We took our positions with full sportsmanship spirit and started the game of Carrom. To begin with it was interesting, but soon both us lost interest in it, so we got up started looking around to explore. The hall was on the second floor and was quite well furnished. It also had many facilities, but they were not available for use. What I mean is there were air conditioners but none of them were working, they had a pool table but we had to pay extra charges with taxes to own it for just half an hour, two tables for table tennis but no rackets, badminton rackets were present but no shuttlecocks, bicycles but with inflated tires and the list continues. So we were again back to our Carrom game. In this game it was more like a comedy gossip rather than a game. As we were laughing and singing songs aloud we heard some meaningful melody, and so both of us suddenly stopped. It was coming from downstairs, someone was playing guitar. Both of us were fascinated with the melody, so Shakhi said," let's get down and listen to it". I replied, "No, not now we will go after sometime". With my lame reply Shakhi got annoyed and said, "If you don't want to come, don't come! I will go there myself" Few moments later I saw her coming back. She sat on her seat with long face and started playing, After some time I asked her," what happened?" she replied, " the guy downstairs said that it was being played on speaker and so I came back. But I am sure that someone was playing that tune on the guitar." I also agreed with her as while I was entering I saw a black guitar suitcase placed behind the helpdesk. But we were no detectives. Then all of a sudden Shakhi said to me, "Let's ask someone from the staff to play with us". I said," Fine! But you will be the one to go and ask". She agreed and went downstairs to fetch someone who could play with us. I was enjoying the scenery out of the window and I heard footsteps approaching. Shakhi did show up with one of the staff member and it was him- the back shirt and jeans.
