Fear is a natural feeling that serves as a survival mechanism.
When we are confronted with a perceived threat, our bodies react in predictable ways.
However, it might also stem from imagined dangers.
Sweating, elevated heart rate, and high adrenaline levels making us incredibly alert are all physical reactions to terror.
