Riya was a good dancer. But she was of a poor family. On the other hand, Aranayak was a boy who was a good dancer but comes from a rich family. Both were very good friends as they read in the same college. Gradually, their friendship turned into love. Aranayak's parents had no problem with the relationship between the two. But Riya's parents didn't accept the relationship. Although her parents didn't like Aranayak, Riya's heart was fully made for Aranayak. Both went everywhere together, be it in college or for an outing.
Gradually time passed and it was the final year for them in college. Aranayak's parents decided that Aranayak will bring home Riya as his wife. But when Riya's parents came to know of this, they quickly made up their mind to seek another boy for Riya immediately after her graduation. When Riya came to know of this, her joy faded. She was so sad that she told Aranayak everything, crying bitterly. Aranyak told calmly," If you love me truly and if my love for you is also true, then let the decision took by your parents be cancelled."
After graduation, when Riya's parents were busy looking for a boy for her marriage, Riya was fervently praying for herself and Aranayak. One day Riya felt seriously ill. Her parents thought that this was due to thinking about Aranayak and began to blame him for her illness. Later that night, she found out that she was pregnant. When her parents got to know of this, they threw Riya out of her home, saying " Go away! Go and find another home for yourself. Never show your face to us again!" Riya cried but her parents slammed the door and went inside. It was raining heavily and Riya understood what to do then.
Aranayak was having dinner with her parents. It was 10 pm and it was raining heavily outside. He was very sad for Riya. Her mother noticed this and told," My dear, don't worry, I am sure Riya is made for you only. She will be yours. Just keep patience." Aranayak's father was also going to say something just when the doorbell rang. He got up to open the door. He was so stunned to see Riya, wet in rain. Aranayak and his mother were too stunned. Aranayak's father told, "Come, Riya come. Take this towel. Dry yourself." Aranayak's mother told," My child, why have you come here in this bad weather? Look yourself! You are completely wet. I will give you dry clothes. Change your clothes and I will bring you some food. Aranayak, please go and bring my clothes to her." All were about to get busy but Riya told," Wait, Aunty, I have something very important to tell you." She told them that her parents have closed ties with her forever. Aranayak and his mother asked together, "Why?" Riya took a deep breath and told Aranayak," Aranayak, I am going to be the mother of your child. Will you marry me?" A big smile reflected upon Aranayak and his parents. Aranayak told," I was always ready to marry you." His mother told," Riya, I had told you and Aranayak before that true love never dies, now change your clothes and sit in Aranayak's room, I will call you when the dinner is ready."
After changing clothes, Riya sat down on the bed in Aranayak's room. Aranayak entered the room with a smile on his face. He put his hands on her shoulders, and said," My dear, I want to tell you something after our marriage. Mom and Dad have finalized our marriage next week. They told us to do our wedding shopping within this week. Mom will give you a pearl necklace and dad will give you golden earrings set. " Riya just smiled.
Riya and Aranayak's wedding was held in grand celebrations. One night, Riya asked, "Listen, you told me that you will say something after our marriage. What is it?" Aranayak said," I want a girl child." Riya answered," No, I want a boy." After 9 months, Aranayak and Riya were gifted twins, a boy and a girl."
