Charles gave Katherine full reign over the tv remote, and after flipping through countless movies as she continued to crunch on popcorn, she decided on a comedy to keep with their theme of the day of having relaxing fun.
Katherine managed to stay awake during the movie, but as she sobered up, she felt herself getting more and more sleepy. When the credits finally came around and rolled down the tv screen, Katherine yawned and stretched her arms above her head.
"Sleepy?" Charles asked as he looked her way.
"Mhm," she mumbled. "I think I'm too tired to go up the stairs," she joked with a hint of seriousness in her tone.
"I can always carry you up the stairs, if you want. I've been told I'm really strong," Charles said with a mischievous grin as he alluded to what Katherine said to him earlier when he had carried her up the stairs.
