There was nothing more important for Xanthippeia when she made it home than resuming her normal life before the five demigods came crashing into it. That was why she found herself shuffling her tired body off her bed as soon as her alarm woke her up at six o'clock in the morning come Monday morning. The sun was still rising and she could see the brightest view from the window above her bed. It illuminated everything in the room from the reflective surfaces of her desk, her picture frames and her vanity. Everything had been exactly like it was before she was taken and that's how she liked her organised chaos.
She got up and made for the bathroom to get ready for school. It was a rather quick morning routine because she didn't want to give herself too much time to spend in the water only for unsavoury things to come filtering through her mind and make her take a step back from her goal. She was determined to carry on and pretend like none of this ever even happened.
