
So Steven narrated what happened to his friends and their family and how the warden helped them out to which they realised the threat of the syndicate is real
" If that's the case can I get intel on my region too " asked Lance seriously
" if possible for Shinnoh too" asked Cynthia as a worried look came upon her face
" As I said I wish I could but all my information were accessed by the council HQ and since I'm no longer a warden I cannot help you much " came the reply of the Warden
" So it was true that you left the council?" said Steven
" Yes it is " said the Warden as if it's a known fact
" than why are you wearing the Warden outfit isn't it against the role to wear the cloak and the cloth that covers your head if you are not a warden?" questioned Lance
" Yes but I do not have a good change of clothes that can cover my face and Im kinda used to it " replied Warden
"Speaking of which how did you and Cynthia meet I mean she dragged you in here didn't she ?" questioned Anabel
" You make me sound like I kidnapped him " said Cynthia feeling sad
