As soon as Cynthia saw Pikachu close to a person who was well known for killing she instantly grew on guard and was reaching out for her pokeballs
" DON'T YOU DARE HARM THAT PIKACHU !" screamed Cynthia in a shaky voice as one could see terror form inside her eyes
"That's the only thing that I have of him to go by all my regrets and love are within that Pikachu if I lose Pikachu I lose the last thing that connects me from Ash" Cynthia thought within her head
But not taking heed to the Champions word the warden bend down and stretched his shaky hands towards the Pikachu which made Cynthia lose all sense and reason as she threw out her Garchomp who rushed towards the warden with its scythe like claws raised high as it drew closer to the warden from the wardens Pokeball came and deflected the coming attack of Garchomp with its shield that covered its main body which was a black sword with red trimmings across its body the Garchomp jumped backwards and got ready for another round of attack
" A shiny Aegislash a very unique Pokemon " thought Scott
But before any more could happen they saw the warden petting the Pikachu who seemed to be lost in a blissful moment which made Cynthia tearful
" Why are you crying Cynthia ?" who was now worried seeing a strong women so shaken and in tears
" It's .... it's ..just ....just " Cynthia tried her best to say but she was so happy yet sad
" It's just that Pikachu seemed to be so lost and rarely interacts with anybody or Pokemon and knowing how much value this Pokemon matters to Cynthia she must be shocked and happy to see the Pikachu smile and relax " replied Vanessa as she had a soft smile
" ohhhhhhhh " came the reply of Scott as he just stared at the interaction
" Ohhh Ash how I wish I could see you one more time that day when you were proven innocent I cant express the joy I felt to know your innocence I wanted to rush in and see you tell you all I feel but my consciousness wouldn't allow it I felt guilty I couldn't bring myself to come see you after all I said and did to you " Cynthia cursed herself as she thought

After the court was done and Ash was being dragged outside the court in chains by Police authorities as soon as the doors opened many people were outside screaming and cursing at the raven headed convict and we can see people Ash journeyed with along with their parents

" Thank God such a monster didn't harm my daughter and son " came another
" Im glad that monster didn't do anything to our sister " came another
" I'm glad his dad is dead so he didn't have to see such a shameful moment " came another

Those were the some of the few words Ash heard as he was being taken towards the car and out of nowhere came a stone that hit him on the forehead making it bleed and seeing how it hurt the boy many more followed suit and threw objects at him but as he was getting stoned and berated he had a small smile on his face which triggered the crowd more
" Why are you smiling you monster finally got the attention you wanted ?" shouted someone
" Stone him make sure it hurts as much as the victims family and that poor Pikachu" shouted another
And it got so serious to the point the police had to intervene and when they finally stopped the crowd they could see Ash covered in cuts and bruises who was bleeding from a lot of places and was limbing towards the car but still had that small smile he had and soon upon reaching the car he was approached by a certain somebody
" How could you ? " came the cold voice of Cynthia
" Even if I plead it wouldn't achieve anything now would it " came the reply of Ash as he looked at her with his bloodied eye
" I thought you were friends so why did you do it tell me now Ash Ketchum" demanded the Champion
".... I think you guys never took the time to know ... or understand me ..... if you did you would know it wasn't me " replied Ash as he started to lose consciousness because of exhaustion
( Come on Ash tell me let me help you. I know you must have had a reason for doing it tell me so I can help please let me in and tell me ) Cynthia thought but kept a cold expression
" But I'm glad you came to see me off.... thank you " replied Ash as he started losing consciousness as he let out a sad smile
" I always wanted to ... say that... I ... loved..yo..." Ash said as he looked at her with all he the might he could muster up and looked at her lovingly
"SALAPPPP " came the thundering slap of the champion which shook The police as well as Ash
" Don't finish those words with your filthy cunning tongue ..... I should have never trusted you .... and I will never make this mistake I hope you rot away In jail with people similar to you " cried Cynthia as she backed away not wanting to see the man she adorned as a Hero as a villain
" ..... Please take care of ..... Pikachu and... yourself too " came the weakened voice Ash as he looked at the receding figure of a women he loved as he still smiled sadly
" ..... " Cynthia didn't say anything but just nodded and walked away with tears
" Why are you still smiling after all that happened to you " asked the police as he saw the heartfelt moment
" because Pikachu is still ... alive " replied Ash as he lost consciousness and fell limp
" quickly to the hospital he has lost quite the blood " came the shout of the police
Cynthia heard the conversation between Ash and the police which made her doubt the verdict
