Sam was strolling through the Dark Forest at the time.
The farther she went, the closer she felt to the Dark Forest.
She adds that because she has no recollection of the Original Sam, she is unsure if she was doing the right thing or causing problems.
So far, she's realized that she's always in trouble.
She will hunt small animals for sustenance on occasion.
She didn't stay in one place for more than 12 hours.
The folks hunting her were getting anxious, wondering how they could even track down a tiny kid who hadn't yet started school.
"Why do we need to catch the brat?" grumbled the man.
"Yes, sir, We've been assaulted and battling nonstop since we came in the dark woodland," another of them grumbled.
"I'm sure the brat has already died or been eaten by the beasts in the Darf Forest," others agreed.
