Chapter 3 - Love knows no Status

episode 1

I had completed my studies in US and had come back home in Uganda after a month of sundays. Everyone welcomed me warmly and mum couldnt tolerate it,she shade some tears of joy after looking at her only son again after 5yrs. Among the people who welcomed me back home was jovia the girl i used to admire at school during my o'level. What had jovia come to do at our home? Who had told her that i was to come back 4rm america that sunday? All those questions ran past my mind. I couldnt wait,i rushed to mum to get answers to my questions. To my surprise, Jovia was working as a housemaid at our home. Wasnt this like putting fat near fire? I already had hots for this girl. Jovia was so beautiful that her beauty could even impress an ogre! Her face was bronze and her skin was velvet. Her eyes were as beautiful as a dove by a flowing brook. Her breasts were very erect and tantalizing. To put the whole thing in a nutshell, death was much more comfortable than losing such an earthly angel.

episode 2.

Even while i was salivating for jovia, i remembered that mum had warned me several times against the worthless girls of our village. And indeed, the status of jovia's parents was pathetic. Her mum was a market vendor at the nearest market and her dad did nothing except taking the demonic drink. Jovia had not even completed her o'level course because of the economic hardships at home. She had dropped out from senior four in the first term. How could mum take this? That her only edrine had fallen in love with a drunkard's daughter! What an irony!

As the saying goes that every cloud has a silver lining, fear gave me courage. I decided to follow my emotions to confront my dilema.

One chilly morning when mum had gone for her friend's wedding ceremony in kampala, i stayed home alone with jovia. That morning, she knocked on my bedroom door timidly. I let her in. She had brought my breakfast. She never looked straight into my eyes. Had she fallen for me too? episode 3

As jovia bent down to put the serving tray on my bedroom table, she unkowingly exposed her tempting thighs to me. This left my inside burning. I got up and sat on my palatial bed and asked her whether she could wait a bit. This left my inside burning. I got up and sat on my palatial bed and asked her whether she could wait a bit. I was a bit nervous but i had to swallow my pride and speak out what was on my mind.

"jovia,i have been studying you since form two. But for today;i dont regret to tell you that along the way,i fell in love with you. Jovia i do not want to entice you into developing feelings you don't have, but if am to wait till forever comes, i will."

Jovia had not said a single world for all this time. When i looked into her visage, her eyes were welling up with tears. It was from here that i came to realise that all along i had been preaching to the already converted. Tears rolled down our cheeks as i held her on my broad warm chest. Imagine the power of love! I asked for her tens and she gave it to me for us to continue communicating. When she left for her usual work....
