(ROSIE'S POV)

Each day passes making me recuperate faster. The malaria drugs "AKATEM FORTE SOFTGEL" did a good work on my body as I took it along side with paracetamol and now i am to take blood tablet.  I became more stronger than before and also with the help of vegetables and fruits.

I have called my mum earlier before now to informed her of my health that I'm recuperating faster with the help of someone I met who has taken good care of her daughter and that I felt comfy with. knowing that I was safe and secured with him was a huge relief off the worries of my mum. Jerry has being of a great help to me. He is a good cook and a husband material. There are some distinct features about him that makes me squirm.

He is so disciplined and I have been here for some days now but haven't make a move of touching or wanting to have sex with me. He is so intelligent and that makes me fall in love the more. I don't like insipid guys that are not of good intellect because I am so smart, so I want to go with the one that is smarter than me. I can't help but fall in love with him the more. I have to put myself together so that he doesn't see me being emotional when he gets back from work.

with his help of my body recuperating faster, i could see clearly now the two more papers I have left and he has set up the WiFi and given me password of the apple system to help me research more. with my materials and five years back past questions with me, I know for sure that I am ready for the papers. but with my I'll health previously and now, I could tell the differences between good health and an d. I'll health .

I prepared his favourite, which is catfish banga soup with starch. but I haven't told him of my skills as a good cook that i took from my mum. the surprise preparation of his favourite was a good start up for all he has done. banga soup is one of the best nourishing soups you can make with palm nut. All it takes is an assortment of spice flavorings, an assortment of meat and fish, and finishing it off with a touch of beletete to elevate this soup. It's an easy recipe that delivers terrific results!.though it took me quite some time to finish Up. firstly, I boiled the palm kernel fruit for 30 minutes until it becomes soft.Transfer the nuts into a mortar and pound gently, making sure you don't break the nuts.Pour some hot water over the pounded nuts, squeeze and use a sieve to strain out the extract. I did this a couple of times until I got all the extract from the nut.

I pour the extract in a pot and boil until it thickens and the oil rises to the top. Then I continue with the remaining process. ingredients such as 1.5 lb Beef or any other meat of choice. 1large onion divided into 2 half chopped and half blended with the peppers.1 tsp Cameroon Pepper substitute with cayenne pepper.2 tsp Seasoning powder or Bouillon cubes – divided into two. 3 Medium Stockfish Panla, Okporoko – soaked in hot water . 2 Scotch bonnets.1 Tablespoon Banga Spice a blended mixture of Irugeje and ataiko..

the instructions for cooking that I used was; rinse the meat, add the diced onions, Cameroon pepper, seasoning powder, and salt. Stir and leave to cook till the meat becomes tender. I add the stockfish and cook for another 10 minutes. Remove from the meat, stockfish, and meat sock from the pot and set aside. Pour the palm nut concentrate inside the same pot. Dilute with some water and leftover meat stock from the boiled meat. Cover and leave to cook until the oil begins to float on top of the soup. Meanwhile, blend the scotch bonnet pepper and the remaining half onion and add to the palm nut. Add the Banga spice, smoked fish, meat, seasoning powder, salt, crayfish, and Banga stick. and lastly, I added the steamed fresh catfish. Cover and leave to cook for another 10 minutes. Stir in and bitter leaves. Leave to simmer till thickened to your taste.

I guessed he deserves the best. Banga soup is nutritious!!. It is rich in minerals. It contains unsaturated fat. that helps in the treatment of vitamin A deficiency. it is also rich in vitamin k, Rich in antioxidants. it contains many nutrients that support good brain function and much more! and lastly, According to research, Palm oil has been scientifically shown to protect the heart and blood vessels from plaques and ischemic injuries. Palm oil consumed as a dietary fat as a part of a healthy balanced diet does not have incremental risk for cardiovascular disease.
