(Alec's Pov)
I start to wake up to the sound of birds, along with sunlight in my eyes. As I get up I start to stretch my arms out and turn my head to look at the clock. It is 6:00 am and school starts at 8:00 am. I slowly get out of bed and go to my bathroom. Once I got there I took off my pants and started the shower. Once I'm done showering, I wrap a towel around myself. Then I get my clothes from my drawer. Before I can change I hear a noise, I turn around to see Magnus waking up.
"Woah, I didn't think you would be half naked when I woke up." Magnus says with a surprised face.
"Well, I just got out of the shower and I wanted you to have some extra sleep." I spoke.
"Why? I don't go to school," Magnus asks with a confused tone.
"Well, I was hoping that you could come to school with us. I know you're like a thousand years old and that you might not be interested in high school. I was thinking we could go on a date after it? We only have about 3 or 4 months left of the school year," I ask nervously. I just stand there awkwardly waiting for his answer. Magnus throws the blanket off of himself and comes over to me. He grabs my hand and looks into my eyes.
"Fine I will come to school, just for you. I can use my magic to enroll myself in classes." He says. Immediately I got super excited, I quickly let go of his hands and hugged him. When I finally let go I lightly placed a peck on top of his lips.
When we pull away, he lightly taps my naked chest and says "You better get dressed then," adding his signature smirk. He then leaves to go to the bathroom and I turn around to grab my clothes still smiling at his remark. Once I'm changed I leave my room and go over to Jace's room. His room was cleaned up a little bit, there was no more dust and the pieces of the wall and roof were cleaned up. Except the wall and roof still needed to be fixed up. As I'm looking around I see Jace sitting on the left side of his bed looking at himself in the mirror. Once he notices I'm here he turns around and looks at me.
"So, I talked to Magnus and he is coming to school with us," I say as I tuck my hands in my pockets. Jace comes up to me and puts his hand on my shoulder.
"That's great, man. So did you make your move on him yet," Jace says with a proud smile.
"I might have," I say, getting a little bit shy. I look at Jace to see that he has the biggest smile on his face. He then pulls me into a big hug while tapping my back.
"I am so proud of you man," Jace says, breaking out into a small laughter.Before I can say anything I hear Magnus yell at us that we need to leave for school. Jace and I look at each other and run out of the room, Jace goes downstairs and I go over to Izzy's room to see if she's ready. I open the door to see her doing her hair.
"Come on, we have to go," I commanded Izzy. She grabs her purse and when she looks at me she rolls her eyes. Once she had her purse, she quickly ran out of her room and down stairs to the car with me following her. We all got in the car except for Jace and Clary. Magnus starts yelling at Jace to hurry up and say goodbye to Clary. He quickly kisses her and runs to the car. Once he gets in, Magnus starts the car and cranks up the music.
About 20 minutes later we got to school. As soon as we went inside of the school, every single girl was staring at Jace. They all noticed that Clary wasn't here and that Jace was all alone. I look over at Izzy and Magnus, to make sure they noticed it too. They both nodded their heads while they were turning to look at Jace. His face was so disgusted and I could tell that he did not like it at all. We all walked to our lockers and when we got there was this group of girls. They were all staring at Jace and giggling.
Then I heard one of them say "He's alone, that means they broke up." I quickly look at Jace and I see that he was really tense. They then continued to gossip. "She was a stupid slut anyway. He was probably with her for sex. " The same girl said while giggling. The next thing I saw was Jace go over to the group of girls.
"Hey Jaceee!" All of the girls said the same, once they noticed that he was coming over.
"Clary and I did not break up and we are not going to. She was in a very bad accident and is resting. I love her and don't you dare call her a slut! Jace said, raising his voice a bit. Then the girl's face dropped. Izzy started laughing at the girls' faces and then they all threw a fit and stomped off. Then the bell rang, all of us were startled. Magnus turns to me and gives me a quick hug, then leaves to go to his first class. Once I got into my first class, I looked at the board to see that we had a math exam today. I completely forgot to study. I quickly went to the back of the class and sat down, hiding my face.
- A few hours later-
We finally got home after a long day, and I had way too much homework. When I get to my room, I immediately flop on my bed. Magnus comes in and closes the door behind him, coming over to me. I turn my head to look at him, and then I feel Magnus put his hand on top of mine. Then a thought pops into my head and I can't help but smile.
"What's that face?" Magnus asks, giving me a curious look.
"I just thought of something," I say, still smiling.
"Would you like to tell me what it was?" He says while he wiggles his eyebrows.
"Would you like to go on a date with me tonight," I ask nervously.
"Yes of course," He says.
"Well then let's go,"
Magnus gets up and makes a portal, then he reaches his hand out waiting for me to grab it. Once I grab a hold of his hand, we walk through the portal at the same time. As soon as I enter it, I start spinning, which starts to make me a little nauseous. As soon as we got to the bar, I felt like I had to throw up. I quickly push the feeling down and open the door for Magnus. He smiles at me and walks in with me following behind. Magnus then immediately goes to the bar and orders us some drinks. I go over and sit down next to him. He pushes my drink closer to me, I grab it, and take a small sip. Three drinks down later, Magnus challenged me to a game of pool. I got some pretty good shots in until, all of sudden he started hitting shots left and right.
"You hustled me didn't you?" I ask while I nod my head with a smile.
"I don't know what you're talking about," Magnus says with a smirk.
"I swear to god. I will beat you at something sometime. " I say putting down my pool stick. He just starts laughing and we finish the game. A few hours later and it is about 2:30 am. We started to make our way home, but as soon as we got home and I laid down on my bed I passed out. Not before Magnus lays down with me and turns off his bedside lamp.
