"Wait! Youden is actually still alive!" Hops screamed. "I thought it was a myth this entire time! Maybe like some cult, but not the actual man!"
"Yeah, this is real, and if we don't tell the Supers and the intelligence this information, then we might be in trouble down the road." Ula told him.
Jamal and Ula had quickly reached to Hops's room and banged loudly at his door until he answered and they were able to explain the situation.
"Well, what are we waiting for. We need to go now!" Jamal yelled at him. "Hurry, we don't have time to waste!"
They all rushed towards the elevator and began spamming the button for an elevator to come towards their floor.
"Hold on, why don't we calm down, for a second?" Jamal spoke while panting.
"Calm down? The most dangerous man in the entire world, which we now knows exist and isn't some myth, is building up a freaking army to take over Saputa, to get revenge for something so simple, yet so costly, and you're telling us calm down?" Ula frustratingly blurted out.
"Okay, well spamming the crap out of the button won't do anything about it. We can't be acting like this. This is embarrassing."
"Well then, you shouldn't have been screaming to rush down there then if it isn't that serious!"
"Hey, can we all just shut up and think." Hops pronounced. "You guys are getting worked up over this event, and while this is serious, it could be a lie. Did you even think about it? Even if she was hurt as bad as you guys claim to be, maybe she was not in her mind."
"Do you have any idea on how stupid you sound?" Jamal questioned him. "Why would she claim she was from that nation and mention Youden's name? Yeah, let me lie to a bunch of people while I'm dying right now, you know."
Before Hops could snap back, the elevator finally opened and they crammed inside it quickly. Hops pressed the training floor before anyone else could start spamming it again. Ula slowly fell to the floor and covered her face.
Jamal looked at her in dismay.
"Oh come on, it's not the end of the world yet." Jamal said as he sat down next to her.
"I'm not crying, I'm worried." Ula admitted.
"What will be there to worry about right now. If we have plenty of people to help us, then I'm sure we can take out Youden, especially with the Supers on our side."
"I'm more worried about if we fail. I'm worried about the fate of Saputa. My lives, our lives, everyone lives. Does that mean nothing to you?"
"It means a lot to me, but we can't worry now. We have time to prepare."
"We had months to prepare, and maybe with this news, most likely weeks from now. The tournament you've been so focused on, might not even happen. Then what?"
"My training won't be for nothing. It'll be to protect all of you guys."
"Whoa, are you calling me weak, like I can't fend for myself here?" Hops looked at him.
"Of course not, but if I'm supposedly the strongest student out of all of us, then it might be up to me to take on Youden if all else fails."
"Nah, we going to take him out together, as a team, like a family you could say. This shouldn't be one person's fight, it should be all of ours." Hops said gladly.
And with that, the door dinged and Jamal and Ula got up as the door opened. Boom had his back faced towards them, with Fonda and Brat already there, looking scared towards them. Jamal had never seen them look like that before.
"While you guys were probably bickering up there, these two have already told me the news. It's seems that he really does exist." Boom stated without moving. "I think the tournament will continue, but we'll have to be on high alert, but don't think it isn't possible for it to get cancelled."
No one in the room made a noise, the atmosphere extremely tense.
"Well, what can we do?" Ula asked first surprisingly.
"We continue training, but with no remorse or sympathy. From here on out, this isn't about seeing if he exists. Oh no, this is now about preparing the fight against him. If we fail, Saputa will have to fight like never before, and it will be up to us and other brave souls to help us take him out, so that scenario doesn't happen. We could all die just to stop him and maintain peace in the world, but we cannot show any mercy. Do I make myself clear?"
"Yes sir!" they all said in unison.
Jamal gulped. This new reality was settling in, big time. Traveling all the way to an island chain, just to die to the strongest man of the world, would sound honorable in a way, if it wasn't to save the planet. It would be a fight to the death, peace over oppression. And they would all sacrifice everything to not let that happen.
